Great food, cheerfully delivered

fabulous. Glos Grill still my no.1 for Peri Peri. The food is good, quality excellent and the delivery service is always good. keep up the good work.

i asked for no sauce in my wraps and there was mayonnaise also one of my bags of chips was quite hard, apart from that it was good

I called and requested for our food to be delivered at 7:30pm and was told this was fine they’d hold the order until then, but it got delivered at 5:30pm. Way too early for what we wanted, then when it arrived the chicken was freezing cold & hard! Did not enjoy the meal at all, really disappointed as I usually love a GG!

Really good food, burger was decent but the peri chicken was amazing, great quality, juicy, thoroughly cooked and good portion.

Quality of the food has gone down hill on the last few orders definitely changed the chicken supplier soggy chips unseasoned burgers won’t bother from these again

Beware people I’m convinced this place is laced with crack. The food is dangerously addictive.

The quality of peri peri chicken has gone down slightly. Ordered Shami Burger and we received peri peri chicken burger instead! No explanation or apology given. The only place in Gloucester that used to do Shami burger. What a shame!

This place never let's me down. The quality 👌 is always first class and plenty of it. The drivers are always polite and extremely friendly.

The chicken is always delicious. I would give this place 4.5/5 if the wrap wasn't always undercooked.

Food was great as usual, let down by a rude delivery driver. Hung up on me when asking which way to go - I’m afraid I don’t know every street! When he got to us, rude in front of my 5 year old daughter about having to ask people on the street. I understand the frustration of not being able to find an address, however no other place has issues finding us, a sat nav takes you right to our door. Food lovely, but will not order from again due to his attitude.

We shared a late night large sheesh kebab with garlic mayo and salad because we'd walked past earlier in the day and the chargrill smell oozing from this place is just incredible. The lamb was charred and tasted absolutely gorgeous. As gorgeous as it smelt. The pitta was huge that encased the lamb and loads of salad and lashings of garlic mayo. Happy service too. We were very satisfied by the end, constantly commenting on the flavour left in our mouths. It's not the nicest looking place, but it was constantly busy. Try it! We didn't want anything else like chips so can't review those.

I asked for no cheese in the beef burger meals and there was salad and I ended up with cheese and salad in all of them not happy!my kids couldn’t eat there burger meals and there was fries missing.

I make an order from Gloucester Grill , and its timing order.The order not arrived on time and showing its on the way.After passing 15 mins, I ring them to ask about order, they make very rude to me stared to shout at me.And as well as they use the swear words to me concerning about my mother.Can u imagine? I want to make action on them. I cant control my anger. I want an action as soon as possible

Super fast delivery as always, but the food was pretty soggy this time. Not normally a problem for Glos Grill, but in this instance, my burger fell apart it was so wet, and the wraps were dripping. Will order again as it was a one off, but not great.

I had the notification that my food was on the way at 18:22 I live within a 15 minute drive from the shop and it took nearly an hour, when the food finally arrived, the chips were stone cold and had hardened and the wrap and burger was cold, il collect from now on

Food hasn’t arrived after over 2 hours. Apparently delivered to wrong address have called over 13 times to get an answer, keep getting told ‘we’ll make fresh and be there in 5 minutes’, last time we were told this it was 35 minutes ago!

We always order from here and for the last 6 times they haven't given us the peri mayo tub. Or have they stopped doing that now? It says peri mayo on the order. Goes amazing with chips. Unless I'm thinking of another takeaway that does the peri tubs???

It amazes me they can travel 3 mile across the city in rush hour, and through 4 major traffic junctions and still bring my food piping hot. Yet another national outlet, less than a mile away, can not deliver my food hot, freash, and tasty. Well done, Gloucester Grill - you are my number one. Bless you all. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

The wraps received had hot sauce and I specifically requested no hot sauce. The food was Luke warm and some items on the order were missing.
