One of the best Thai restaurants ive attended... Excellent portions, very good quality and excellent service..

The food was nice, the service was OK but the ambience was awful. A few cheap, tacky ornaments hung on the walls with a couple of posters of Thailand did nothing to remind me of the month I spent in Thailand with Thai restaurateur friends. It felt like dining in a railway waiting room. If we lived closer I would consider using it as a takeaway. I was even happy with the wine list (there is a bit of an over emphasis on Sauvignon whites) so it wouldn't take a great deal of effort to turn this place around and make it somewhere worthy of taking friends and family. Until that happens I would be embarrassed to bring anyone there. Avoid the salt & pepper squid - tiny flat strip of squid (or maybe cuttlefish) with loads of batter that falls off. Try the Fried Duck with Honey, Chicken Satay, Pork Dumpling, Som Tum, Prawns Green Curry, Prawns Pad Thai and Coconut Rice.

No idea what the food was like, as we weren’t allowed to eat here. I had booked a table for four of us, and had advised them on the phone that my wife would be bringing her guide dog. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told strictly “no dogs”. We tried to explain that he was a guide dog, and that it had been arranged over the phone. But we were just told again “no dogs”. It’s sad that in these modern times there are still some restaurants who don’t understand the discrimination laws. We didn’t want to argue, we just spent our money elsewhere.

Simple atmosphere....could be more ethnically Thai, but the food is WONDERFUL!

The whole experience was fabulous. We went early enough for there it to be slightly empty but the food itself was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and professional throughout, attentive to any requests or questions we had. The fish and seafood was fresh and flavoursome and all the other dishes were of great quality and super tasty. Probably the best Thai food that I've eaten and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Food and service very good. During the meal there was a gentleman patron using colourful language at a high volume. This was irritating and entertaining in almost equal measure.

Have eaten here many times, it's always a great place for delicious Thai food, either to dine in or takeaway.

I recently visted and had the prawn panang curry. I contracted food poisoning from this which i let the restaurant know. They offered a gesture of refund which doesn’t really make up for the loss of money I have lost from work. Anyway I accepted, however did not receive any gesture at all. Would not recommend seafood dishes.

Went with a group for a celebration. Food was absolutely gorgeous. 10 people. Service slightly marked down as the timing of arrival of first person's main meal and last person's was a little on the long side. Staff were attentive and polite. Overall would give 5*.

Had a takeaway this evening from here as our usual Thai go to is closed on a Monday and good god it was fantastic, I’ve spent a lot of time in Thailand and this is the best food I’ve had outside of the country itself, all the dishes were fantastic, we shall certainly be back!

My word this place was good. Thai food that was flavourful, rich, spicy and brilliantly cooked. No rubbery prawns or beef. Flavours were similar across the dishes, but didn't get boring at all. The curry was a bit thinner than what I am accustomed to, but on rice I had no complaints. We will definitely be back. One of the best Thai places we've been too in quite some time.

Lovely waiter but poor food. Ordered a penang, not terrible in flavour however it wasn't a traditional penang. Edible. Beef pad krapow was lacking in flavour, very poor and bland. Food in general is not great, won't be back. I've visited many Thai restaurants and even Thailand and this isn't authentic I'm afraid. Definitely won't be back.

The staff were nice but the food was bad. Both mine and my boyfriends food lacked flavour. However, the restaurant seemed busy and popular so I’m not really sure what happened, maybe just a bad night.

Always very good food, and a very nice service

Food extremely disappointed. Chicken and beef appeared to be prevailed or cooked with runny sauce. Nothing was marinated contrary to the claims made in the menue. I will not comment on toilets and other facilities.

Always excellent food and the best service! T was serving and was so attentive, kept refilling my water glass without me asking. The tastiest dishes, I would recommend number 65 and 64 on the menu if you enjoy seafood and fresh aromatic flavours. We have been a few times and love the food and staff. Well worth the visit to this gem of a place.

What a sweet little Thai place. Staff were super friendly and the red curry sauce and bean curd I had was delicious! Will definitely be back again.

Eaten here many times and the quality is always good. Staff friendly and service fine. The decor is a bit spartan but you can't have everything... Look carefully at the chilly rating as hot is very spicy.

