Beautifully presented afternoon tea for my mum’s birthday. Delicious food. Very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back. Thank you for making mum feel special.

Well what a find, got recommended by a friend. Sat near the open kitchen so could see how everything was done. Fantastic tasty "real" food, excellently prepared, cooked and served. Lovely staff, answered every question, we like to know about the ingredients, west country meat, local ice cream etc. Make sure to book, it was full in both restaurant area and bar too.

A lovely teashop with good selection of food . Enjoyed the haloumi mushroom stack for brunch & the cream tea was nice . Easy parking too . Generally , a little pricey .

The New Inn has a fantastic atmosphere and although small the menu is vast and food is the best you could ask for. It is a great place to both eat and have a quiet friendly drink. I am looking forward to summer where you can enjoy the beer garden as well

Today, we played the Cromwell course and found it a lovely course, not over hard but has some great holes, love all the par three and beautiful views which was an enjoyable challenge.

No cooked food but snacks available. Lovely friendly bar staff and landlord. Great beer.

We always stay here the night before we fly at Bristol airport! 15 mins from airport, cheap drinks and good food!

Spent the evening with friends on Valentine’s Day This is my favourite place to eat and relax. Food always good and the staff are wonderful. Never had a bad experience would highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff for fantastic service.

Consistently since 2014 one of the nicest and most satisfying meals out anywhere in the Bristol area.

A great little stop off for tea and cake with fantasic views to the Welsh Hills on a clear day. The warm scones are delicious and reasonably priced.

I can’t fault the food or the price at this restaurant. We did enjoy and the setting was beautiful - the hall itself is really impressive. Only feedback : I feel like they’ve missed a trick! When we told a local we were going there it raised an eyebrow - they considered it very highly and on arrival, I understood why. But on seeing the menu, I couldn’t help but be a little disappointed. For such prestigious surroundings and a grand entrance, I was surprised the menu consisted of burger, curry and fish and chips. I was expecting fine dining and locally sourced ingredients to match the high level of service and location. I would happily have paid more than the £14 main course price tag for something a little more special. As I said, the food was good - just a little underwhelming as it had the feeling of being bought in / pre made (example - the pâté). I would recommend the chicken pie but not the brownie - it wasn’t really a brownie and needed ice cream or cream with it.

Very nice people, good food and convenient for Bath. Only downside is the nearness of the busy road.
