The food was delivered 15 minutes after the 30 minute window, which isn’t terrible but it was enough that the pizza and garlic bread were stone cold.

I've always had a great experience with Fireaway but was really disappointed tonight. My milkshake didn't arrive with the order and the guy called the store. He told me it would be delivered in 15 minutes. After an hour I called the store and a rather rude man told me it would be with me in under 10 minutes. It turned up 25 minutes later and was disgusting. It was not like it usually is and certainly didn't taste like it had "natural ingredients." It tasted very heavily of a syrup type substance and was like milk that had been watered down. Perhaps this was due to how long it was in the car? For £6.99 you should be able to expect fresh. Would've scored lower for today but felt it was unfair as I've never had a problem before.

Great food, good price, nice and friendly staff.

I honestly hate to say this but this place has gone downhill from when I first ever tried it. The Queen Margherita was very stingy with the buffalo cheese and was 90% tomato base, then the Nutella cookie was yummy but was rock hard in the middle :(

Order was never delivered. Called the restaurant multiple times and was sent to voicemail every time.

The advacado was off real bad and for some stange unknown reason they put a weird salad mayo sauce all over it. which they hace never done before. Abd pizza was just about edible as was undercooked

Have usually always gone to dominoes, but the last couple of times we’ve been here & it did not disappoint! Tonight was delicious.. We’ve been converted & will be coming here from now on!

terrible food - chicken strips (very small pieces) barely coated in any sauce just a mere drizzle at the most with some not having any coating on. garlic bread was ok. driver couldnt even find the address even though just eat lets you pinpoint a precise location on the map!!

Terrible. Missing toppings, undercooked greasy pizza and wedges, burnt chicken strips. And they forgot the drink. I recommend avoiding at all costs - anything they could get wrong, they did.

I am still waiting for my order I still have not received any food and the pizza shop isn’t answering they’re phone?

Original time frame was 45-60 mins which we can all live with. Pushed back and back until I call the restaurant and agreed they would deliver in 20 mins, 1hr 40mins after order. Surprise surprise, didn’t arrive and called the restaurant to cancel. Astonishingly, another 30 minutes later, after ordering at 7.15, they said the delivery driver was in the area at 9.45 if I still wanted my food! Said no and JUst Eat dealing with it.

3rd time in a row this has happened. Order it on the app, they say a time, miss it, update the app with a new time by 30 mins and miss it and Repeat.... Still waiting 2 hours later Last 2 times either pizza was crushed, drinks and/or chicken strips missing Complained both previous times about it... No response. No point complaining this time, just left a review instead

I’ve ordered a couple of times over the last few weeks and have changed my opinion to a positive one. The last few orders have been really tasty and good quality although the latest was delayed and wasn’t hot, a quick blast in the microwave and it was fine however. I’m a big fan of the bbq chicken wings and will be ordering again!

I orferd through Uber eats and as of yet it still hasn’t arrived I have called mail tole times and they haven’t answered. It was quite a big order so if you want to order from them pick up don’t have them deliver as they are unreliable

Usually really enjoy Fireaway but tonight was disappointing - food took 65-70 minutes and it was near enough cold on arrival. They also missed out my dip which they charge £1 for… the only positive was my milkshake was yummy!

The vegan strips were very nice but I did wonder if I and the restaurant were on the same page about what a Calzone is. The cheese did not taste or feel like mozzarella and I wonder if there was any tomato sauce on the crust at all. It was wetter and gloopier than I like my pizza based foods.

Excellent calzone! I really appreciate the option to choose meat and vegan cheese, as I am lactose intolerant but still enjoy meat.

The food was cold , even I live like 3 min walk from the shop, they give me 1 h , they come after 1 h , pizzas was cold, they show up at my door with them in their hands and not in the hot bags how they supposed to be.

When the delivery arrived there was part of the order missing, we rang the restaurant and they said they would send the missing items and send two milkshakes as compensation, they sent one, we rang the restaurant back and they said they’d agreed to send one, I’d rather of had the bottle of coke that was missing, absolutely terrible customer service as the put the phone down, wouldn’t recommend as this is not the only time it’s happened

Ordered here last night roughly 12:30 ish. Order confirmed for delivery by 1:15 so thought no problem with that. Gone 2:10am and still no food then to be contacted by driver who hadn't read notes and was parked 5mins away. Was then extremely rude to my partner who walked to meet driver. Food missing from the order, said it must be in the pizza box but it wasn't, reluctantly agreed to organise refund for missing food when threatened with complaint. Still waiting on my refund which I doubt I will get. Pizza wasn't bad just wasn't good either and was stone cold as he had been sat for 30 mins in a random carpark before calling us claiming to be outside.

I only ordered one pizza and I received 2 pizzas and 2 wings, but unfortunately they didn't knock so the food got left outside all night

Ordered at 1930 for a delivery estimate of 1955 to 2015. Its now 2040 and they've changed the delivery estimate from 2040-2100. Even Uber Eats tried to call and got no answer. Eventually got the order cancelled nearly 2hrs after placing it. If you can't fulfill orders, don't take them. It's pretty simple. Wouldn't ever recommend or use this pizza company again.

