Always enjoy the lounge, the service is prompt and the menu varied. Great place for brunch vibes.

We love Grupo. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the food is great. They have a fantastic range of vegan options so we can have something different every time.

Good food and service, plenty of seating. Table service via an app, or pay order and pay at the bar, and dogs are welcome on the ground floor.

Great food and customer service, though I think I was given the wrong drink it was ok, though, got a different one will definitely return to try something new.

Group Lounge has become my favourite place to dine. The ambiance is warm and cosy. The food is tasty. The service is great. And they don’t make you feel like you have to constantly order in order to stay in.

Love this place! After a recent makeover this place has retained all of its originality. Ate there yesterday with my family and the food, drinks, service and atmosphere were 5*.

Attended the opening night of the new Bruto lounge in Totnes and had a great time. The manager in his staff really looked after us and the atmosphere was terrific. Highly recommended

I want to love this place, I really do. Location, perfect. Food and drinks, exactly what you expect at a place like this. Atmosphere and staff, awesome. But geez this electronic ordering system, the wait times and the order and rationale of how you receive what you order is like a kid with ADHD. Maybe the weed is good in Westbury or the system makes them serve stuff in a weird order but it's so frustrating! 1: get rid of the damn online system, it sucks and always fails with Google pay. Second, serve food in a sensible manner: drinks asap, kids meals and appetizers next, then mains and then dessert. And for the love of god the table should have cutlery by default, why do I need to ask why every time? You have such good potential to get 5 stars across, and you ruin it with the pot smoking approach to service. You're almost there, I'll be back, but cmon now, do us good, not dirty.

Lovely food, but very tiny portions. Staff were very helpful, but everything is done via app, therefore interaction is minimal. A very nice meal overall, but disappointing value from a portion perspective.

Casual and cosy restaurant. Staff are friendly and the restaurant has lovely interior. We recommend going for brunch!

Breakfast was delicious (although mushrooms weren’t hot) and waiters were very helpful. Slightly on the pricey side for the style of cuisine being served but the restaurant/cafe does have a lovely roof terrace which is great in the summer months.

Thanks to Grupo for a lovely lunch for 17 of us yesterday. We had to make a few changes to the numbers and the dishes in the few days before and it was not a problem. We were made to feel welcome. Staff were friendly. The reserved area was perfect for what we needed. Requests were dealt with efficiently and the food was good and arrived all at once for our group. A great time was had by all! I would recommend.

Always a good atmosphere and a good selection of food to suit all people. We were very happy to see the garlic bread is back to being chiabatta as oppose to the flatbread that was previously being used. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Disappointed there was no broccoli! They were having problems with the online ordering system though so we did have to wait for some of our order which was a shame but not a normal experience. The staff were apologetic about this problem and I’m sure it will be resolved soon. The mezze salad bowl is delicious, as was the bacon and chicken salad. Also would recommend the banoffe cheesecake and the fruity flapjacks .

Always at the peak of quality. For the several times we went to our favorite place to spend time, drinking and eating As usual, I ordered my favorite food which is lounge burger and fries 🍟. It was slightly different from previous times . A layer of roast beef was not served on top of the burger like before . My favourite items had apparently been removed this time . But I was completely satisfied with the quality of the burger and the way it was served . I hope that this issue will be resolved in future visits and roast beef will return to my burger🍔

Met some friends here for brunch today. Staff very nice, relaxed atmosphere but could do with a good clean! Table was wiped down for us but the seats were covered in food crumbs and would benefit from a clean cloth! I had the buttermilk pancakes which were cold, crusty around the edges and tough to cut with knife and fork! There didn’t seem to be enough staff available to get food to the tables. As we were upstairs I did ask for plates to be warmed which was obviously ignored. Rather disappointing! Caramel was also missing from caramel latte!

Music was too loud to hold a sensible conversation (especially at 10.30am) but otherwise the service, ambience, and coffee was not to be faulted.

The place gives a homy feel, very relaxing. Even if it was busy at the time we visited, we received our food on time. Great quality, great taste. Not to mention the proper table spacing that gave us our own space whilst eating. Overall we enjoyed our lunch. Price is okay for the quality of food.

