Kebab Delights in Gloucester

Used to be the brst kebab in gloucester, with now yummies selling and keeping this place, wouldnt eat here if you paod for it

They sent me the completley wrong order and when i phoned them i was hung up on more than once, then they they stopped answering. Awful service.

Wow I ordered via just eat said it would be here at a time half hour after that time I rang its on its way not like I ant given time 45 mins later still not here so went to bed without to find in morning it had been put as delivered where??? No refund good luck I ordered from here for years but first and last time goodbye have a nice life

Used to be very good. Really tasty,hot food. Now the quality isn't there. Had a pizza a couple of weeks ago and it was awful. Ordered a kebab and they forgot things off my order, then they didn't answer the phone when I tried to rectify it. Have used them for years and always been happy but that's it now. Won't ever use them again. Such a drop in quality. Shame

Unacceptable service !!!Still cannot believe that I ordered from this joke at just eat all and I never received my food..And the most annoying thing is that they charged me !!!

Waited hour and half pizza wasn't very nice and chilli sauce missing off the kebab kebab wasn't too bad but not the best

Absolutely disgusting took over an hour for food to be delivered.. The pizza is as soft as the dough you made it with. Undercooked dough but burnt on top lovely. Your prices for cheese on chips with no cheese what so ever is disgusting. And grated cheese in your burger??? Burger cold and also looked uncooked. Sort it out. Won't be back. Delivery driver was happy tho.. Service with a smile is exactly what I wanted this evening... Not.

Food never arrived , they'd taken the money and when I rang they were rude almost accusing me of being as liar as they said driver had delivered ! Spoke to the driver who was adamant she'd delivered and they then put the phone down on me when I asked where my address was . There are plenty of good kebab shops in Gloucester this not being one as they're dishonest and rude , use yummies .

Food was cold and taste stale, never again will I order

Ordered a mixed kebab, lamb and chicken, and of course, got food poisoning from the chicken. Won't be ordering from here again.

I order a extra large lamb shish and 1 chicken doner kebab 1 large cips.. i recive the order after 20 minutes late take the withe bag inside...broke.. al my chiken shish go on the floor........ many thanks ....

Absolutely awful. The worst takeaway I have ever had and I feel have been robbed. Flavourless, salty, expensive, and rubbish. Avoid.

I had the medium lamb shish £7. Came with a box of fresh veg, and was pretty good. The lamb portion and meat quality was fine. Overall, good kebab.

Best kebab in Gloucester. Very quik and friendly driver :-) highly recommended

One of the best kebab shop in gloucester.their food is mouth watering.Staff members are so friendly and well trained.Should be tried at least once i can guarantee you you will be addicted to their kebabs.Fully recommended kebab shop.

Tuve un pollo extra grande para 11 y era demasiado grande para una persona. El pollo estaba bien preparado y muy sabroso. Los ingredientes de la ensalada eran frescos. Desafortunadamente, se olvidaron de un pitta en nuestro pedido, y esa es una parte bastante importante de un kebab. La entrega fue de más de una hora (sábado por la noche). Sin embargo, definitivamente los usaría de nuevo.

Food was fresh. Staff friendly. Service was good and delivery was on time.

When I order for just me and my partner its normally about £25, but if I order anything more than £50 ( total meal for my partner and children) I guarantee that the order is either wrong or missing an item ot 2.... just like this eve.... !!! it's a belated mums day and birthday celebration for myself and after spending £50+ we are missing 2x items which means festive meal wont go ahead together.... .....called shop only to be told missing items will be delivered WITHOUT any extras for mess up..... !!!!normally I would give company 5☆ but due to this important mess up I can only give 3☆.... Also was called a C##t the phone when calling.... only to find out that when other items will delivered well over 70mins after original order delivered.....# SHOCKING..... debating ordering again....shame as love these Kebabs......

I Rarely order take-aways but when I do I am always expecting good results. This however... absolutely blew it out of the park. Despite being 10 mins late (which for a Friday night can be expected) I could’ve waited hours and still of been happy. The quality of the food is 5* and the guy on the phone was polite and helpful. BEST KEBAB SHOP IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE BY A MILE!!!! Will only be ordering from here from now on!!!

