The food was very good, we ordered truffle, mushrooms, and burratta pasta which was amazing. Helen was a very nice waitress who was very welcoming.

Great service. Waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. We had pizzas which were tasty and amongst the best I’ve had for a long time. Would recommend if your not looking for a fancy expensive meal but just want tasty food in a relaxed environment.

lovely Christmas decorations! zucchini fritti had very little zucchini which was a bit disappointing but the rest of the food was lovely.

We only had a starter and main, but our server Polina made sure all of our requests and substitutes were made. She gave us a really good service and made our lunch extra special. The food itself was good but i would recommend you order spicy honey along with your pizza as it takes it to the next level.

Andrea was so lovely and gave us complimentary drinks because of the delay, which we didn’t ask for- Andrea was just really fantastic and a credit to zizzi! Gf pizza wasn’t totally cooked though

Last time we were at Zizzi Clifton was 3 years ago and we were very happy. The service was fantastic, the GF pizza was made with fresh ingredients which you could see and feel, the gluten free pizza base was handmade, thin and crispy, it was simply delicious. In November this year we decided to take our teenager for a birthday pizza again. This was our 6th visit to Zizzi. We went in with the mindset that it would be really tasty. As always. Everything was going well until we placed the order. When the waitress brought the GF pizza, the magic was gone. The pizza base looked like a store bought product, and it tasted like one too. Topping: one mushroom scattered on the pizza and 3 leaves of who knows what they were. All covered in what looked like cheese sauce. A total disaster. I feel cheated

Fantastic experience with a few friends and our kids! The manager and the staff were phenomenal and provided a wonderful meal and evening to the whole group! We will come back many more times!

So upset and so disappointed, the manager told me he would honour my refund through Uber eats if I submitted it, and he didn't. This was after the '6 layer lasagne' I ordered turned up as two forks worth of food for £16 (plus delivery and service fees). So shocked after we had a polite and supportive conversation over the phone, I never leave reviews but at the price I paid and the little control I have over the situation I have turned here. Very sad.

We enjoy Helen's service and sense of humor as much as the good Prawns and pizzas ! We shall be back !

wow. i am blown away. i came to zizzis for my birthday and left in tears of happiness. the pizza was like a holy grail, it gave me absolute euphoria. our server was beth and she was absolutely amazing, very attentive and friendly. all in all, a 10/10 experience.

Mediocrity at its finest. Went for a birthday party and the pizza oven was broken, even though had a call on the same day, where we were told it was working. This meant that literally half the menu was off the table from the get go. The food is ok but not worth the price and the atmosphere was horrendous. As a party of 7 we were sat in a nook of the restaurant, which had chips on the walls and weird decorations all over. Although the waitress was good, our position in the restaurant meant that the staff couldn’t really see us and every time I wanted to add a dish or get the bill I had to take a walk to the front of the restaurant.

We had a really long delay with our food but Helen our waitress went out of her way to ensure the issue was resolved which was appreciated.

The food and service at this Zizzis is always perfect. Helen, our server, was a gem and so helpful and the food was delicious as usual. Even though it was busy on a Saturday night this didn’t impact the service or food quality and made for a lovely atmosphere.

Wonderful food and service thanks to Helen

Went yesterday with my mum. Wouldn't usually pick to eat out at chains but my mum had clubcard vouchers to use. When sat down, our waiter promptly brought us over some free crisps and ask what we fancied to drink. I then ordered a pork belly dish while my mum ordered a garlic meatball pasta. Food came in a decent time and a different waiter to our main one offered to grate lots of fresh parmesean onto my mums pasta which was good. However, when i started eating, some of the food in my dish had not been cooked correctly. I let the waiter know and she brought the dish away and then brought me back a new one in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately though, the same problem happened again. Instead of getting an entirely new dish again, i just asked if she could get me a different side dish and she was very happy to do this. Further, once we had finished our mains, she offered me and my mum a dessert each on the house. I got a rasberry and white choc tirsmisu, and my mum had a choc fudge cake. Both tasty and decent portion sizes for desserts. Although the food we chose was not great, and my dish was messed up twice, the service from our waiter was really really brilliant and we appreciated the way they tried to resolve the meal for us.

I had a fantastic dinner at Zizzi Clifton! The rustica pizza was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What really made the evening special was our waitress, Andrea. She was incredible—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Such a sweetheart! Her wonderful service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Johnny is always helpful and a fantastic host at Zizzi in Clifton Village. He deserves a pay rise.

Went for a Birthday celebration, the waitress was excellent and was very accommodating, the food was not so good. Three of the party had the belly of pork which was tremendously overcooked, one being inedible and packed to go. It will be the last time that I suggest Zizzi's to celebrate a Birthday regardless of the complimentary glass of Prosecco.

Service was very very slow despite being the only person dining in. Only update was to say the starter would be a little while (sign of fresh food being made) but long wait in between starter and main without update. Staff didn’t check up and had to wait a long time to get a new drink after first one was finished.

We had a great evening last night at Clifton Zizzi. We asked for a booth as one of our party has a medical need and the booth was perfect for being able to be in a quieter space. And this was accommodated with ease and it made our evening much more enjoyable. The food was delicious and the service with Katie was great. Thank you all, we’re looking forward to returning soon!

We had a lovely lunch here on Wednesday, where we met our niece and great niece. Our 2 grandchildren really love my husbands macaroni cheese, so when the macaroni cheese arrived I was unsure whether they would enjoy it as much and to my surprise they demolished the whole dish 🥰. The food and service was excellent. A big shout out to the Manager and Chef on the day Joao, who was particularly attentive. Will definitely visit again 🥰

The service was unbeatable, Jorge attended to us with a kindness and warmth that made us feel at home. He knew how to guide us when choosing the dishes and clarified any doubts we had, all in perfect Spanish and always with a smile. Our meal was ruined by a family with three young children, their mother and grandparents.. The children ran around screaming and crying and were not corrected in their behaviour which effectively ruined our meal. We were flying for our annual holiday from Bristol and it wasn't the best start! Shame as the food and service was good.

Our trip to the Clifton Village Zizzi for my partner's birthday this evening was fab. The food - excellent and our waitress, Helen J, attentive, amenable and very knowledgeable about the menu. We will be recommending the Clifton brand of Zizzi to those within our social network!