This is the second charity quiz night our company have held at Grupo Lounge and we can’t fault it. Jannah and the team have been brilliant at helping us host yet another successful event. Nothing is too much to ask, the food is great and the service is brilliant. We were given exclusive access to the upstairs including the balcony which is a great feature for summer evenings. Thank you once again to the team - we are so grateful for your support as always! Highly recommend!

Stopped off for a quick drink, busy with a good vibe, a bit noisy for a large group to chst around a table downstairs. A nice sunny balcony for outside drinks.

My wife and I visit the Grupo Lounge one a week while my daughter goes to drama club, I think what makes it work so well as that there is always something on the menu that I want to eat, no matter what mood I'm in. I can have a breakfast, a burger, a chilli, tapas, pancakes or a piece of fried chicken or just a bowl of chips and a coffee... and all of them are great. There was a brief three week period when there was a Komodo dragon camped out in one of the bathrooms, but as long as you had a boiled egg to feed him he was mainly friendly and in any case he has since moved on to pastures new. So all in all definitely a family favourite!

Very helpful I had to book a table as two of our party had mobility issues and the stairs to the top level are dangerous both ascending and descending for them , food nice bit of a wait over an hour , but doors tasty and hot . Sandwich . Burger , Chilli , but to be fair it was very busy staff very pleasant and worked very hard to clear tables etc

A typical Lounge venue. A good, reliable venue at any time of the day. This lounge has a large first floor with lots of seats which I only discovered when I went to the loo 🤣. I enjoyed a really good Nasi Goreng and a pint of IPA. It was surprisingly quiet when we arrived (at a little after 6 on a Saturday evening in January) but that meant it was easy to get a table.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with a friend and her 10yo daughter. It's popular with small family groups at this time and you can see why as the staff were excellent with children. The menu looked excellent with a good choice of food, including vegan. However, the menu somewhat oversold the food, which was disappointing and small portions for the price when it turned up.

Popped in Sunday 14th Jan. Both my wife and I were really impressed by the whole team working that day. Super friendly, super chilled out, and really efficient. They set the tone for a nice relaxed morning.

The staff were fantastic, they accommodated a large group of us at short notice, and the food and drinks were great. We were all extremely impressed with the overall experience and I'm sure we will return again. I would highly recommend it!

Food was expensive and used to be good but not anymore. The lounge eggs looked like something you would find in a bin and it was over eight pound and tasted awful. Full of dogs sniffing under your table and loud barking that made the place uncomfortable and stressful. One to avoid

Previously wasn't that bad to visit but seems to have gone downhill in recent times. Staff are always friendly enough but the food is drastically overpriced for what you get. Portions have shrunk and for some items are almost laughable. Chips are placed in a cup with coned paper to make it look like you have more, but if you plop these out on the plate you see how few you get. A photo here of what we got for a side of chips costing £3.25... Cleanliness seems to be a bit of an issue, with tables often sticky when you sit down. Sat with the family today at a table that had all sorts of food waste underneath which hadn't been swept. Easily missed when busy but isn't the first time this has happened and seen other reviews here mentioning the same.

Groupo in Westbury is consistently great. The Downside is sometimes we are limited to downstairs with a dog and disabled Gran in tow, and the tables are sometimes full. A gentle hint to people with laptops or are fit, healthy, and pet free, do consider going upstairs. The fish finger sandwich is a real treat always.

Nice enough place. Food has that mass produced feel and the service is hit and miss. Each lounge looks the same. But I'll go and enjoy it for what it is! Good kids options, wide ranging menu, allows dogs. Ticks a lot of boxes.

I've been away from Bristol for years and it was such a pleasure to come back to Grupo and find it's as great as ever! Well done team!

Returned last Monday ; stone cold breakfast muffin, cheese consequently not melted. Thown together, asked if all ok and didn't complain as was taking my son out to brunch. Back to their lowest of low kitchen performance. Service polite but the kitchen was quiet and the chef just clearly didn't care about what was leaving the pass.

