Vivimos localmente y reservamos el salón de té para organizar la séptima fiesta de princesas de nuestra hija. Desde la primera comunicación el equipo fue fabuloso y muy servicial. Nos reunimos para discutir nuestras necesidades y requisitos antes de hacer nuestra reserva, que fue muy útil. La ubicación está en el pueblo con una encantadora zona de estar al aire libre (no usamos esto ya que hacía frío en febrero! ) y el interior está tan bellamente decorado con luces de hadas, pintoresco papel pintado, todo lo que esperas de un salón de té, tan bonito que solo añadimos pancartas de cumpleaños, ya que realmente no había necesidad de sobre decorar. El personal estaba más que feliz de reorganizar el lugar y hacer espacio para la princesa animadora, el también le permitió el uso de una plaza de aparcamiento que era muy servicial! Proporcionaron té de la tarde para 13 niñas felices y la comida era absolutamente fantástico yo, marido y mi madre todo a fondo el pastel de limón, brownie y rollos de salchichas cuando recoger lo que sobraba. Recomendaría el té de la tarde y sin duda volveremos nosotros mismos! Fue una tarde tan perfecta hecho aún mejor por un gran lugar y el personal muy servicial, amable y servicial. Muy recomendable visitar como salón de té cuando visite Polperro o reservar como lugar de celebración!

Bought the sea food platter (£22) crab, prawns, king scallops, squid and fish along side a salad. While the squid and crab were fine the rest of the meal all tasted of oil that was evident on the plate in puddles. The fish, catch of the day was tasteless other than the oily finish. It was almost like the rest of the meal was cooked in a bacon and sausage pan. The restaurant was busy but it’s no excuse for turning out an oil slick on a plate. 🐠🛢

Wonderful customer service, delightful pots and cups with saucers, and a delicious couple of warm fruit scones with clotted cream and jam-perfect!

We called in here on a weekday morning in October for a hot chocolate, latte, glass of milk for our 2 year old and a slice of flapjack. It was all nice.

I ordered fish and chips and salad. The chips are supposed to be ( by the hotel’s description) three times done so I cannot understand why they were limp and soggy instead of being crisp. The fish batter was soaked in oil and not dry as it should be. The salad was good though could do with some tomatoes and possibly cucumber. I expected beeter for dinner at a relatively fancy place.

Llamamos aquí en nuestro último día para almorzar. Una bienvenida amable para nuestro perro y nosotros mismos. Recomendamos el panini de tocino, Brie y mermelada de chile. Muy sabroso.

Atraídos por la promesa de un té salado pedimos un queso mediterráneo y uno de cabra, con café negro. Sólo un bollo cada uno, diminuto, insípido. Un pedazo de queso minúsculo en la parte superior de uno, media aceituna en el otro. El mismo chutney con ambos aunque el menú describía algo diferente. El café vino en pequeñas tazas. Supuse que como el café se llama bean and scone, el precio del té o café en un “té” sería el mismo. No había toallas en el baño. La persona que servía parecía estar en una especie de mundo de ensueño cuando le pedí un medio para secarme las manos, ella simplemente miró a través de mí. La peor parte fue pagar la cuenta. 90 ! ! Para dos pequeños y miserables bollos y dos pequeñas tazas de café negro. He consultado la cuenta y la persona sin emociones en el mostrador dijo que el café es £ 1 extra cada uno! En serio, no podía atribuir a los bollos más que unos pocos peniques de ingredientes. Sentí que nos habían robado. Totalmente arruinada nuestra tarde.

Lovely pub in Polperro with a nice atmosphere. The service was excellent, the beer was good and the food was great.

We popped into this dog friendly pub for a quick pint and a snack. The menu was extensive but we settled on hand cut cheesy chips which did not disappoint. The beer was nice and cold. The atmosphere was lovely, with friendly and attentive staff. The Three Pilchards is the oldest pub in Polperro and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastic pub, where a very friendly bar lady warmly welcomed us. As a family of five with three young children, we found this place to be incredibly family-friendly. The food was superb, with fresh seafood, and the king's prawns and scallops were particularly delicious. The downstairs area of the pub has a great atmosphere – cozy, warm, and with an old-world charm. We sat upstairs at a large table with views over the bay. It was a truly enjoyable and memorable evening during our holiday. I also thought the prices for both food and drinks were very reasonable. We would definitely visit again when we're next in the area.

The perfect evening, the location is special the food excellent, good selection of beers wines spirits The service has been well thought out with a bleep system to let you know when your foods ready .And it was a music night 7 piece band .