Good portion sizes but the last kebab I got from them tasted a bit funny and ended up making me sick.

Absolutely disgusting!!! One star is too much. Delivery driver did not follow instructions then when I questioned him, he walked back to his car muttering under his breath. We order the fried chicken... Fried chicken, it was fried about 10 times, dry as a dogs bone, stale and clearly not fresh... The delight burger, with pastrami... Well I've never seen pastrami like it in my life, one piece of thin round overcooked what I can only think was a slice of ham. Overloaded with mayo and some sort of plastic cheese. Drink which I payed extra for was missing... Disgrace of a restaurant, the sooner food hygiene inspectors visit, the better. HORRENDOUS

Absolutely appalled with the quality of food. Came 5 mins early but was really not worth it . The fish and chips i could make myself in the oven and was burnt and soggy. Looks like something I’d of eaten for a school dinner. The pizza tasted like cardboard . Not only that but my Rio was flat! Disgusting and will not be ordering from here again

I have been waiting for my food for almost 2 hours, I've rang them twice, first time they said they knocked and rang like I put on my notes when they didnt! And the second time I was spoken to very poorly. Customer service is a shambles!

Used to be great food. Last couple of times I've ordered, its been terrible. Very, very late both times (no contact from them to explain it at all, I've had to chase). The most recent time the order was incorrect and partly inedible - chewy fries are not normal. I hope they sort this out soon or I'll not be eating from there again.

The worst fish and chips I have ever had!

The food from here was the worst food and experience I have ever had and they forgot our drinks The pizza was cold and burnt The cheesy chips were dry and cold and solidified my partner could pick them all up (like a brick) and tasted like it had been microwaved When we rang to complain the bloke on the other end had a very bad attitude telling us we would have to wait over an hour We never did receive this We rang again two days later to speak to a manger and was repeatedly swore at and then asked to go to the shop because he had *the boys* there I’ve never been so disgusted from food or the behaviour DO NOT ORDER from here

Waited 2 hours and missed half the order off, and the food that did arrive was cold and poor, when complaining they had really bad attitude.

Staff are friendly, food is always on time, hot and fresh.

During the evening of the 2nd of March we ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with extra ham, bbq base and stuffed crust. Considering the weather (which was very poor because of snow) I can understand the wait we would’ve had for it to get here. We then waited 2 hours extra for the pizza to arrive, they charged us £17 for the one pizza and it came and had none of the extras, cold and no stuffed crust. I was very disappointed. Yes, I understand the weather but there was no need for the poor quality of the pizza itself. Won’t be ordering from here again.

terrible terrible customer service, can barely follow simple instructions.

I ordered from them through Just Eat, having done so before and had good customer service. Twenty minutes after the delivery time I phoned them to ask if the food was out for delivery, they told it had already been collected. When I told them I had selected delivery and had not gone to pick it up they shouted at me. I have never experienced such customer service. I have paid them almost £30 and they have given someone else my food and will refuse to admit it was their error.

Never order from here, customer service is terrible and the food is worse! They never reimbursed me for overcharging on 3 chips which they never sent!

a simple order i thought, "a large kurdish pizza...no sweetcorn please," the order was then replied and confirmed to me, lo and behold it turns up cold loaded with sweetcorn!! couldnt organise a pizza in a pizza parlour...proper poo tang...

I ordered my food online and the at missing half of my order so I rand up and all the person on the phone said is next time you order I will send it then tbh I not ordering from hear again if they mess you about like this and I also handed the driver the money and he missed out my change won't be ordering from hear again

Delivered extremely late, two hours after initial order! Rather have beans on toast! Food quality was shocking too, not worth the wait or the money.

What a load of shite. Late delivery, dry chicken Which was cheap skanky chicken thighs. No garlic mayo in site just what I can only describe as ryita which would be ok with a curry. Cold cheesy chips bleughhhh. Save your money order from elsewhere!!

Put an order through Just Eat opening times claim open until 3am! About 15 minutes after putting our order through it was cancelled - we guessed they had closed early. So we rang through only to get someone answer the phone. Terrible service!!
