I regret to say that the quality has dropped drastically, the dough is too thin, the center of the pizza sticks to the box, the edges are burnt, poor quality not equivalent to the price

Awful. I ordered the doner pizza, some of the pictures on Ubereats looked great. The pizza that arrived that cost £16 in total was abysmal. If you like mainly plain uncooked dough, this is the place to go. I rarely leave bad comments but the toppings were so stingy lol. Not good guys. Not even a dip to go with the uncooked garlic pizza 😂

Had a nice chicken kebab from there but would stay away from the normal kebab's it was dripping in fat

ordered on deliveroo at 6pm, driver arrived at 712pm but no rice just the curries. called store at 715, they said rice be on way, called at 750pm to ask where is it to get told on the way, it is now nearly 830 and nothing from them. we've ordered numerous times from here but never again

Visité la tienda Bristol Bedminster los días 28 y 29 de octubre de 2024 aproximadamente a las 8 : 30 am. La tienda era acogedor, acogedor y bien presentado. El personal masculino y femenino en ambas visitas fue excepcional. Eran sonrientes, educados, amables y serviciales, lo que uno necesita a primera hora de la mañana para establecer su día. Fueron más allá para hacerme sentir bienvenido. El tipo me presentó la aplicación el primer día y me invitó a regresar para tomar un café gratis. El segundo día, una joven amable y cálida se encargó de mi pedido y sugirió varios lugares para visitar en Bristol en mis vacaciones. Este nivel de servicio al cliente es poco frecuente en mi experiencia y frecuento cafeterías diariamente para llevar a cabo mi trabajo. Quisiera mencionar los nombres de las personas que encontré y agradecerles su excepcional servicio. Ordered a Lamb Tikka Masala and plain rice, with Peshaware bread. Took 20min to get ready. First bite nearly lost my teeth. The lamb was very very tough. I have had that lamb before and wasn’t like that. This time just did not enjoy the food. The worst part is that was a surprise to my wife, she loves tikka masala, but not cooked stone! Unfortunately I have to compensate that waste of time another day and go to sleep hangry but still can brush my teeth.
