Absolutely amazing service from jaswinder!

The coffee's good, but it takes forever to get your order. The Wi-Fi is fast, though, so I can usually get some work done while I'm waiting. The bathrooms are hit or miss—sometimes they're really dirty. But if you're not in a hurry, it's a decent place to hang out.

First time at Tim’s, great service by Jaswinder and the donuts and Tim it’s were nice.

The burger was tasty and the bun was soft, the service by Jestervi was superb.

Updating my review after my last visit here there service and food have improved,The gentleman that attended or served us was accomodating and friendly.This is the reason of giving them a 4 star.Jaswinder was really accomodating. The reason why i gave this rating are,first the staff who was in the till was rude,if my memory is right his name is Ravi(he have a long name) and on my 3rd collextion i have to tell him to speak to customer to a more poliye manner as i heard him talking to one customer rudely(after i had 2 incident of his rudeness),2nd is the toilet its not well keep and clean during our visit only 1 toilet available and there was no toilet rolls.3rd reason and hopefully my last is waiting time of order either dine in or takeaway.

Used tonight for a coffee Coffee not good STAFF EVEN WORSE.... VERY BAD MANNERS Won't be using AGAIN. Mcdonalds coffee tastes better and only £1.99 With these Bad Mannered staff can't belive they haven't shut down. 😠

Good place and the staff are very kind esp a hijabi girl whose name I missed. But I wish they took CASH.

The restaurant itself is really nice with good facilities and easy to order. I don't usually write bad reviews but we have gone to this local tim Horton a few times and pretty much everytime our order is wrong. Either something is missing or not the custom item we wanted. Always want to give staff the benefit of the doubt, but not sure we will come back again after so many times of wrong orders :(

Nice place, but very disappointed with breakfast. Microwaved pancakes were stodgy, and felt/tasted cheap…not what i expected from aCanadian brand Espresso was the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had

My first time Tim Hortons and was disappointed . I had a couple of the burgers and lattice fry’s from the drive thru . Service was very quick and polite but meal was the let down. Don’t think I will be going back I’m afraid.

I always buy silly amounts of doughnuts while travelling to family events, the manager is super lovely and always quick to update me on how long my order will take and offer me a drink while I wait. Definitely suggest you pop in for their chocolate timbits!

Had the nacho chilli crispy chicken meal, plus chicken strips 😁 was hot tasty. Great services by Jaswander with table service. Will be back soon 👍🏾

I had breakfast. A sausage and egg muffin. It was god-awful. It tasted like toothpaste. I’ve been there before and they always get your order wrong but they’re always pleasant. This time, I had to write a review.

Would always reccomed a coffee here but poped in for a coffee and some food for lunch and don't think I'll be going back for food. I had a chicken wrap meal which came with waffle fries and a drink. The fries were slightly warm at best and the wrap left a lot to he desired. Dry, warm chicken with the smallest bit of lettuce and tomato. My iced vanilla latte was the best bit about it. Despite it being very quiet there were lots of dirty tables and staff didn't seem interested in sorting it out. When they finally did the member of staff wiping tables only wiped the bit that had mess on it instead of wiping the whole table.

Donuts were completely dry, not fresh at all. These were rock hard. Please sell fresh food and thrown away the expired one.

Food and drinks are first class and very reasonable as well. Service times were not the quickest and the restaurant not the cleanest. Staff don't seem to be happy, overall the experience is quite depressing.
