Came cold tried. Called the shop and they said its because he had a couple of drops offs before mine. Very disappointed

Here we go, cheeky take away watching the football and I’ve ordered the long standing family favourite pizza Bella, there’s somthing about this place youll just keep coming back. Standard ordered a 16” margarita, spicy chicken bites and garlic mushrooms. Lets get into it - the pizza as standard freshly hand made base thin as it comes, they New York style holds its self well, nice charred undercarriage plenty of flavour through out the tomato base hits the right notes and depth, not swamped on cheese, the perfect amount! It’s a quality take away pizza. It gives you that authentic feel and flavour which you want! It’s a proper football take away pizza! Had multiple different pizzas over the years from here and everytime you get a solid pizza that never disappoints! The garlic mushrooms were nice buttery and garlicky and spicy chicken did what it says! Perfect sides for a pizza! Overall I’d score this pizza 8/10 every-time for me! Solid pizzas and it shows they still there still smashing it!!

Gone downhill… Once upon a time pizza Bella was the best around, sadly not any more! The toppings aren’t too bad but the base is tasteless and very similar to cardboard. Disappointed I wasted my money! Delivery was speedy tho so thumbs up for that atleast.

Uber eats accidentally delivered the wrong pizza to us, and wouldn’t respond on their messaging app. I called Bella & belvino and they had a fresh one sent over to us straight away! Amazing customers service and delicious pizza!

Awful pizza, left specific note instructions which were totally ignored, pizza was tiny covered in grease & oil threw the entire thing away.

Usual pizza place was closed so tried here. Will never be going anywhere else it was absolutely glorious. The only bad thing is that I have none left!

My veggie pizza was excellent but the meat one had barely any meat on it and the cheese chips weren’t cooked properly at all. Overall pretty poor, which is a shame as usually excellent

Been using them for over 20 years. The delivery service is appalling. Waited an hour and a half tonight, said will refund and deliver. Only to deliver two small pizzas that we never ordered. Cannot believe how bad it has become !

Pizza was amazing! Potato wedges though were exceptionally expensive, £2.99 for a a very small portion, but the pizza 🍕 is great and so was the garlic mayo! Def Oder again but minus the wedges. Thank you

I have always loved the pizza here but this has got to be the worse, square shaped??? Cheese tasted out of date , literally looked rush job! Not impressed at all !

Absolutely lush classic long-standing pizzeria. I have been going for 5 years and it’s never dissapointed! Always super fast, thin, cooked to perfection, and feels like you are in Italy! Just turn up and order, ready in ten minutes, drink a peroni while you wait 👌🍕🍺

They gave me someone else's food, and said they would redeliver but never. I also tried to get my money back but they said no because I didn't have a photo of the food. Yet the restaurant were aware of this mistake and so was the delivery driver.

Horrendous pizza. Everything fell off soon as I picked up the slice. My missus could eat an entire large pizza by herself and she left it after eating a single slice and that too because she was really hungry

The service was amazing! The food was amazing! We got wings, pizza, fries, and their famous ribs. Everything was tasty.

The ingredients so basic and the lasagna looked like it was regurgitated Sloppy ham just tomato purée and we were all puked Not the pizza bell from previous years

This is completely the wrong order

Pizza was stone cold when it arrived.

Really bad delivery as all the toppings had slide off like they had been tipped sideways for the whole journey. I have photos to show how badly they arrived.

Ordered a pizza via Just Eat it arrived within 20 minutes and it was totally uneatable,rang the shop and told them and they called me a liar the photos don't lie

One of the best pizza places in Bristol! So good that I forgot to take a photo before I digged in. If you like spice then I’d recommend the Hot N Spicy one (the one in photo), it is superb!

Best pizza in Bristol, best service too! I’ve been eating Pizza Bella since I was little and it’s now my Daughters favourite pizza place. She refers to it as “Beyoncé pizza” Staff were super helpful when I messed up an online order and my daughter even got a happy brithday from the lovely guy who delivered our pizzas.

