Still not received all of my delivery and don’t think I will. Already called restaurant, but not convinced it’ll come and it’s been 2 hrs since I ordered. Paid 23 pound for 6 dry chicken wings with no seasoning and cold garlic bread. Not happy !

Looks like new management. This location is very clean and staff seem friendly. I liked margarita pizza and twisted Hawaiian. Delicious. I have yet to try their pasta and wings.

Can’t comment on the food or the atmosphere, considering we ordered almost 2 hours ago and haven’t had an update since. Tracker says nothing. Tried all 3 phone numbers, one of which goes dead immediately, the other two go straight to voicemail. WhatsApp link on Facebook page gives you a “This number is not on WhatsApp” message. Stick with Dominos or Pizza Hut 👍🏻

Delivery time was terrible. Delivery Driver also went to the wrong house. Other than that, food was nice!

Helpful on the phone and the delivery driver was good. They sent the wrong ice cream and the pizza bases changed at some point over the last year. The bases are not as good as they used to be. But overall it’s good value.

food was 30 minutes late, no apology. calzone were cold and the filling was a brown bbq watery mess. the cheese hadn't even melted inside. absolutely awful food

I’ve had more satisfying bites of styrofoam packing peanuts. The sauce was another abomination. Was it ketchup? Tomato paste mixed with despair? Whatever it was, it had the tang of something that expired during the last Ice Age. I’m convinced they seasoned it with salt tears of failed dreams. The cheese—if you could even call it that—was a rubbery, congealed mass that stuck to my teeth like it was trying to hold me hostage. It didn’t melt so much as solidify into a nightmare. I peeled it off and could swear I heard it scream. And the toppings? I ordered pepperoni, but what arrived were sad little discs of something resembling meat, glistening with an unholy sheen of grease. They tasted like betrayal. To top it off, the delivery driver forgot my drink and gave me a look that suggested he hated the pizza as much as I did. Frankly, I can’t blame him.

half of the ingredients were missing, they rang to say they were out of fresh bazil, I said that was no proiblem, they didn't inform me they were out of spinach, sun dried tomatoes and garlic oil.. totally went overboard with the crispy onions to hide the fact ingredients were missing. arrived stone cold. ended up in the bin. ive been a regular customer, and the last 2 orders have been awful won't be ordering again, even though my stamp discount card is full. very disappointed

I have always enjoyed ordering from your establishment, but my recent experiences have been far below the standard I have come to expect. The pizza no longer tastes as fresh or flavorful, and the toppings and crust seem inconsistent. Additionally, the delivery service has been unreliable, with orders arriving late or not as ordered. This has been frustrating and disappointing as I’ve always valued your food and service in the past. I hope you will take this feedback seriously

The food was tasty and hot when I got it, but I ordered at 15:40 and told I it would be delivered 16:25-16:35. The app updated to say it was out for delivery at 16:25 then told me it had been delivered at 16:40 when it had not just yet. I asked way it was late and was told it had been delayed to 17.05. I got it around 16.55. They advertise 20min delivery, I live 0.6miles from the place. I would rather the advertised delivery time be more real and I just would go collect it, it would be quicker.

Quite annoyed with the delivery as the food was already delayed by almost 40 minutes and then its put delivered when it wasn’t even collected by me. Not happy with this but food is good.

Worst takeaway in Gloucester. Nothing like it used to be. If you want stone cold food that takes 2 hours to arrive and get sent the wrong food, this is the place for you. They rescheduled a delivery and still got it wrong. Useless.

I cancelled the order in the end because of being late. I was told a couple of different times for delivery and in the end it was 35 mins later than stated. Called the shop, the manager and staff were helpful and tried their best to resolve the situation but the moment had past for that. So aside from being late the service was good.

I've always had a great experience with Fireaway but was really disappointed tonight. My milkshake didn't arrive with the order and the guy called the store. He told me it would be delivered in 15 minutes. After an hour I called the store and a rather rude man told me it would be with me in under 10 minutes. It turned up 25 minutes later and was disgusting. It was not like it usually is and certainly didn't taste like it had "natural ingredients." It tasted very heavily of a syrup type substance and was like milk that had been watered down. Perhaps this was due to how long it was in the car? For £6.99 you should be able to expect fresh. Would've scored lower for today but felt it was unfair as I've never had a problem before.

I honestly hate to say this but this place has gone downhill from when I first ever tried it. The Queen Margherita was very stingy with the buffalo cheese and was 90% tomato base, then the Nutella cookie was yummy but was rock hard in the middle :(

The advacado was off real bad and for some stange unknown reason they put a weird salad mayo sauce all over it. which they hace never done before. Abd pizza was just about edible as was undercooked

terrible food - chicken strips (very small pieces) barely coated in any sauce just a mere drizzle at the most with some not having any coating on. garlic bread was ok. driver couldnt even find the address even though just eat lets you pinpoint a precise location on the map!!
