I ordered two havanas burgers with extra beef patty and got only one other was veggie burger when I called I was told the veggie was not on offer... staff ignored me

do not order from thus takeaway they take your money and don't deliver your order, when you call them they say they don't have your postcode on the system and hang the phone up

not up to the mark they didn't follow any of my instructions given. while ordering it was mentioned the chips served with sauce but wasn't provided any sauce separately.i asked them to add salad no salad been added. I asked them to give sauce separately in a container not to mix with nuggets but they didn't follow any of my instructions given totally disappointed. if u r receiving an order pls follow the instructions given by the customer. As rajgate tandoori closed today ordered here but waste

We've ordered from here a few times now and haven't had a bad experience. The only negative is that you don't have live tracking for the driver, but that's not a requirement for good food and you can just keep an ear out for the door. Will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Usually just get a milkshake but tried a chicken burger this time. Something in or on my order has made me very ill. I would avoid ordering food from here to be safe.

Food was late and warm at best! The sides come with no sauce which was ordered. Both burgers came not as described or appearance of what I thought I was ordering? Chicken burger bun inedible, was like biting a brick. Have put in a claim and won’t be ordering from here again.

So over rated. 30.ins late and blamed it on Just Eat. 'hand cut chips' are just ready made skin on fries you can buy in Aldi. Burger was ok,hot dog just in a life long bun. Customer Service was ahit,when I phoned up was just treated like "and what" Definitely avoid

Really disappointed on the burgers. The chicken burger was thinner than a slice of chicken and the beef burger wasn’t much better. More roll than burger. Use to like their burgers but gone down hill big time!

Great food, would definitely recommend. Just as a personal note/ caution Black and Blue Beef Burgers are more to the saltier side, also the loaded nuggets weren’t to my liking. But apart from this I’d definitely order from here again!

Desserts are good however waffles are quite dry. Burgers are good and milkshakes could definitely use more of what type of milkshake it is for example a peanut butter milkshake. Overall high quality food and tastes good.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and they’ve never failed me. Their burgers are nice, my personal favourite is the Mac and Cheese Bites. Deliver was on time and there was no fuss. I recommend this place :)

I can't review this properly the was was ok but the driver knocked on my door really loudly whilst it was late at night, I specifically asked to be rang and my child got woken up... I'm not happy

They leterally rip you off and then when You complain about it, call You a liar. The calls agent thinks he's running some sort of important business where ripping off a few customers won't budge him. Place will end up in bankruptcy because of their customer service.

The guy that answers the customer complaints has no issue on calling the customer a liar before accepting a mistake made. Horrible food and service, don't understand how this place is still open.

Burger was really tasty, fries had a lovely crunch, shake was amazing, only downside was the calamari, not really any flavour and very rubbery apart from that was a nice meal

Missing cheese on burgers, otherwise good

We ordered an old school burger and a classic bbq burger. The bbq burger was delicious and moist with plenty of filling, however the old school burger was lacking in filling and what appeared to be 2 cheeses, was a congealed mess, also the bun tasted slightky stale. My partner was very disappointed as we've had good experiences previously. It wasn't value for money this time.

Arrived on time, not bad for late night munch, burgers could of been tastier for the price, fries were lush though, calamari big and fishy but also kinda doughy, would of preferred crispy, but all in all pretty good.

Been in twice after work and everything's been amazing. Food quality is great, everyone serving has been nice. Super speedy too!

I ordered food and was paying by cash and it said the estimated arrival will be between 12:35-55am so I waited outside 15 minutes before to make sure I can get the food and no one showed up at all and I waited out until 10 past 1 in the morning so I went back in to re order and they are refusing to send food out to me and saying I have to pay online as they so say showed up when the driver never turned up

Food was delivered on time (after midnight too!), packaged all recyclable!, hot, perfectly made burger and hardly any grease! polite delivery driver :)

Abysmal service. Food isn’t nice and was cold. Item missing from my order and to top it off delivery driver was rude. Expected to go out side to collect my order and couldn’t understand a word of what he was saying over the phone, I’m disabled I’m not doing that. The whole idea of delivery is it comes to your door regardless of disability. Shame as food used to be good.
