Ordered a Chinese for collection got there to collect order was told we only take cash we were not told this when placing order. Only having phone on me to pay with my Apple Pay I asked what am I supposed to do they said go on our website order items again and pay through your phone the lady put all item I ordered through on my phone for and added a £3:99 delivery charge I said why are you charging me delivery I’m collecting order she said oh sorry. It would not take my Apple Pay payment so I had to ring my partner who then had to do a bank transfer to them. When I get home we realise there is a meal missing so rang them up was asked can you have it next time you order or can you come collect it I said no I’m not coming back out after all the trouble earlier. They finally said we will sent it out to you 30 minutes later. Shocking service will never go back again do not recommend
Food was amazing , the service was fantastic and can't thank hayley and michelle enough , nothing was too much trouble , would recommend to any one , perfect afternoon thankyou
Never again . . . dirty sticky tables & dirty cutlery, main meal floating in grease/oil - staff uninterested and too busy talking amongst their selves.
We went to H&W over the Christmas break for a catch up with family - we had a table for 16 people and had an amazing time! The service was great - Mikey checked in regularly and was super fast with anything we asked for, the food was delivered quickly and everyone enjoyed their meals. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon
The Five Alls is a lovely country pub, set within a small traditional Cotswold village, It has been very nicely modernised, we had a warm welcome from Rob the manager who took us to our accommodation which was a purpose built very spacious room in the grounds of the pub,
Although we had booked bed and breakfast we chose to eat in their restaurant for all three nights we stayed, we were not disappointed.
Breakfast was delicious and served in a stylish room,
The pub and accommodation were very clean.
We found all of the staff to be very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
I would not hesitate in recommending The Five Alls,
Very strange menu nothing really to my liking and nothing for children either so it’s not somewhere to go with family…… ok ale but the menu needs to be bigger & nothing for a vegetarian my wife has recently become vegetarian for health reasons so we couldn’t eat here & don’t think we will return
Greeted with a friendly smile even tho is was very busy, my sunday roast was nice and hot and tastey my friends steak was perfect nice crisp clean beer great visit
Absolutely spot on as always! Fabulous restaurant, Fabulous food (a menu that caters for everyone!) Reasonable prices and the staff are amazing! Always happy to go above and beyond. A true reflection of the fabulous management. Keep up the great work guys and no doubt, we will see you all again very soon 😀
Unfortunately the food was completely under seasoned and flavourless. I know they often do better. Tarka daal, Butter and Saag panneer both completely flavourless. Lamb tikka tough and bland. The archetypical ' White Man's Curry'
My best friend treated me to lunch for my birthday. I have to say this was by far the best Indian meal I have ever had. Great food, great service, and great company. What more could a birthday girl ask for.
I ordered a sausage sandwich - it was awful I was so hungry I ate it but regret it now. Very very disappointed dry bread dry sausages hardly a scraping of butter all for £8.75 :( it’s left a horrid taste in my mouth :(
Hardly justifiable for £8.75 … not acceptable standard and regret not taking it back for a refund.
I’ve eaten here previously a few times and have always been very happy with the food and service - sadly today has made me think twice about coming in the future.
