Friendly staff. The abiding smell within the room is one of sweaty workmen & stale b.o. Unfortunately, response is one of " Sorry we're fully booked " very much a case of like it or lump it. Not a good corporate response. Probably a sign of rushed/ limited cleaning process. Sadly, Premier Inn seem to be operating a policy of 'mind over matter'. They don't mind & you don't matter'.

Staff messed up order and instead of remaking took out the sweetcorn which i didn’t ask for, seemed like they hated us being there and had no interest in being friendly

Lovely staff here, Alfie remade my drink promptly when it was made incorrectly and took the time to see that everything with our order was right. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!

I usually order from them, but the block on the phone was very rude at Monday night, 21/10/24 at 9:10 at night I called twice and he has been saying I need to put pizza in the oven, or I got so many orders can you call me later, where is the professionalism in these people, am a customer too, I can provide suitable proof towards my review if someone considerable from the team get in touch with me.

Best takeaway curry I’ve had in Gloucester for a while

My order all thought delicious! Had fish and chips and chicken kebab etc. Thank you to you as had a slight hiccup with order that was totally my fault not yours. Will definitely order again from here and thank you. X
