Food hasn’t arrived, restaurant hasn’t cancelled order

I used to go to this shop regularly but now some two young guys running the shop. Ordered a mixed kebab ,he charged £10 and it's not even worth £5 of meat. Rip off. Even the established shop will give full box of donar ... Absolutely Rubbish. Greedy. Never again.

This restaurant is an absolute godsend, I’ve been vegan for six years and I’ve never had a takeaway that I could order from until I found this takeaway, I absolutely love that they do vegan options such as kebabs burgers and curries… I’ve never been able to find This in Gloucester Prior to this, As someone who’s ordered a few times from here, I have found many dishes that I like including the kebabs, Especially the chicken tikka and the chicken sides, However I have one slight problem with the labelling on the takeaway websites. On Deliveroo it is not clear the difference between the vegan dishes and vegetarian ones, on some of them they aren’t labelled as vegan or vegetarian, which is very confusing as a vegan as I don’t want to eat something which isn’t 100% vegan…. Some will say “vhicken” But will not actually specify if this is vegan or vegetarian. Also, I found out today that the chips are vegetarian and not vegan which really confused me as they served as a duo with many vegan labelled mains, But it is not clear that they contain milk or labelled as non vegan ! and this upset me as I’m a vegan and I have ate them before, I would’ve never wanted to if I knew that they were vegetarian and not vegan! I would love it if going forward each and every individual dish on Deliveroo could be labelled as vegetarian or vegan clearly to save this mishap or even have separate menus for vegan any vegetarians Asda is a big difference between the two, And for many, veganism is a very touchy subject and most people will not be happy to be served milk / dairy . This place is amazing, The atmosphere is lovely, The staff are lovely too, Nick runs a good bar, Food is really nice, And the cocktails are amazing, We go here alot and would certainly recommend, Want a good cocktail or other drink and feeling of welcoming then this is the place to go, Be warned its never one cocktail 🍹 😊 Have to say still just as good here, Atmosphere is lovely and staff fun and friendly, DJ sets are put on and always busy.. Still a really lovely place had a lovely meal and cocktails here tonight 23/12/22. I had the chicken Katsu curry and my partner had the steak both so lovely, would again recommend and still keep going.. Had another amazing meal here really can't fault this place. Food consistently nice and hot and service is brilliant staff friendly and helpful.. Will continue to go.. Still consistently lovely food and always friendly and helpful staff.. Went again tonight 24/06/2023 and again a lovely service and a really lovely meal..

Sunday roast lovely and fresh, great for a gathering.

We popped in for the first time this evening. Cracking service and lovely cocktails. Also if you’re going to have a nibble you have to try the scotch egg and Olives too! Awesome.

Very good local fish and chip shop plus kebabs. The portions are generous and service efficient.

Poor customer service. I've been always able to buy pork scratchings from there, but last week I was told that we don't sell them separately now.

lush food free extra dish enough two people so enough for two days it was set meal for one. just one issue could been little hotter

I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I’ve tasted . Smashed avocado. The best . I’ve been coming here with my hubby and dog ever since she was a puppy and very welcoming and staff very friendly . Well done portivo

Fabulous independent garden centre with a beautiful restaurant for meals and afternoon tea which shouldn't be missed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Ordered food was told It was delivered no delivery checked camera at home just eat won’t refund awful service what is the point of a code if it can be bypassed couldn’t call restaurant as they was closed after realised it said delivered
