The coffee & food were nice & the staff were very helpful. It was noisy because they were having work done in the entrance which detracted a little but guess that’s just a temporary thing.

Amazing food always served fresh!!

Excellent service and atmosphere

Food is always hot and tasty (the wraps are the best). Staff are always friendly and helpful. French Vanilla Latte Coffee is always piping hot.

I ordered 3 meals on a Sunday morning, the place wasn’t very busy, yet I had to wait 56 minutes to get my meal

Time entered till I left it was the worst service ever. They force customers for 5 star reviews and even took my mobile and did it him self. Never to step in here. Tim Hortos Glouster branch drags the brand name to it's grave !!!

The coffee's good, but it takes forever to get your order. The Wi-Fi is fast, though, so I can usually get some work done while I'm waiting. The bathrooms are hit or miss—sometimes they're really dirty. But if you're not in a hurry, it's a decent place to hang out.

Updating my review after my last visit here there service and food have improved,The gentleman that attended or served us was accomodating and friendly.This is the reason of giving them a 4 star.Jaswinder was really accomodating. The reason why i gave this rating are,first the staff who was in the till was rude,if my memory is right his name is Ravi(he have a long name) and on my 3rd collextion i have to tell him to speak to customer to a more poliye manner as i heard him talking to one customer rudely(after i had 2 incident of his rudeness),2nd is the toilet its not well keep and clean during our visit only 1 toilet available and there was no toilet rolls.3rd reason and hopefully my last is waiting time of order either dine in or takeaway.

The chipotle dips were missing from both meals, which is part of the making the meal nicer. The lattice fries were barely warm and same with the triple cheeseburger. Very disappointing as last time I ordered it was all good. This time pretty terrible.

Good place and the staff are very kind esp a hijabi girl whose name I missed. But I wish they took CASH.

The restaurant itself is really nice with good facilities and easy to order. I don't usually write bad reviews but we have gone to this local tim Horton a few times and pretty much everytime our order is wrong. Either something is missing or not the custom item we wanted. Always want to give staff the benefit of the doubt, but not sure we will come back again after so many times of wrong orders :(

Nice place, but very disappointed with breakfast. Microwaved pancakes were stodgy, and felt/tasted cheap…not what i expected from aCanadian brand Espresso was the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had

I order a 12 pack deluxe donuts and i get 3 type of donuts for “only” £26. In the picture is 12 deluxe donuts what also the name says not 12 donuts but 3 type only…