My order is over 2:30 hours late I’ve left two messages with the pizza delivery This was a birthday party If you look on the notes you send it was delayed then said 7:20/45 but nothing then it said enjoy my food that I did not get Then almost 2:45 they turn up with cold pizza & demanding the cash pay ment I could not refuse as the driver saw that I had a broken foot & could not do anything

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered at half 7 is now half 9 and my order is no where to be seen! IVE TRIED TO CALL THEM 46 TIMES AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING! Uber eats cannot contact them either as they are not answering to them aswell ! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ordered off Uber eats, food came quickly however this is where I think the issue was. Due to it being so quick our food was undercooked and tasteless. Only reason I gave an extra star is because the milkshakes we ordered are nice. Would prefer to wait an extra 10-15 mins for delivery to ensure food is cooked thoroughly.

Very disappointed, used FireAway many times before but this time was just rubbish. Pizza looked bland and was luke warm, not the fresh & homemade pizza I was expecting and had before. The chicken was dry and the delivery time was really poor and to top it off could not ring the restaurant to find out what was going on.

We normally love this take away, the food is lovely but the last 2 times we’ve ordered now, foods come cold and super late. Sad really, puts us off ordering again. Delivery used to be insanely fast and food came piping hot.

I always order from here but ordered today and they canceled my order because ’It wasn’t paid enough’ with a cash order that hadn’t even come to my house, you want fast food/your food to actually get to you, don’t go here because I know that I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Est time 50mins, but delivery guy called me after 30mins which meant I had not arrived back to meet them at Gloucester hospital. Delivery guy said they had rushed to get it to us (which explains why the pizza was not fully cooked). Raced to meet him, and he told me his manager advised him to leave the pizzas outside the hospital on the pavement and take a photo. I only give a second star because the delivery guy didn’t and waited….

Late Delivery ! Contacted by the store to explain/fully understood and received complimentary desert. Very good service. Will defo be having again . Excellent HOT and fresh pizza . 👍🏼

Would have given 5 stars for both as we quite regularly order from here & it's great everyone, but tonight unfortunately the pizza was only just about warm & the chicken wings were missing from our order which are nearly £7.. So a little bit disappointed if I'm honest

These polls have so little value because you ask largely irrelevant questions. I did not receive all of my food.

Ordered from here, had order cancelled an hour after it was placed, 20 mins after the pizza was due. Called and was told they were to busy. When i said i wont be using them again the manager said 'im glad you wont be using us again' worst service i have ever had.

The food arrived cold the chicken was in a liquid not sure what it was and with a soaking wet receipt included in with the chicken box. Some of the liquid had leaked through onto the pizza box and onto the cold pizza it stank it was gross I’ve asked for a refund

Although they informed us that it would be late and they were very polite this is the 3rd time in a row it's been very late and before that it was never on time. I don't know if the excuse was genuine or pre-emptive as we have complained before but we will not be using them again. Which is a shame as it's usually very nice (when it actually arrives warm) but they just find it impossible to deliver on time.

Food is excellent from here. Took an hour and 15 but it was Friday night. Would definitely oder from here again.

The chicken strips barely had any honey on it! poor food quality on the restaurants path because that's what i was mostly looking forward to it and was craving. The driver despite leaving instructions to ring the room number so I can buzz him up showed up call to say he was downstairs and was parked in his car on the other side of the street!

Order wrong missing chicken dippers both the delivery drive and the manager was rude and didn't even try to rectify it and hung up. Pizza was also stone cold

Good pizza, well made, friendly staff. The pizza is actually even better after getting off the late Bristol train on a Friday night and needing some after drinking food for the walk home.

The food was cold upon arrival and we were disappointed with the amount of toppings. A ‘Meat Heaven’ didn’t have enough toppings to cover all slices.

I am 46. 46! And I discovered Fireaway this weekend. I will NEVER order pizza from anywhere else again. If you want top class, fresh pizza, then you definitely need to be ordering from here. The big chain franchises have nothing on this place. You get to choose your oils (loads of authentic oils to select), your toppings, your additional flakes if you want them. Do yourself a favour and try them.

Pizza was cool but its my usual, I know hot it would've been better but as per usual it tastes amazing.

We are regular customers, always happy with the quality and taste of food. Once had to wait 1 or 1,5 hr extra for our delivery but at least that was still hot when we received it. Unfortunately we did receive tonight’s food stone cold :( which was really unpleasant, but of course we ended up re-heat it and eat is as we were starving by then. Hope it won’t become a regular thing, fingers crossed..

Have ordered previously and had a good meal. However, this time the pizza bottom is burnt (like burnt burnt) and half of the pizza was very dry? Wings are ok but not great…

10/10, will definitely be my new go to takeaway!! 😋