Extraordinary food in quite unpretentious setting. Delightful staff, not overly attentive, but not difficult to find if required. Unfortunately this was a one-off visit to Bristol for me, otherwise I'd be back every week. Go here if you want excellent, authentic Thai food, but if you want fawning staff and coordinated decor you'd be better off going somewhere else! Highly recommended.

Lovely Thai food. This place is lovely for some great food and good service. I always enjoy coming here. I usually order my food before I arrive and it's always brought out quickly. The service is friendly, although I have had to go up to the counter mid meal to ask for something, on occasion. The place is small, not cramped, but it does mean if it's busy it can get a bit loud. Overall I would recommend this place.

Hidden gem in Bristol. Can still taste the freshness of the food even towards the end of the meal. Stir fried brief with aubergines and ginger. Thai green chicken curry with garlic fried rice.

We use this restaurant from time to time. Food is always good but the place is a tad lacking of atmosphere. The staff are friendly the food is good, not much more to add. Give it a go.

First time going here with friends. The people working here are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I am giving only 2 stars for the food. Starter was the Tom Yum soup with prawns, the soup was not very tasty, it was more salt I could taste. I was expecting a bit more colour in the soup (more red) but it was very pale. The main was Pad Thai with prawns and vegetables. I was so looking forward for this, however, it tasted SO sweet and sour like they used any sauce they could get.... and the noodles were overcooked soft. Just not the authentic Pad Thai I am used to. I was just missing the darker colour, fish sauce and a bit if of soy sauce. I didn't finish it but would never throw away food so I asked if I could take away to home. Later on another lady came to our table and she probably did not know I wanted it take away so she just put dirty plates on it! Nevermind the take away then.. the lady I asked for the take away ignored us and didn't even say sorry or anything. I won't come back here. I am not an expert on Thai food, however, I have had sooo much better Thai food than here. It just didn't give me the "wow delicious Thai food"...

I wanted to try an authentic Thai place for the Wife's birthday. Having tried a few around Bristol including Everyday Thai , Clifton Thai, giggling squid etc. All things weighed up, price, taste, customer service I think this place ranks up there at the highest. The waitress and staff were super friendly. The price was fantastic and the food, was epicly delicious. My only criticism was perhaps the restaurant could do with a lick of paint and a bit of sprucing up . But the things that mattered, were fantastic. Will be returning

Nice decor, very tasty food. Some of the best Thai food I've had in Bristol. The reason we didn't give this a 5 is that we had a prawn in our tofu. We are vegitarian and don't eat seafood.

Excellent food, very tasty , fast and pleasant service and a good selection of drinks. For 4 was about 35 per head for two courses and a couple of drinks each. As you can see the menu was a little overwhelming!

This seems to be a little known Thai restaurant in Westbury on Trym. We were passing and decided to give it a try. Food was excellent and good value for money.

This is a superb Thai restaurant. I have not eaten such good quality Thai food since I was in Thailand. The staff are always so welcoming, there is a lot of careful packing of the takeaway food and it is made with very fresh ingredients. The online tool for ordering works very well and all items ordered have been delicious.

Whenever we go, we always have lovely meals here. We especially like chicken skewer with peanut sauce and tom yum soup as a starter and beef red curry and some duck dish as main. Our little kids(2 and 6 years old) love pad thai noodles and fried rice. We love them too. If you are lucky you should try their thai iced tea and thai coconut pancake. So delicious. The service is always great and the staff are always so friendly. Highly recommended:)

I have had takeaways from this Thai restaurant many times, delicious meals. But today sadly I ordered a chicken dish and this dish had blue coloured chicken. I thought maybe a spice or flavouring but to my dismay it was on nearly all the chicken and was part of the meat. I threw all of my meal away and won’t be ordering from here again

I’m from the United States and my partner and I were discussing how sad we were that this restaurant wasn’t back home. Satay (£5) was juicy and delicious, we were trying to decide if it was better than any we had in Thailand. Penang (£7.50) and Massaman (£7.50) were also both very good. Top tier Thai restaurant.

First time visiting I ordered a takeaway lunch of two Thai curries.Very delicious, packed full of fresh vegetables, protein and herbs.
