Turned up without a reservation for a table for 2, was seated quicky. I am a very indecisive person when it comes to food and our waitress Helen was very helpful and her recommendations were delicious! Small suggestion: takeway cups for coffee :)

Amazing service and atmosphere; the staff was super friendly and responsive to our requests. The restaurant also has a very warm and welcoming feel. I ordered a set menu with the meatballs, king prawn skewer pasta, and gelato as dessert. The meatballs were fantastic and had a homemade and authentic taste. It was a good portion for a starter whilst not being too heavy. The king prawn pasta had beautiful presentation with the entire skewer being brought out, but the taste was slightly disappointing. It wasn’t noticeably spicy and was overall bland, even with added parmesan cheese. However, adding a little bit of salt was bring out the full flavours of the dish. The gelato flavours I ordered (I can’t recall which) were pleasant. All together, the set menu felt worth its money and the items offered were also plentiful, allowing versatility in your choices. TLDR: The restaurant had amazing service and atmosphere, while the food was only slightly above average. Despite the beautiful presentation, ordering à la carte may be slightly expensive. However, the set menu can offer great value if you don’t mind the limited options.

Was not happy in the dingy corner seated. Server insist can only sit there because the table I wanted was for 4 people. The place was empty not busy at all. I just ignored and sat where I wanted. She then claimed we could only have the table for an hour. Rascist waiter with metal glasses. The restaurant was still half empty when we left and hour later

The food was delicious, arrived in a timely manner and the staff were lovely. The lady who served me was very pleasant and attentive, thank you.

Had such a pleasant time at zizzi, I always expect an above average experience but our server Helen made it special, she was so altruistic and empathic and wanted us to have the best time. Will definitely be returning!!

Bailey , absolutely amazing waitress. We arrived and were very stressed as we had had problems with our car . Bailey dealt with us exactly as we needed. Honestly I don’t think we have had amazing service like that for a long time . Bailey was very knowledgeable about product as well and just generally helped us out , thanks you , made our night so much better ❤️

Family evening trip to Zizzi, I remember the evening fondly, the food was good, although the best was the pizza and I will come back for it one day. The only downside is the prices, which in my opinion are high, so not everyone can afford to go and eat and drink here, there are also restaurants where you can eat tasty food for less money.

Came here on sat night. Stayed for 2.5 hrs with no sense of being rushed. Enjoyed a superb king prawn pasta meal and ravioli. Rather enjoyed our puddings too and the raspberry/mint drinks. Staff were very friendly. Toilets were very clean, if somewhat cold! Definitely would return here.thanks

Wow, so gratefull for this dinner. I wasn't sure if i should go for a chain restaurant.. but oh im glad i did! Place clean and organised. Service fast and efficient, friendly staff no grumpy faces. Food ,spot on! Keep up with this great job guys! Really recommend

What a lovely experience we had as a family, a warm welcome and attentive staff, our waitress, Helen was super, really knew her menu and helped make the best choices, pizza’s were delicious! She also went out of her way to keep our children entertained and was a delight with them. Would certainly come back when we are next in town!

Thank you for an amazing last supper lunch for our big family of 25, before our travels back to Oz. Bailey served us and was incredible! Bailey was attentive and faultless. Main courses were awful. Pizza was kept warm and one of the additional toppings was missing. Seabass was very overcooked and dry. The potatoes were certainly not freshly cooked. We also had olives delivered to the table but never ordered. The waitress apologised and said she would remove them from the bill. She didn't so we had to ask for this to be done. Unfortunately this is the second time we have dined at zizi and had a very poor experience. The restaurant itself is very tatty, the toilets smelt awful and were freezing cold (more like public toilets!)

Natalia was welcoming and very helpful. Not over intrusive but always available to help. Would highly recommend her.

Nice to see the guys as usual, I want to take time out to thank Johnny for his excellent customer service, reliability and commitment to the job, he really is a blessing! He’s the beating heart to this restaurant with a good team around him, from what I’ve seen, more often than not he has to cover for staff letting him down in the kitchen, hopefully this can be resolved, I’d hate for him to be overworked! We had an amazing lunch on Christmas Eve, food was delicious and service by Ana was excellent. She was friendly, polite and lovely to our young children! Can’t wait to come back, we love Zizzis.

We had our annual Christmas meal here. Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff. The food according to everyone in our group of 18 people was tasty (big improvement on last year some said). Everything goes well we will be back. Thank you for having us!

Great service. Waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. We had pizzas which were tasty and amongst the best I’ve had for a long time. Would recommend if your not looking for a fancy expensive meal but just want tasty food in a relaxed environment.
