Amazing food, friendly and knowledgeable staff and really nice atmosphere

Cosy pub and currently nice and Christmassy. Was quite busy for a Tuesday but everyone was literally gone by 9pm. Pie, although lacked a bit of wow factor (on a board without garnish), was absolutely delicious. Pastry was buttery and melt in the mouth as was the steak. Nice drinks. Very large car park which is handy.

I bought lovely fresh bread and organic butter however there are also health products, fresh vegetables etc.

Excellent venue for an informal wedding.

Asked for a whiskey sour.... no idea how to make it... asked for an old fashioned.. again no idea... not a cocktail place

Excellent pub, visited before an FGR game. Owners were very friendly and welcoming, log burner on the go and delicious pizzas!
