Lamb skewers were very tough and under seasoned , very underwhelming. Salad was almost non existant, overall not much of a taste to anything, think i will look elsewhere.

good food and quick delivery, still hot unlike a lot of places. grilled chicken burger great for the price and big portions on the chips

so much more than a kebab spot. a real restaurant. the greatest kebab spot in the UK. sometimes the wait is a little long but it's always worth it. the large lamb kofte is the most beautiful thing my lips have tasted. all I can say is thank you. Free Lebanon.

Normally one of my favourite takeaways as it used to be delicious and big portions. Ordered the chicken wing meal on Friday night to collect and got this - chicken chunks rather than wings, no explanation of this when I collected it and definitely not worthwhile parting with £13 for this. I did leave them a message the following day but haven’t had anything back. Food is always delicious and service friendly, but where is the rest of it?

Ordered £31 worth of food just for half of my meal to arrive after speaking with the person who prepared my food they confidently told me they had packed my entire meal, whilst I’m staring at half my meal I have to deal with getting scammed and a cheeky guy acting like he didn’t pack my food away for himself, at the end of the day this spot right here is a RED FLAG 🚩 🚩 order here at your own risk these guys will straight up take ur money and get away with it The most disgusting customer service I’ve dealt with in a while🤮🤮 NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME

it wasn't delivered im a person that can't leave their house I may only be a short drive away don't take my money and promise a delivery time . then have no clue to where I live 😔

I ordered a chicken shish meal and it was amazing! Fresh, clean and delicious! I came with a salad, two falafel balls, a lamb samosa and home made flat bread and two pots of very tasty sauce all for £14.95. The falafel was genuinely the best I’ve had, so fresh and moist, falafel I’ve had in the past have always been dry. The samosa was lovely and the bread gorgeous. Its a 10 from me👌

Good Lebanese food. Interior is straight forward. Service is efficient. If I went again it would probably be 5 stars, i ordered for takeout so the food was a little cold when I ate, but very good nonetheless.

I just had the best shaorma wrap I had in the dacades if not in my life... everything hot and fresh... prepared to my order .Beautiful , to be fair I'm gonna have another one on the way back home :D well done

Ordered food at 17.00 hrs said I would be back in 15 minutes to eat in food not ready until 17.31 so took 31 minutes to prepare. Made us late for our meet up .food tasty but 2 male members of staff were shouting at each other which made the atmosphere very strained.not sure will go again.2 hours later when we walked past our dirty plates and leftovers were still on the table January 25

Amazing Lebanese place with authentic Arabic food

Delicious and fresh food, the grilled chicken is cooked perfectly, I always have mine well-done.the salad is fresh and the hummus is very flavourful.

Waited 30 minutes for a wrap while there was no queue. Never got to eat it because I got a refund instead. No warning or communication about the delay. Maybe don’t go if you got things to do!

I experienced very bad customer service at this restaurant. The staff was rude, inattentive, and took an unreasonable amount of time to address basic requests. There was a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, making the visit extremely unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to the terrible service.

Received a shockingly small amount of food in the shish meal. What I did get was very low quality. In a cost of living crisis, this is criminal. This is the worst value for money I have seen in years. Whatever you do, do not order from here.

This was our second visit to Horus as we really enjoyed the food and the friendly service on our first visit. Tonight I had the lamb shwarma, and before, the Lebenese burger. My partner has had the Egyptian burger and hallumi wrap. I would highly recommend and we will definitely return again. Thank you.

Usually this place has good quality. This time around it was really bad the homus with meat was really bad and was uneatable... fries were very oilly too. Don't know what to say ...

Dined in at lunchtime: beautiful plate of super tasty well seasoned lamb, Lebanese bread and a crisp salad with pickle. Really nice, friendly, great food. I’ll be back.

Recently, this is my favorite Lebanese restaurant, I liked shawarma arabi, chicken shish wrap and whole grilled chicken, the staff who deliver my orders are very friendly and Omer is also friendly and helpful The food is very nice, especially the Arabic shawarma, grilled chicken, and chicken awsal sandwiches. The brothers running the store are Arabs, respectful and very cooperative. I recommend it to anyone who loves Levantine food.

Absolutely amazing , delicious, tasty and flavoured food. Big portions with a variety of different selections for a very generous price. Staff are really hardworking, friendly and helpful. Incomparable ,literally the best in town. Would really recommend it !!

small takeaway for lunch, absolutely delicious on all fronts. i had the lamb kofta wrap and the whole thing was just oozing flavour and loveliness. also got the chicken shawarma meal, it was fabulous, great deal, beautiful with a variety of tasty fillings. lamb samosa was a tiny thing of beauty. amazing!!!

Food is always delicious, no Greek salad with order which I could live without as requested refund but also £15.99 for the kofte meal was incredibly expensive for the amount of food - 2 small koftes and very little hummus and tabouleh. I understand the meat is spenny but how come the vegetables were so rationed?? As I said great taste but too expensive for the amount of food given.

Went for lunch, the food was fresh and really authentic. Good quality produce and amazing value, very tasty. They also had very friendly staff, it also looked really clean and tidy, would definitely go again.

Falafel green burger is meant to have haloumi in it and it didn't. Areyes meat is a tiny portion for £7 That said it was still all delicious

The portion of the grilled chicken was ridiculously small compared to what we got in the previous orders. The meat in the shawarma was hard to chew and not great. A huge disappointment to us for expecting the same quality as before.

Terrible tasteless almost an hour late and burnt. 3 overcooked out of the packet Jalapeño poppers burnt bread just terrible. And rude on the phone and in person too !

£20 for a mixed grill. 50% plain rice, 30% shrubbery, 20% meat with 2 skewers and small amount of shredded chicken. Unless you have more money than brains, i cant reccommend that item.

Pitifully small portions for the ££ and some of the fastest food poisoning I've ever had. I was recommended this place but now have little faith in the person who recommended or this place itself. I imagine if they were investigated they'd be amongst Bristols 0 star hygiene rated venues.