Friends who we were visiting brought us here for brunch and it was delicious. I had the Miami brunch which was excellent. I wish we had this restaurant closer to home!

Steak was well undercooked, despite requesting medium rare it was almost blue. Steak knife coudnt cut through the poor quality meat. Waitress was lovely about the complaint, however when the manager came over we were offered a free drink or dessert, which we declined and weren't offered a refund of any sort.

Just love the chilled atmosphere, chilled staff and chilled music, it's just a great place to wind down and relax

Attended for a geocaching event that was being hosted up stairs. Staff were very welcoming, service was fast and efficient. Food arrived quickly, tasted amazing and was at an acceptable temperature. The staff were very attentive to customers and the staff were fast to clear away dirty tables and ready them for new customers. Nothing was an issue for the staff. I noticed that the staff worked well together and were fast and efficient.

I'm getting to really like the lounge's, they have a great atmosphere in a stylish/ edgy interior. We had a large group and they accommodated us well (we booked and pre-ordered), good food and great service with friendly staff, and it's very easy to order with the app. It's a nice middle ground for getting a nice environment to be in and not paying too much. We parked down the road next to the park, only a short walk, but I think there are other car parks nearby.

God place to share a drink with friends

Strange place. Very eclectic decor. Wanted to go upstairs but they have no lift which is ridiculous for a place this size. My friend is disabled. Waited ages for a small snack. Very pricey not worth the money. Asked for music to be turned down 3 times as couldn’t hear each other think let alone speak. Not conducive for a relaxing catch up with a friend as young staff literally running around the place n it wasn’t even busy. So very annoying irritating and distracting. Staff not very friendly either. Won’t go again

I walked in here on the verge of death thanks to the hangover of the century, and was promptly brought back to life by the incredibly kind, helpful and understating staff. Everything here is straightforward and laid back. Ordered my juice and watermelon spritz at the bar, which was brought to my table. Food was fast (veggie breakfast really does bits) and tasty. The next time I’m knocking on deaths door I will probably have to come back here.

Went for breakfast here Monday morning. Asked for smashed avocado on toast. We received bread that had barely been toasted, poached eggs were fine, and avocado cut up on the side. The avocado was also very black! I asked the waiter to come over and he was reluctant. Told him we didn’t order this and he said ‘I must’ve miss heard what you wanted’ and he walked away! I ordered the chicken, bacon and avocado salad which I had enjoyed previously at the Brunello Lounge in Weston-super-Mare. This was baaad! The chicken was dry, bacon overcooked, no crispy seeds or ceasar dressing, just oil. The lettuce was old... I fed back on TripAdvisor and got no response. Weston good, Groupo not

I chose the chicken, bacon and avocado salad which I had enjoyed greatly when I had it previously at the Brunello Lounge in Weston-super-Mare. I was very disappointed - the chicken was very dry, over-seasoned with salt and pepper, 'old / tired' lettuce and no toasted seeds. Not what I was hoping for.

Not the best breakfast around. Came out partly cold, bacon and mushrooms cold, sent back. Same breakfast came out, bacon and mushrooms warmer, but beans in side dish cold. No apology. Food items not good quality. Service very average. Many bettere breakfast places around

Everything about this place is good except putting plastic cheese on a nice burger is criminal!

Food was at best mediocre, hot drinks weren't hot, teacake burnt. Staff not the friendliest. Did not complain at the time but have voted with my feet - won't be returning.

I’ve been to a lot of Lounges so had high expectations. Unfortunately not met on this occasion. I visited on a bank holiday and their digital tills had suffered a fault so this apparently impacted their service levels. We were not greeted on arrival so we’re left waiting for attention for a few mins. Maybe more staff needed? The table we sat at had lots of food waste underneath that hadn’t been swept. It’s nice that toys and books are provided for kids but they need a good clean. As do the teapots - I recommend soaking in Milton once a week and don’t rely on dishwashers. The food was good quality but I believe portions have shrunk while prices have increased. You can do better, Grupo Lounge.
