So lush, perfect and quick service and delicious food!! Will definitely be coming back.

I heard great things about this little cafe and it didn't disappoint. Super friendly service and amazing arancini! Generous size, crispy outside, and soft and warm on the inside. Will be coming back tomorrow to get some cannoli.

A proper little hidden gem I've driven past many times before but no more! Unfortunately, I didn't the gentlemans name but he could not do enough for us. We had a drinks and a pizza each (an Aromas and a Leilas) which were delicious. We then had some canolis and hot drinks. Very reasonably priced so tipped an extra £5 due to the great food and service. Everything was so delicious and the breakfast menu looks tasty too so we will definitely be back!

I didn’t catch the guys name but he was so incredibly nice! We got there just as they were closing and the chef was nice enough to reopen just to make us a pizza! I have honestly never experienced such wonderful service. I tipped him £5 for his kindness and then he gave us a free cannoli which was so unexpected. They go above and beyond and the food is phenomenal. We got the Fusion pizza and the Ragu arancini. Thank you so much! ❤️

If you like cheese, you can try the truffle Arancini, which will satisfy you after eating it. The price is affordable, the food is high quality, and the boss is very friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

Great & delicious foods! We ordered salami & chorizo arancini & we are not disappointed , so much fillings in the inside & so crunchy at the outside . Lasagna is so loaded with cheese & meat, delicious. We tried their Zena’s pizza , although no rocket salad available as toppings but still tasty & crust is great, you can taste the olives & garlic on it. Mehdi the chef is so friendly & making sure everyone is enjoying the food. Parking is a little bit difficult as you need to look for street parking but it’s free. Table outside is limited but we still enjoyed the atmosphere inside . Definitely coming back again.

Arancini with porcini and truffle sauce 10/10 and pizzas… AWESOME

My partner and I were blown away with the food here. My pasta dish was so flavourful and delicious and my partner had a lasagna that he said was probably the best of his life. Service was very friendly too. We’re so happy we decided to try Zena’s for lunch today and will definitely be returning soon. 10/10 would recommend!

A hidden gem on my doorstep which I’m glad I’ve discovered. Went in today for the arancini and an iced coffee and was not disappointed. The food is very authentic and the coffee was spot on. The guy working couldn’t have been nicer and it’s just got a really good vibe. Great to find a locally owned spot close by. Id give this place 6/5 if I could and will definitely be back to try the main meals.

Best oat milk hot chocolate and Italian pastry selection in Bristol!

Popped in for a coffee and italian cake, but left feeling overcharged and not satisfied. 2 coffees and 4 very tiny cakes nearly 17 pounds.

Made an impromptu visit yesterday and it was fantastic! The ragu pasta I had was delicious and cooked to perfection and my partner ordered the truffle arancini and was equally impressed. Also ordered some cannoli which were epic! Service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Will certainly be going back!

I had the most amazing breakfast here on Sunday. The food was top quality and the staff were lovely and friendly. I highly recommend Zena’s Bistro Cafe. The best in town, I’m really looking forward to coming back and having Pizza and Pasta. What a fantastic place to visit thank you!!!!

Delicious food, care put into every meal

Food was excellent, avocado toast 10/10, fresh, smoothie was excellent aswell, great array of authentic Italian sweet miniature desserts called cannoli

I had a wonderful sandwich and a white chocolate dessert with a flat white. everything was absolutely spot on and the selection was brilliant even the coffee was great. this is my new number one lunch spot, I look forward to trying more from the menu.

This is some of the best Italian food I have had outside of Italy. The ravioli in sage butter was amazing and the triple cooked chips my nephew had were superb. Very friendly service.

Hi , 5*+ recommended!!!!! I have been going there for many times in Zena’s to find out that every dish got something unique . I do want to thank the team of Zena’s for the welcoming and particularly the hard work of the real good combinaison of tasty flavours and authentic food . I want to recommend this place to any connaisseur of Italian cuisine, surrounded by branded names as i believe is wrong for the people to go for classic name with no identity of real cuisine and hard to challenge those places , but still interested chefs going to places to bring them love and passion around to the public . I give 100% right and space for compliments the work of passion and They have value for our society of sharing good cuisine or home cooking experience I taste most of all and I still joy every bite :)) No matter how it looks the most important thing is the good taste for real cuisine. Thank you Zena’s to be in our local society , hope you rise in success. Looking forward for a new experience

We loved having supper at Zena's. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and more than happy to accommodate a gluten allergy - the food was delicious, we'll definitely be back to try more dishes - highly recommended and happy to have this on west street!

