The best restaurants serving Spanish food in Clifton Bristol, City of South West

Tried to get a drink in this bar at 10.40 last night (Friday) and was told sorry we have called last orders and can't serve you, there were 7 of us. I was always under the impression that last orders was one last drink before time at 11, but obviously not in this pub, so we ended up in Somerset House.
