Food here is spot on great Chinese

The last 3 meals from jade gardens have been shocking!,spare ribs tuff as old boots , so was the beef curry , the pork balls dry and chewy.. won't be ordering again!

2 hour wait for food yes I'm awear it's new years eve however I was told it would only be an hour wait. Food turned up tiny portions missed the chips from the order and the chicken balls were inedible. And the rest of the food was below average

Well, congratulations Jade Garden! You take the gold medal for the most vile food in Gloucester. I think I'd rather eat out a dust bin, than eat the vile slop I was delivered this evening. Hang your heads in shame!!!

The single most worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Food was stone cold! No flavour and just the worst thing I’ve ever eaten.

Love the fish and chips and Chinese from here. Always cooked fresh and hot. Only thing I would recommend is a better container for the curry sauce as they have holes in and always seem to lose half a tub driving home

Do not eat here. I waited an hour and half for my food. Had to ring twice to see where it is. When arrived it was freezing cold and I go abuse from the scary woman on my doorstep. Telling me to stop touching my food. She then snatched the bag out my hand shouting abuse at me. Wow . How this has good reviews must be the staff leaving fake reviews. Discusting.

Still the best in the area, nowhere else has matched up yet! Crispy beef is still amazing

Haven't had a Chinese for a good while. Ordered from Jade Garden as reviews were good. Well impressed with everything. Rang order through and food was delivered within 30 minutes. The food arrived hot and was delicious. Very impressed . Will definitely order from here again.

Live round corner from it and only recently tried it ,was pleasantly surprised it's a English style chipshop and Chinese takeaway in one

Usually the food is pretty good. Can be ordered for collection.

Would give better rating but was disappointed with the amount of duck I received in my chow mein and the fact they dont take card payment like other take aways. Apart from those they are really good

Great Omlette, but packing it in a tub on top of the chips lead to very soggy chips. Prompt service and all freshly cooked.

Very nice indeed. Had fish and chips, batter was lovely and light and fish was cooked to perfection,chips were nice too. Doesn't take card payment not like my local chippy who does.

Had big hair in my chips which I ended up eating and spitting out, girl always has her hair out when I go in. I do not appreciate your sweaty hair in my food. Did not get an apology when I brought the food back, just routinely given a new portion with no offer of any compensation to say sorry either. Never going back here as I know they don't appreciate my money or me.

Staff are friendly king prawn curry 🍛 is good xx

We order here every 2-3 weeks. Great prices. Food is tasty. Perfect size of portions for chips and others. Delivery is quick and easy and the food is still hot. Highly recommend!

Order was told to the customer assistant she then made the order wrong then when I realised at home I proceeded to call them to get it changed when I was met with a polite gentleman but when a driver came to deliver my 2 right items and pick up the wrong items I was met with rudeness and agitation talking to me like a child

What cracking place to eat one of the best in Gloucester

Ordered meal by telephone, delivered within 25 mins, all dishes present and correct 😁 Member of staff that took my call was careful to check all details and was also very knowledgeable. Well worth a visit or a call.....enjoy 🌟🌟🌟
