Brilliant pub great people and atmosphere, shows all the footie and breakfast is lovely

2nd time in a row we have had to call takeaway to ask where order is after 1hr 20mins. Both occasions told food is out for delivery, but despite living 5 mins away from take away, strangely takes another 30-40 mins after call to deliver.

Warm welcome Great pint. a cosy atmosphere. where a lot of banter and friendly interaction is indulluged between. staff and customers. too

Great pasty best in the southwest

They do a marvellous breakfast and lovely lunchtime snacks and meals. The Conservatory area is nice and light. The service is good, self service for teas/coffee and cakes plus ordeing snacks/meals. They cope with children very well !

Great atmosphere for a beer and to eat your fish and chips from Mr Chips next door. They even have cutlery and condiments. Dog and child friendly.

An amazing pub and food , the views over the beach amazing, this a must .

First visit today and loved it. Very relaxed environment to chill, super friendly and efficient service and the food and coffee were fantastic. Prices were great too, so the complete experience. Highly recommend.

Went for the steak meal 2 meals and a bottle of wine £30. We opted for no wine so the 2 steak meals were £25. On first entering the pub we were greeted by some men sitting at the bar. One of the men could not string a sentence together without a swear word between even word. His language was very bad and he was very loud and did make the place seem rather uncomfortable. We decided to stay. When the meal arrived, the plate was overflowing. Sirloin steak chips tomatoes mushrooms and peas. The steak was cooked to perfection. ( I have rare, hubby has medium rare). The steak was so tender and tasty I have never had Sirloin so good. The barmaid told the man to curb his swearing as there were people eating and did not want to hear his language. He did stop for a while, but he did become quieter. I would definitely recommend this pub for a meal. Do not take the pub at face value. Not only is it value for money but the food was amazing.

We popped in for a drink yesterday,friendly staff great atmosphere and situated right on the seafront so the views are great!

Absolutely amazing cod and chips. The batter was so light and crispy. We all agreed this was chippy we’ve had in years. The owners are so friendly. Fantastic little gem of a place.
