The best restaurants in Looe West and Lansallos Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

We ordered 3 pasties, traditional, cheese bean and bacon and cheese and bacon. They should have been investigated under trades description as the meat in the traditional, beans and bacon were noticeably absent. We’d had pasties a few days earlier from another establishment and these weren’t a patch on those. Have to say the staff were super friendly and the water pistols for the pigeons were a fun touch.

Had several visits to the tea room while we were in Polperro. Best views of the harbour and a sun trap too. Great selection of delicious cakes and seating inside and outside. Would highly recommend.

We had a cream tea and sat outside watching the world go by because it was a beautiful day. Scone was very fresh and warm, absolutely beautiful. It was a very nice cup of tea aswell. The right amount of cream and jam too. The lady there was very pleasant, she came outside and had a chat with us. Will definitely have another cream tea there, best one I’ve had in a long time. Thankyou☺️

As we are in beautiful Cornwall it would be rude not to partake in the traditional "Cream Tea " " Jam First !" But however you like your Jam on your scones, you will not be disappointed. In my opinion, these were the best scones I have tasted. Freshly baked, warm and smelling delicious. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The bar is dog friendly too The view of the sea, from our table, was uninterrupted and perfect to have a relaxing afternoon with a friend or friends enjoying some self indulgence. The View Bar Bistro( or Raffles Bar as previously known) is a beautiful spot to while away a few hours Two delicious scones, Jam and cornish clotted cream a couple of fresh strawberries. A freshly brewed pot of Cornish tea or coffee if preferred. £8.50 per person. I consider that very reasonable. What's not to like ! Booking might be advisable.

A pretty good chip shop in the heart of the village. Pretty standard menu and average prices. Service was quick, but it was quiet when we were there.
