First visit. Impressive building and site. Extremely clean, welcoming, and very friendly service. Quick drink to sus out the menu and booked for evening meal. Beautiful lamb shank, and a Chicken curry. Excellent service. Shame we didn't find you earlier!

The best village pub around! It’s clear how much time and thought Luke and Cristian put into The Hog; always a warm welcome and an ever-changing selection of great beers.

We hired the beautiful upstairs bar at Waterloo House for a 50th birthday party and we were looked after extremely well by Christo and Georgia and their team. The venue is very comfortable and stylish and has a fantastic atmosphere and a wide range of drinks including cocktails. We were very pleased to have had such polite, efficient and professional help in making our party a huge success. FIVE STARS only because we can't give SIX******

Classic Chinese cannot be beaten.

So delicious!! Wonderful. Lovely, kind staff. Can't fault anything. Ate the labra and chicken with mushroom. Wonderful.

While the decor is quirky and rustic, the service remains really bad, a wait of 25 minutes for the food plus the drinks, despite arriving 10 minutes after opening and ordering promptly. The staff seem to be unconcerned and unapologetic, as always, and we were hopeful things had improved but sadly not so.

As well as the tempting cakes, bread and delicious mince pies in the shop downstairs, the cafe upstairs is a lovely place for brunch. Some really delicious items on the menu and very friendly, efficient service. There’s often an art exhibition on too, currently amazing artworks by local artist, Andy Walker.

Good takeaway that covers all the bases, the Chinese is great, the kebabs, while not authentic are pretty good. Staff are lovely and the portions big.

A nice selection of beers to choose from. Pool table. Live sport. Comfy sofas. Lovely atmosphere. Great music. The music wasn’t too loud so you can actually hear yourself think. A lovely pub in Nailsworth.

I arranged to meet a friend in the cafe for coffee and a catch up we arrived at around 10.30 only to find a handful of tables available as all the others were reserved. We ordered our drinks and a tea cake each took a seat waited 20 mins for 2 coffees and 2 tea cakes to then be told the table we were sitting at was needed at 11:30 for someone else. Had we realised you needed to book to have a coffee we would have gone elsewhere, several other people were annoyed as they had shopped in the garden centre then decided on having a coffee but left due to table having reserved on them. Quite a lot of lost revenue for you company Safe to say we won’t be using them again

Delicious curry. Great variety and freshly cooked. I can’t understand the poor reviews because my chicken shatkora was delicious.

Really enjoyed the fish and chips, super friendly service! 10/10
