Tim Hortons in Gloucester

Ok so this was the first Tim Hortons in the UK which agreed to customize my drink just like how it’s done in Canada! The guy who served me, sorry I didn’t catch your name but what a star you are! Thank you!!

For a restaurant that is so quiet, they get the orders wrong every time

Have tried Tim hortons Burgers and drinks and they serve halal chicken as well, which has been amazing

Burgers are scrumptious,very tasty indeed and the mocka was very rich full of flavor.

Good atmosphere. Good choice of hot drinks. Good breakfast options with good value. Burgers aren't that bad either. They are open till about 11pm so can stay there to chill or work on some things if you want a space by yourself. £1 breakfast always a bonus

Food and drinks are better than Costa 🤗

Lovely staff, working till the last hour and giving accurate wait times. Almost always warm from the ovens. Highly recommended.

Long wait for food with, half hour added on original time straight away. Wait defo isnt worth it! The chicken burger was grey and looked very cheap. To the point it wasnt eaten after a bite or two. The festive fries with gravy and cheese are however really nice! When you have any cheese and gravy. Probably 5 strands of grated cheese and 3-4 fires with the gravy on. Defo wont be ordering again! Specially with the £6.50 delivery and service fee

It was not busy the time we went. However, there were a number of tables that were not clean. The food we were served was cold. And the lavatories were not that clean and needed some minor fixes. Would not go again.

Food is nice. The service at the till could be better. We have to order at the till because through the screen we cannot remove certain ingredients that we are intolerant to, so we have to use the till, and sometimes we have to wait for a long time until someone attends us or I have to draw their attention to be able to make my order. Overall it is good and the breakfast is enjoyable.

Donuts were average, was meant to be a selection box I got 3 flavours, 3 of the same one which was poor and not 6, disappointing assortment and not worth £16

Great service from Jaswinder, met all our needs

Great food, love the hot chocolate, unlike a McDonald’s version which is usually watered down so much it is disgusting. Always opt for Tim Hortons over other places if we are looking for a vegetarian option. One thing that irritates me is that that they clear off the order for pick-up a minute in, and when you go to the counter - they say it isn’t ready (even though it says ‘ready for collection’). I can only assume it is to make their figures look nice but it kind of makes that “order ready for collection” screen pretty redundant.

The coffee & food were nice & the staff were very helpful. It was noisy because they were having work done in the entrance which detracted a little but guess that’s just a temporary thing.

Slow food and very poorly cooked and presented. We ordered the BBQ melt and it took 25 mins to arrived and was shocking. Cheap white bread, not toasted, a scrap of chicken. This restaurant has no quality control. We watched the staff make this sandwich - a 5 year old could have done better.

BBQ chicken sandwich with the month and so was the ham toastie didn’t try the doughnuts thy are bit pricey but look good. Clean restaurant

Food is always hot and tasty (the wraps are the best). Staff are always friendly and helpful. French Vanilla Latte Coffee is always piping hot.

I ordered 3 meals on a Sunday morning, the place wasn’t very busy, yet I had to wait 56 minutes to get my meal

I asked for my food to be wrapped in foil to keep it hot and even the fries were hot so thank u to the staff it was much better than normal as usually its cold .

Your customer service is very bad next time am not coming your stafff is very bad

Tim hortons was a great experience all round good food and service, me and my partner really enjoyed the cheese and herb melts. The hot drinks are great too.

I loved Tim hortons maple dip donuts when this shop first opened, but for the past few times I’ve dropped by to get a donut they’re really crispy and stale. For a company that literally has the tagline “always fresh” it’s really missing the mark at the moment.

Have been impressed with the simple yet decent quality of burgers and tossties here. This morning I ordered a simple egg and sausage bagel. Never again! The bread was stale and like eating hard cardboard. Wanted to buy some water on top of the breakfast but had to leave as the poor girl behind the till had not been trained to operate it.

Sadly when we visited there were loud foul.mouthed people with children there which spoilt it 4 us. Food average but that's fast food 4 u. We'll use again though

Time entered till I left it was the worst service ever. They force customers for 5 star reviews and even took my mobile and did it him self. Never to step in here. Tim Hortos Glouster branch drags the brand name to it's grave !!!

Great selection of food and drink. Particularly like their Iced Capp range. The donuts are great and make a nice desert. Really enjoy their beef burgers. Overall makes a nice change from the typical places!
