Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about wine. They won't just get to recommend an expensive bottle but really listen to what you like. Excellent cheese too!

Nice cosy cafe with lots of options and a good alternative to big chains! Got a coffee and a panini, regular coffee is a good size. The panini was good, not the best I've ever had but far from the worst! Panini menu is a bit tricky to read though as it's behind a counter

Always enjoy every mouthful of our food. Always large portions. Staff are friendly and always smiling even when busy. Curry sauce is to die for.

We thought the place was open because it was listed as such on google however IT IS SHUT ON SUNDAYS!! Please take heed/update your web info. Normally love it so such a shame.

Little gem of a place but of a time warp back in time well worth a visit

The Sunday roast was great however the staff made us feel very uncomfortable. We contacted the restaurant in advance to tell them we have to reduce the table size, and when we arrived the waiter gave us a lecture about how he doesn’t think he can accommodate us and we shouldn’t do it next time. After a few mins he realised he had misunderstood the situation and we had informed the restaurant beforehand, but did not offer an apology. The woman who then brought out the food didn’t speak to us and slammed the food down into the table.

Sammy is an absolute legend. We ordered at 5:50 through just eat and it didn’t show up for 2 hours. Then when I phoned sammys restaurant he said he would hand deliver it to me. 20 minutes later he turned up. Food is 10/10
