Old Saturday night didn’t get the address right? So the poor chat was going round and round eventually got to me the sweet-and-sour pork was disgusting. Open and it’s all dry on one side of the pork just not right.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, the service is second to none. The hotel bedroom are beautifully appointed, large carpark to the rear. Dining in the restaurant was a pleasure as both the food and ambiance were fantastic with a really nice product range served on the bar. Great cocktails too! warm and welcoming with a roaring fire.

Good food and delivery was on time

Cracking proper pub with great staff and atmosphere; totally recommend.

Visitó el domingo para un post paseo snack / bebida. Había 6 adultos y 4 perros todos con botas / patas muy fangosas. El encantador equipo nos dio una bienvenida muy cálida y no parecía importarle que habíamos hecho un desastre de su piso! La comida era genial y muy buena relación calidad-precio y llegó muy rápido. Incluso nos dieron un plato de salchichas gratis para los perros. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que caminemos por la zona

Una excelente auténtica comida tailandesa. Los precios son realistas y las porciones son generosas. Personal muy amable que sabe cuándo charlar y cuándo dejarte solo. Definitivamente vale la pena una visita. Solo negativo era el estado general del edificio (Antrobus Hotel - alquiler de espacio, por lo que fuera de su control) esperando con ansias cuando se muden a nuevas instalaciones en un futuro muy cercano.

Such a bad run-down place, two of the three ladies' toilets has been out of order for ages, no hot water to wash hands, bad path outside with lose paving stones, card machines don't work sometimes!!!!!!!!

The food is authentic and cheap and the owner is friendly

Salió esta noche después de un tiempo fuera y fue hecho sentir tan bienvenido por Mark’Briony y Grace. Mi comida era increíble y recomendaría los bangers y el puré. El fuego estaba ardiendo y lo hizo agradable y acogedor contra el clima horrible afuera. ¡Muy recomendable!

Solo he usado Chans durante los últimos 2 - 3 años nunca tuve un problema, la comida es muy agradable, nunca tuve un problema con la entrega viene cuando dice que llegará. Comida de la misma calidad que ir a un buffet. No entiendo cómo la gente está recibiendo comida terrible, solo se perdió un plato y fue entregado en mano por el propietario 5 minutos más lleno.

Have stayed here 3 times before.also have stayed in numerous wetherspoons hotels and recommended them to everyone.i have to say we were quite disappointed this time.the staff were very helpful but this hotel needs a serious makeover.our room although bed and very quite wasn't the best.air con not working although we had a heater which was sufficient heating the room.and in all fairness the lovely guy who checked us in told us about it and said if we needed another heater to let him know.towel heater didn't work and tv lost tv channels!!!.OK if you wanted to watch kids cctv.the shower took a age to drain.sad to say but next visit to Salisbury won't be staying here unless major refurbishment.

What an absolutely awful meal Beef chow mein tasted like cow leather. Rice was soggy honestly the whole meal was barely edible
