The best restaurants in Westbury-on-Trym Bristol, City of South West

This place has 5 star ratings for a reason. It’s probably one of the best fish and chips I ate. Even my South East Asian friend agrees to that and thats a big thing because they are really into seafood. Will definitely visit Bristol again only for this.

Lovely food, great staff, nice atmosphere

This is a lovely cosy chip shop, which i always visit if I get the opportunity. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic food 😋

The best Thai restaurant in Bristol! This is me and my wife's go-to takeout. Everything we have got from here has been delicious, and the people are so friendly and smiley! Every friend and family member we've brought here has instantly understood why we love it so much. Do yourself a favour and eat here!

Very friendly club. Some tight narrow fairways, but the greens are very good. Generally drains well, so more often than not the course tends to be open throughout the year. And I got a hole in one. Nothing to do with me, it's all down to the course and helpful professionals!

The lady behind the counter was friendly and polite, which made ordering easy. Food wise... The chips were perfectly cooked and came chunky with a good portion size. I also had a piece of fish, which was a bit over cooked for my personal liking, but it was still somewhat nice to eat.

Excellent Christmas lunch. The venison was fabulous.

I found this lovely little restaurant by chance on a quick web search on an overnight visit to Bristol. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and good staff who have achieved the right balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. The starters were all very good but a particular mention to the arancini which were delicious and had to be shared. The main courses were likewise very satisfying. My only regret is that we don't live closer, as I would happily visit often.

This lovely local has been taken over by 2 lovely local lads who are working so hard to make it a great local. There is live music on a friday , a fantastic and increasingly popular quiz on Wednesday and we had some of their yummy food last night. There were great burgers ( chicken and beef) , pub faves such as sausage and mash and fish and chips. We also sampled the gorgeous pizza, chicken wings and veggie or meaty nachos. Will definitely be back for more…

Buena comida, buen servicio y buen ambiente. Recomiendo este restaurante para invitar a amigos y salir con la familia.

No escuches a ninguna persona estrella porque el chutney chowk (pickle junction) es genial. Muy buena comida y personal son todas estrellas.

Fantastic food and great service from very friendly staff. The lamb Hyderabadi biryani was the best I've ever had, and it was nice to have a choice between vegetable curry or raita as an accompaniment. Definitely recommend a visit.

Rude service. Requested sweet and sour sauce for spring rolls and aggressively responded to say they don’t give sauce with spring rolls. Anyway, I ate half a spring roll on their premises…. which tasted absolutely awful… of OLD OIL, COMPLETELY saturated in oil that’s been over-used!!! I didn’t even know if I was meant to chew or swallow … as in swallowing a DRINK!! maybe a good thing I didn’t get the sauce to disguise the FOOD POISONING I was gifted with!! No point in explaining to people who are highly defensive on such a small level about providing condiments (hey I was ok to pay for it as an “extra”.)… if you can’t even get the basics right on customer service.. there’s no point in even having a conversation on food poisoning that took me out of work for 2 days!!!
