The best restaurants in Clifton Bristol, City of South West

We’ve visited this lovely restaurant twice now and both times have been a great experience overall. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff, especially our waitress were friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that my medium rare steak arrived very cold, a bit disappointing given how good everything else was. That said, service was impressively fast both times, and we’ll definitely be back again.

Our fifth visit to Kibou and it was awesome. The staff are so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious, the sashimi was melt in the mouth, and the other dishes were spot on and so tasty. The sushi tacos were quite a new addition and loved them. The atmosphere is always great too. Will of course be back!

Drinks good - service friendly - atmosphere lovely but food really let them down. 5/6 dishes we ordered were lukewarm / cold in the centre. Upsetting as really wanted to love it here but sadly wouldn’t recommend or return

Fantastic service by David for our beautiful and very tasty wedding cheese cake a couple of weeks ago. All negotiations were by phone or email, so sadly I didn't get to meet David, but he was so helpful with regard to choosing the cheeses and the amount required for the number of guests . David delivered the cheese to the wedding venue personally and absolutely when he said he would. A friend decorated it beautifully with figs, ivy,grapes etc and the guests had a fantastic time eating it! It looked wonderful despite someone - who thought they were helping - cutting the beautiful red rind off the cheddar - which was definitely not supposed to happen! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David and his wonderful cheese cakes for your wedding - or any other type of celebration. Thank you for an efficient, friendly service.

Así que quería pedir un pastel para mi cumpleaños de mamá y como ella es vegana decidí usar Anna cake couture. En enero fui a la tienda para averiguar algo de información sobre el pedido, eran lovley y me mostraron mis opciones. luego dijeron que para pedir un pastel es hacerlo en línea, así que supuse que los pasteles personalizados serían los mismos. luego les pregunté hasta dónde debería pedir dijeron que una semana, luego fui al correo electrónico y pedir el pastel personalizado con una semana de antelación. luego llamé y las mujeres parecían bastante groseras y dijeron que debería haber pedido 3 semanas de antelación. no estaba feliz porque me dijeron información falsa al principio y luego algo diferente, así que ahora tengo que ir a buscar una última minture. pastel para mis mamás 50 cumpleaños. no estoy muy contento con el servicio

One of the best hot chocolates I've had! I had the ultimate hot chocolate which was a thick, delicious drink with lots of cream, marshmallows and chocolate shavings. The owner was very friendly and also helped me with the pram. I'll definitely be back again soon!

Visit to Bristol can’t be complete without a visit to Twelve :) THE best flat white going. Alongside some of the fantastic home baking…had to be Bakewell Slice. But also a boxful of cakes to takeaway to share, including Orange & Pecan cake !

Esta crítica se refiere a una comida que tuve en febrero de 2015 mientras caminaba por Clifton en un descanso de fin de semana de San Valentín en Bristol. Vimos este lugar y soy fanático de la cocina del sur de la India porque, cuando está bien hecho, los sabores son mucho más complejos y hay una sensación de que se han trabajado más los platos que el estilo bangladeshí de "curry fayre". Según recuerdo, era un domingo a la hora del almuerzo y el restaurante estaba muy tranquilo, pero la bienvenida fue agradable y amistosa y toda la comida era muy buena y un buen ejemplo de la comida del sur de la India bien hecha (los restaurantes desconocidos y tranquilos a la hora del almuerzo no siempre es una buena indicación de lo que está en la tienda)

Delivery was an hour late. When I called twice the response was it would be with you in 10 minutes. Took another half an hour. Food was bland and this was not good pizza. I can only assume the other reviews are from bots or their mates because this place is a long way from 4 stars.

Este es un lugar muy extraño, dirigido por algunas personas muy, muy extrañas. A pesar de la reserva, la bienvenida inicial fue "off". Teníamos una mesa arriba y nos sentimos olvidados. Fishers no recibe realmente atención al cliente. Finalmente logramos hacer un pedido de bebidas y luego esperamos, y esperamos. Finalmente 20 minutos después llegaron dos bebidas. Tuvimos que perseguir a los otros tres. Eventualmente marcó a un "camarero" que estaba vestido como si estuviera trabajando en el jardín y también tenía las manos sucias. Era grosero, despistado, estúpido, arrogante y claramente no posee las habilidades sociales para trabajar en la industria de la hospitalidad. Las mesas están tan juntas que no podemos evitar escuchar lo que se dice en otras mesas. Otras tres mesas se quejaban de artículos perdidos, facturas equivocadas, mal servicio, etc. Todo el lugar parece una broma triste. La calidad de la cocina de pescado que se muestra era muy promedio, por lo que incluso el corazón de lo que Fishers trata de él no es muy bueno en. Todo el lugar está sucio, el botín asqueroso y al personal le importa un carajo. Es muy caro por lo que es. La gente que le da buenas críticas a este lugar necesita salir y experimentar cómo se ve y sabe un buen restaurante de mariscos. Seguro que no es Fishers. En una palabra "evitar".