Both dips were wrong, the mayo was lumpy, asked for chilli and got bbq. The spicy pizza was burnt and dough very chewy, four cheese pizza base had holes in were it was too thin. Chilli bites under cooked and chicken wings tasteless. Pizza Bella has been an institution in bedminster and whoever is running it now is destroying that reputation. I want a full refund

Bristol was my hometown and whenever I come back THIS PLACE is my go to Pizza no one in the country can beat these guys pizzas and they are like super fast also chips are amazing and they sell great lagers and beers here also these guys are so nice n friendly they have been consistently great for decades yes DECADES

Had delivery paid over odds for what was advertised on menu I had packet of crisps bigger than the chips which were fries chicken wings were off a pouson chicken not even full size pizza not half bad but not half good either jalapeño cheese bites was amazing garlic mushrooms dry .disappointed as this this was last cooked meal before flying on hols wonder why we enjoy going abroad...proper food coming.cant wait

Have not had a pizza here for years so we tryed it tonight collection must say it was lovely probably the best pizza we have had in a long time would recommend.

Wish there was more pizza options but understandable you're limited as a vending machine. Came back around the new year and unfortunately it was empty which was disappointing.

Pizza Toping is very bad... piza base is very untastefull we order 2 pizza but i go to shop to change my pizza or refund they behave very rude with us ....now i never try this shop for order for pizza...

The pizza vending machine never has more than 2 types of pizza in it and never any veggie or vegan options. It's only open til 1am not '24/7' as it says. Pizza was doughy and toppings were over cooked. Overall disappointing experience

Bought a pizza from the automated machine

Pizza taste like dough, pizza was also soggy. I ordered strawberry cheesecake and it came frozen, overly priced for the food you receive

They have a brilliant, automated pizza machine! 4 minutes and your pizza is in the box, sliced, with crunchy crust and delicious toppings. The selection was limited, probably because of the lockdown, but the experience is great! Must to see!

So excited to see that pizza Bella now do vegan pizza! My boyfriend and I got a vegan pepperoni and a vegetable pizza from the new vending machine and they were both really good. The machine is also 24/7! Would definitely recommend

I was so disappointed with my pizza. We waited well over an hour which to be fair we were warned. When it finally arrived one of them (mine) was burnt (Not stone baked!). I phoned and complained, also asked for pepperoni which was not on the pizza, the chap on the phone was quick to respond and said he will send a new one out. The new one arrived and I handed over my original pizza (just in case maybe I had eaten it!!) And if being honest it wasn't much better just less burnt and did have pepperoni. It was not that great either. It had been a very long time since I've had a pizza from there, my family were one of their first customers (back in the day) back when they also did kebabs! We ordered 3 pizzas and none were worth the price it cost. Sadly I won't be using them again. There are good deals with other pizza companies and for more taste, in fact the guy I spoke to on the phone did say "we have been extremely busy tonight" I said I totally understand but I would rather wait longer for a tasty pizza! The chap on the phone was nice and polite and did do his best to be helpful that's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

This is seriously our favourite takeaway/delivery pizza in Bristol. Great quality topping, fresh base. Delivered in a car so it isn’t smashed up when it arrives like Deliveroo. Can’t add pics because we ate it all. Regularly arrives within 20 mins of ordering.

Ordered this pizza through JustEat many times, it’s our perfect go to take away delivered pizza. Always arrives hot, fresh and never crushed in the box. Consistent quality too! We do love restaurant pizza but this is the perfect takeaway! Regular customers.

A friend of mine at work was told this place served the best pizzas outside of Italy. He forgot about it then a few weeks later happened to order a pizza which blew his mind. Turned out it was from the same place. After he told me this, I was curious so I ordered one online. It's pricey....but wow....totally fantastic pizza. Best I've had in Bristol by some way. It also arrived surprisingly quickly. I would recommend. Can't comment on the actual interior and service when eating there as I only had a delivery.

Tasty pizzas and fast delivery service!

I don't usually even bother with takeaway pizza , I've had too many doughy, bland grease pans. However. This place blew me away. Delicious crisp crust , seasoned perfectly and generously topped. 10/10 will be buying from here again
