Food was cold and sadly not very nice. The cheesy chips came in a bag so the cheese stuck to the bag and were not on the chips, the nann was flat and not very tasty. The tandoori chicken was dry, I couldn’t really eat it. The rice was nice and there was lots of chicken in the curry. But sadly, we won’t go again.

Shocking. Rang the restaurant. Said would be 10 minutes. 15 minutes rang again said around the corner. 5 more minutes still not here. Food is cold

Arrived 20 minutes after latest delivery estimate. Samosas are very tiny. Not worth £4 for X2 bitesize

Tried to call several times to ask about my order but no answer just rings . waiting nearly an hour but still no show

Unbelievably disappointed. Food is constantly late and items missing when you do get it. This has happened a number of times now. I won't be using Bombay Mix again.

Curry was only half the amount as usual , but what I had was nice

Food never turned up!! Spent £40 order and waited 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 20 mins and it hasn’t turned up. They sounded like they was arguing with eachother while I was on the phone and then they hung up on me without an answer with where my food was! Completely ridiculous

Can’t comment on food quality as ordered 2 hours ago and am still waiting for delivery have asked for an update expected text within 5 mins as per your help centre information that was 25 mins ago

Ordered at 5pm and it’s now gone 8pm. Called at 7pm and they said order was ready and it’s on way. No order came, rang again at 8pm and then they said 20 mins. I’m still waiting!!! NEVER ordering from here again. Disgusting service!!!

Arrived on time but took an extra 20 to be ready. Shizania container was literally half empty and tasteless, also missing the green chillies, it was described as fairly hot but was as mild as the Korma we got. Speaking of the Korma the chicken was dry and chewy, clearly it was old and reheated multiple times. The vegetable samosas were filled with mash potato only, while potato is indeed a vegetable this is not what anyone expects, just lazy and poor quality. Very disappointed, will not be back.

It arrived 2 hours after placing my order and 1 hour behind the estimated delivery, paid for naan bread and they’ve ran out of bread to make it with. Nothing in return like bhajis or something to make up for it. £20 for rice and curry sauce, abysmal

We placed order at 6 pm ,arrived 9 pm 1hr 30 minutes after original time , didn’t enjoy the food at all !! Don’t think we will be in a hurry to order again .

Extremely bad quality of food n delivered after two hours

Very disappointed at this takeaway as I’ve used them a few times but never been this bad and now I feel put off by Indian takeouts and maybe for a while too,I order lamb korma and got chicken but that wasn’t why I was angry the food came late then I opened my food and it was chicken so called up and said why didn’t they call me to tell me plus chicken is a lot cheaper then lamb and I’m still waiting for the rest of my money,the korma sauce was so lumpy and was put off from it. This was the last time I would order from here and to let people know just be careful from ordering from here. They told me they would send my money the night I ordered but nothing to be honest it isn’t about the money it’s about people going on and beyond to make their customers feel good and this takeout isn’t like that,it should really have 1-2 stars nothing more. So just be warned as I’m not really fussy person but want to let people don’t waste your money. Rose

Poppadoms were stale. Didn't receive pickle tray (again) Keema rice had hardly any meat in. Nan bread was nice.

Yes it was slightly late, but to be fair, I ordered for a very early slot. I'd rather wait a bit than get reheated food from the day before, any day. The food came freshly cooked and hot and it was all delicious. This was our first time ordering from here, but definitely not our last. Thanks, it was excellent!

Had a lovely meal yesterday. Early bday gift from my kids bless them. The food was piping hot flavoursome and not greesy at all. Food was delicious service was profesonal and polite and as perusal I like to be awkward and change things and they couldn't of been more helpful. Was on time and a very polite driver brought it. I love Indian food and this has been a fav take away of mine for many years prices are reasonable and the owner is just lovely so give it a try and enjoy. I will take pics next time was so ready for my dinner after a heelnof a week I forgot should of got a bot of wine or a couple of beers lol. Thank you so much Bombay Mix see yah soon. The food was cold and seemed overly greasy. Had to reheat before eating. The taste was not the same as last time and the majority of the whole meal went in the bin.

Ordered a cheese naan, it come with no cheese inside. Ordered a pickle tray and wasn't delivered one. When I rang the restaurant, I was told that he had put one in there, and that next time I will get one for free rather than wait 30 mins for another delivery. Not offered refund for undelivered items.

Always great food, lovely staff, I will not go anywhere else, in my opinion best Indian food than anywhere. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

Love Bombay mix, tikka rolls are to die for as is the chicken tikka. I would suggest collecting though when possible as when I have had delivery it’s always late as they get very busy. I always preorder and collect, other than that you can’t go wrong!

Great food as always, but for the first time ever they gave me the wrong naan. Terrible I know but I think i can forgive them. Delivery only slightly late but they did find me after 1 phone call (mostly confirmation of location) and judging by the other takeaways (and 5 calls with their insistence they can't find me & take order back) I've had to the hospital it is a large complicated building.

Late, but absolutely amazing food. Very hot, full of flavour, one of the best curry’s I’ve had in a long time.

Every time I have ordered the food has been excellent, very tasty, nicely spiced & hot.

Great tasting food, fully recommend this place, delivery time can very based on driver and trafic but the food is always great tasting, well made, an appropriate portion size and fair prices tlfor the quality. Definitely worth the try at least. I'm a regular at best. 👌

Delivery was over 2 ours after ordering. Yes, 2 HOURS! Apparently, they only had one driver but this is not my issue. The food was also cold. Won’t be ordering again.

Not the best Tonight! No written label on the curry’s and the nam breads were under cooked. I’ve always marked it high. But tonight’s food was disappointing. Also the free popadoms used to come with a sauce

Below average bland food won’t order again

The food was late as by the time it was meant to be out for delivery it was still in the restaurant we waited 20 minutes before we phoned them and they said it was at the restaurant still. We only live 5 minutes away the guy said that on the app when it’s due it’s due to arrive it’ll state it’s out for delivery which I know isn’t true, I’m really unhappy with it and the food was just warm and the chips was rock solid

I was called to say they had no spinach and so couldn’t do saag aloo, but this was 10 minutes after we’d been notified that the delivery was on its way and we weren’t advised then of any delays. Around 40 minutes after this the food actually arrived. When I asked the driver why it had taken so long he said that they only had one driver that night, however the delivery time on just eat advised just over an hour from order. It ended up being closer to 2 hours, the only good part was that the food did taste ok and the driver was very apologetic.

Spot on. Best curry we've had for a long time.
