We regularly travel the distance to use this restaurant and garden centre. They will cater for any diets in the restaurant especially Gluten Free but this comes at a price. If you want GF bread,ie toast which is included in the cost of breakfasts, you have to pay a 65p surcharge.Yes i know that GF bread is dearer but a large organisation like this one could surely not charge extra. The breakfasts were good but soured by the surcharge.

Had a nice coffee and toasted tea cake with my dear friend in the restaurant. We catch up once a month and find this an ideal location for us both and it is a comfortable restaurant with everything from drinks to good snack food. I love a sausage bun and my college loves a toasted tea cake with a little pot of jam. Prices are very reasonable. The restraunt is very popular with many users and of course the garden centre is full of useful products from packets of seeds to pots, garden clothing, tools and much much more.

Just returned from a wonderful afternoon tea at Trioscape celebrating a friends birthday. After having to change bookings several times, the staff kindly altered what we needed to accommodate us - even 15mins before our booking time. We were then served the most lovely afternoon tea which was so much food, all of us took takeaway containers home!! Delicious and staff were lovely after what appeared to be a long day for them so thank you very much- would recommend and will definitely be returning! ☺️

Delicious food - worth the short wait! The restaurant has been refurbished since these pictures were taken. However, like most other places, it's getting expensive to have lunch there - allow for £25 per head for two courses and drinks

Firstly a visit to the Orangery is a must, a delightful collection of cakes, sandwiches, meals and did I mention the cakes😋 the staff in here are lovely. Unfortunately the staff on the tills not as nice but the centre has a collection of beautiful items, some familiar and some unusual. Don't drive past as we did for 2 days, stop at the big carpark and walk in!!!

Have been recommended to try Trioscape. Myself and two friends were looking forward to a lovely Sunday lunch together. We booked a table for 1.30. On arrival, we looked for our reserved table. There wasn’t one, so we made ourself comfortable in the Orangery, which is very nice. We then went to order our Sunday lunch to be told, no roast dinners left. At 1.30, we were very disappointed. Two of our party ordered a side portion of cauliflower cheese and portion of seasonal veg to go with their meal. I ordered a fried egg as a side. When our meals arrived, the side portion of seasonal veg didn’t arrive and neither did the egg. We had to go and ask for it. By the time it arrived, half of our meal was already eaten, and the seasonal veg was another portion of cauliflower cheese with peas and cabbage, if we were told cauliflower cheese was part of the seasonal veg, we wouldn’t of needed to order a separate portion. We then decided to get drinks. I wanted a wine, there were larger bottles in the fridge, but was told no small bottles, even though price was per glass, not bottle. So couldn’t have a wine. I found the whole experience very disappointing, considering the recommendation. Young staff were miserable and unwelcoming too. I won’t be returning.

We called in at Trioscape for a snack, the service was appalling. The staff totally ignored us for several minutes while they had a chat. The person that served us was unbelievably rude, we received no eye contact, no thank you no please and even turned her back halfway through ordering. She was constantly running her fingers through her hair then touching the crockery we were to drink from. We ordered sandwiches, made it clear “No Lettuce on my wife’s sandwich. We waited 27 minutes for it to arrive and when it did my wife’s plate was full of lettuce, unbelievable. The quality of the food was good so no complaints there and the young ladies taking the food to the tables were nice and polite. Another customer had a complaint and the staff behind the counter made a remark and laughed as she walked away. I’ve always liked Trioscape but will not step foot inside again, In fact the poor service made us change our mind about purchasing a table lamp from there.

Wot a great shopping experience. Apologies up front as I neglected to ask for the young man's name. But he was working in the garden furniture section erecting a display on Sun 23 Jun 24. He was simply outstanding. Polite, courteous, helpful, efficient, the list goes on. From the moment I asked for his assistance, he could not be more helpful. From sourcing the item we were after. Explaining the purchase and how and where to collect from, he could not have done more. He was even outside the warehouse with our goods waiting for us to pick up with the car, and he even loaded it for us. Wot a top employee, he will do well in whatever his future is, his attitude us spot on. I only hope you can identify him and pass on my sincere thanks for his 5* customer service. He did Trioscape and himself proud. Thank you.

Lovely brunch after a recent previous very disappointing visit where I was unable eat and left hungry and upset. I do not eat bread for dietary reasons and just asked for scrambled eggs and had been told I could not have as they were a side that could only be added to a breakfast, but today I requested just scrambled eggs and was delighted to be told that I could have them. The lady serving reconfirmed just scrambled eggs on a plate alone which was nice, I am sure with allergies today it is not so difficult to arrange. My husband had a lovely if a little oily small breakfast which he said was delicious and well cooked and served, he is on immunosuppressants and sausages can be an issue if not cooked through. I am still a bit weary as to weather I come again I would be able to avoid the bread or just go hungry again remains to be seen, I will keep an open mind…

I needed a good Weber barbecue to replace one I had to leave behind when we moved, and received help from Charlie (yesterday - after official shop closing time!!) and Matt today. Matt's knowledge, help and friendliness is a quality I thought we'd forgotten / lost in the UK, and I walked out with a deal that I am sure could NOT be bettered anywhere. Not only that, but the promise of help and support in the event of any problems is completely genuine and is assured. Only wait for food when v busy but the counter service is sooooo slow. There were only two people before us. We ordered two coffees and two bacon sandwiches (lunch menu and specials looked great) The bacon sandwiches came out immediately...just as I sat down at the table. Which was dirty and covered in crumbs. There were other tables which looked the same and two tables had not been cleared in the small area by the window. One tall lad was wandering aimlessly around. My husband, 10 minutes later, arrived with two coffee. The sandwiches with cool bacon were cold when he got there. Very tasty but cold cold bacon. The queue was 9 long when we left. Only one other couple served whilst we ate. Food was coming out quickly but... Special mention to petite plaited pigtail young lady who was calm, efficient and very polite and friendly. Not one table was wiped whilst we were there. What a pity.

At the order point, I ordered a burger without the bun and chips. The member of staff spoke briefly to the kitchen to confirm this could be done. After ordering, we sat at our table when one of the cooks came out to check what I could and could not eat. The waitress also asked me about whether the battered onion rings were suitable for me (my wife had those!) My meal was served with a substantial salad and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Have given a low scoring as we came away quite disappointed! I've recently been unwell with stomach issues & my friend only eats tiny amounts, therefore, neither of us could manage a full roast meal. We ordered a child's roast for each, but was told that even though we were past retirement age we couldn't purchase a small (concessionary-sized) meal. Then said we would purchase 1 adult portion only & share it ... but no, there were no compromises to be made with weak excuses when we asked to speak to management. This was our first & will be my last visit ... very poor customer relations!

I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I’ve tasted . Smashed avocado. The best . I’ve been coming here with my hubby and dog ever since she was a puppy and very welcoming and staff very friendly . Well done portivo

Came here for the comedy night (which was great!!). Slightly disappointed by the lack of artisan beer and real ale tbh. There are many other local breweries than 'Wye Valley' not to offend but SO sick of Butty Bach! Please consider expanding on your offer akin to The Pelican. Otherwise beautiful pub with really nice staff. Would love to return.

Always a good sign for an eatery to see how busy it was. And it lived up to the expectation with a tasty and satisfying lunch. Had Cornish pasties with salad and accompaniment. Staff were pleasant, and efficient in dealing with the demand.