Delicious home made sourdough pizzas, pasta, arancini, sandwiches, salads, breakfasts, coffee and more! Top quality ingredients, a lush local independent establishment, come give west street some love and watch the world walk by!

Had heard many good reviews and was excited to try a pizza! Ordered a margarita, unfortunately it was bland and really watery base so the cheese fell off of every slice and into clumps. Will try something else in the future!

This place is such a little gem! We ordered the Ocean and Four cheese pizzas and were not disappointed, so fresh and loaded with toppings, there is nothing that could have been improved! Have also tried the Arancini from here and it is so delicious. Service is always great and super speedy. Would really recommend!

The coffee is really, really good!

My family is Sicilian-English so it’s always nice to find a place that has authentic flavours and good coffee for a reasonable price. The owner and staff are excellent. Even the plate was Italian style artisan crockery. Wonderful! Very rare for me to give 5 stars but it would be unfair to do anything less! I will be back

Hidden little gem pizza, lasagne , chips all 10/10

Genuinely the best Italian food I've had in the UK. From the take-away pizza and pasta, to the dine-in cannoli and coffee, Zenas is simply the best place to eat on West Street.

Had an amazing meal last night. We were looked after so well. Had an aranchi each to start with (shared between 3 of us to try different flavours. All 3 were amazing- 4 cheese with asparagus, ragu, smoked turkey and pistachio. Followed by gnocchi- blue cheese with pistachio and cannolis to end. We tried the pistachio, white chocolate, hazlenut and salted caramel. Couldn't finish everything so we all took home leftovers in a takeaway box. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and we will definitely ne back. Only downside is no alcohol as a good glass of Italian red wouldn't have been the icing on the cake

Nice little bistro with delightful food and great customer service. Every time we visit Bristol, which is roughly twice per month, we do not miss the opportunity to have lunch and coffees at Zena's.

Great pizza and arancini from this little cafe. If this cafe was on North St everyone would have heard about it, but luckily it's here because West St has a new flagship cafe.

Absolutely the Best Pizza in Bristol ...and not only After very careful research I can guarantee you that here you will find not only the best pizza in Bristol but one of the best I have ever eaten. Naples style pizza dough, truly excellent, with work on the leavening. Really well done!! seasoned with refined and high quality products. Also worth trying are the arancini which are truly inviting and very good. Natural and delicious fruit juices! And don't forget the dessert 😋😋 The owner is very kind and makes you feel at home. Highly recommended!!

It's a humble hidden gem of bedminster. Such good quality all around from food to drinks to sweet Italian snacks and pastries. You can tell the chef takes pride in everything they make. Perfectionism at its best. Brilliant service every time I go - and I go a lot!!

Amazing place for a quick bite 👌👌

Lovely place to eat, the portions are huge and the ingredients are good quality, great flavours. The really nice chap gave me an extra egg as he overcooked one of them, I wasn't complaning. The cannolis are so tasty too. We come here often, it beats the Italian across the road by a longshot. Just be warned, there is no customer toilet at the moment.

This is an absolutely delightful place. I stopped in once for breakfast and once for a Pizza over a couple of days on a trip to the city after looking for somewhere for a vegetarian breakfast, both were amazing. The owner is so lovely and friendly and seems to have a great rapport with the customers. If I lived in Bristol I'd come here all the time!

Had such a lovely drink while I waited for my MOT this morning. The owner/barista stepped out to help a lady in a mobility scooter who was struggling in the street. More people like him are needed in this world. Such lovely coffee and food. Support this local business with all your heart and you won't be disappointed.

Definitely one of Bristol's hidden gems! Try the truffle arancini and the bistro's signature pizza, Zenas and you won't regret it! They also have fresh orange and pomegranate juices. The place is a bit warm inside in summer, but they have a few tables outside or you can take your food away to the South Street Park, which is 2 min walk. They make their own pasta, which is amazing, so you are definitely in for a treat! Super friendly owner, cozy interior, you are missing out if you haven't tried it yet!

Second time we have visited this absolute gem of a cafe! Maddi (hope I’ve spelt your name correctly) is charming, attentive and a superb host. The arancini is to die for, so flavoursome and delicious, especially the mushroom and truffle. Coffee is top notch too, definitely will be back soon for a pizza. If you haven’t tried this place it’s a MUST - beats Mezzaluna hands down!!!
