Really great breakfast served here by friendly and helpful staff. Choices range from breakfast sandwiches to a full breakfast and there are vegan/ vegetarian options for those who wish. The cake display also looks most tempting. Parking isn't easy but it's worth a bit of a walk to get the first rate food.

Really lovely little tea room. Had an afternoon tea booked. All lovely & fresh, heart shaped scones & dishes for the jam/cream. Not sure if it’s because we had cappuccino’s but we were only allowed 1. Had to pay for the 2nd one. £46 for 2 afternoon teas plus 2 extra drinks.

Me & my man came here for a little lunch date and we were pleasantly surprised by warm & welcoming little gem with a courtyard. Lots of choice on the lunch menu, panini’s, toasties, jacket spuds & specials - on a warm summers day, we chose Charcuterie which was a nice change. Plenty of cheese varieties, different hams, came with bread or cracker options, delicious homemade coleslaw, olives etc. Service was great & we very much look forward to coming back!

Have been to the Old Dairy twice recently, once for a birthday tea for my daughter which was great. More recently my wife and I attended for a lunch. Fantastic bacon sandwich. Owners/staff friendly, welcoming and very efficient. Dogs are welcomed and on both occasions ours was given a chopped up sausage compliments of the business. Will visit again.

We called in for a bit of lunch on a Friday and it was very busy, so we were glad we rung ahead to book, Staff were friendly helpful and efficient. The food was simple tasty, arrived quickly and was excellent value. The top it off the cakes/sweet made by the bakery next door were really tasty. This was a lovely little cafe and felt most welcoming and accommodating. The staff were extremely friendly and affable and they had no problem with allowing our dogs inside. They even gave them some sliced up sausage by way of a free treat. We relaxed on a comfortable old leather sofa, sat and read the newspapers, enjoyed a very nice lunch, and stared out beneath the bunting at the beautiful old church of Thomas a Becket opposite. All in all a delightful way to unwind after a vigorous walk.

Friendly, relaxed, excellent service, great breakfast and much needed coffee. I flew in from Australia on Friday with my 13 year old son. His first time in England. A big sleep, then early review of Trip Adviser and we decided on The Old Dairy. We made a good call as it was the ideal way to spend our first morning in England. Ate too much though as after a perfect grilled breakfast start, the scones smelled to good to pass up ... so we shared a perfect cream tea. Thank you Jason and staff for making my son's first morning experience in England such a special one.

Lovely character cafe in the center of Pucklechurch Village. Pretty bunting and various pictures adorning the stone walls, with homemade cakes also on display which look temptingly delicious. They offer a breakfast menu as well as lunch, plus sandwiches. As soon as you arrive, you receive a warm welcome. I also understand that they do special evenings and it’s possible to use the cafe for private events. The food as well as the service is very good, staff are friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable. The cafe is not very big but this gives the feeling of comfy and cozy, there are a few additional tables outside in the courtyard, which you have to go through to use the toilet. There is a car park although if full there are plenty of places to park across the road opposite the church. We have been many times and at various times now so have sampled nearly all the menus and we have never been disappointed, smoked salmon on a bagel with scrambled egg being my favorite! Definitely worth a visit.

Having missed the lunch deadline (2.30) at the Black Bull, was great fun to arrive at 2.40, just in time to order a late lunch before the chef took a well earned break. Fantastic mushroom omelette. Experience only spoiled by couple arriving at 3 expecting full service and venting at the young lady attempting to explain the situation. Not happy with her attempt to explain that they did not control the content of TripAdvisor to a level they could clarify when meal prep ended.

Lovely place, great staff and good food. Knocked it down from five to four as I think it's a little over priced - 6.00 for full English, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, sausage and toast. £1.50 extra for beans and £2ish for coffee. Just think beans should be included as a standard breakfast item.

We had afternoon tea and the cakes were very nice and plentiful however there was just no atmosphere and it was really cold! We felt we had to whisper as it was so quiet a little music playing in the background would help enormously. Also it was a cold day and the owner kept going in and out the back door leaving it open so a very chilly breeze came straight through - we left sooner than intended and went home for a coffee in warmth and comfort.

A group of us descended on the Old Dairy for a post- wedding brunch before scattering to various parts of the country. Small but beautifully presented we were welcomed by the friendliest staff you will ever meet.I watched the waitress, sorry but I didn't catch her name, interacting with a little girl at a nearby table and was very impressed. It was the little girls birthday and she clearly enjoyed the attention being lavished upon her by the waitress who was going beyond her duties in making this little girl's day. She had a way with children and was pretty good with grumpy, hung-over adults too.The food was cooked to order using fine ingredients and, we all agreed, it was absolutely delicious. We were in Pucklechurch as wedding guests so the chances of us returning are rather slim but, The Old Dairy would be certain of our custom if we found ourselves in that neck of the woods again.I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Go there and enjoy it too.

Popped by for brunch on Saturday morning and despite all tables being in use by cyclists we were very warmly greeted by host Jason and offered drinks while we waited for table to be free'd up. Steph deserves a particular mention as she was very friendly, polite, professional and a 'natural' with the guests. Our food was cooked to order and despite both of us ordering bacon and eggs to be cooked differently, our plates arrived together with hot perfect breakfasts.I think Harry must have been 'on commission' for selling cakes though as he was most persistent and eventually we gave in and thoroughly enjoyed huge slabs (not slices) of homemade coffee/walnut cake. Well done Harry :)Altogether a wonderful experience all round ... thank you.

Fantastic, ordered party food for 50, portion sizes were really generous, quality of the food was really good! When we discussed our needs ordering, it was suggested that we order less than originally planned. That was helpful on our wallet and from the 29 trays of food we initially thought was still too much, we ended the party with just 3 with various leftovers. Will not hesitate to use again in the future. Well done the sandwich shop! 👍
