Great delivery and that's about it... food quality is miles off what used to be. Awful beef. Even worse chicken. Very sad to say that a Maccy Ds is higher quality!

Burger was really tasty, fries had a lovely crunch, shake was amazing, only downside was the calamari, not really any flavour and very rubbery apart from that was a nice meal

Horrible customer service, literally gave me a cheaper item, stealing from me, and when I called to report the issue I just was called a liar. Hope the calls agent gets fired.

The guy that answers the customer complaints has no issue on calling the customer a liar before accepting a mistake made. Horrible food and service, don't understand how this place is still open.

They leterally rip you off and then when You complain about it, call You a liar. The calls agent thinks he's running some sort of important business where ripping off a few customers won't budge him. Place will end up in bankruptcy because of their customer service.

Driver was a great guy and deliverd on time and fresh and hot!

We ordered an old school burger and a classic bbq burger. The bbq burger was delicious and moist with plenty of filling, however the old school burger was lacking in filling and what appeared to be 2 cheeses, was a congealed mess, also the bun tasted slightky stale. My partner was very disappointed as we've had good experiences previously. It wasn't value for money this time.

Arrived on time, not bad for late night munch, burgers could of been tastier for the price, fries were lush though, calamari big and fishy but also kinda doughy, would of preferred crispy, but all in all pretty good.

I ordered food and was paying by cash and it said the estimated arrival will be between 12:35-55am so I waited outside 15 minutes before to make sure I can get the food and no one showed up at all and I waited out until 10 past 1 in the morning so I went back in to re order and they are refusing to send food out to me and saying I have to pay online as they so say showed up when the driver never turned up

Abysmal service. Food isn’t nice and was cold. Item missing from my order and to top it off delivery driver was rude. Expected to go out side to collect my order and couldn’t understand a word of what he was saying over the phone, I’m disabled I’m not doing that. The whole idea of delivery is it comes to your door regardless of disability. Shame as food used to be good.

I love burgers, but this one for some reason tasted more plant based than meat, it was dry and no fatty flavour you'd expect with a beef burger. That being said, the service was amazing and the skittles milkshake makes up for the burger, thanks for your service.

Veggie burger horrid, worst ever It was either a 100 percent beef burger or a veggie burger that tasted of beef and resembled beef, but as I hate the taste was inedible, my meat eating daughter tasted the burger and swears it was beef not veggie even the small horrid, no veggie wants a burger tasting of beef, thou I'm sure it was beef

When you order Vegi Havanah burger it doesn't show on order it's vegi, restaurant default to beef Havanah.

It came 15 mins later than the end of the delayed time slot chips were cold and like cardboard My order from itsu nlast week ever came and still waiting regarding refund Not very impressed

Forgot nuggets, sent out squid rings instead. Called and they were reluctant to bring out the correct order and said we will owe you it. Veggie burger was wet and cold. Delivery driver was polite. Would not recommend or use this restaurant again. They also asked for proof of the what they call onion rings but is clearly squid. I suspect we won't be receiving the chicken nuggets we never got in our order as they said the driver was not coming back out.

Food was over an hour and half late. I had to ring the restaurant to find out where it was. When it finally arrived it was cold. Really disappointed.

Burger was really quite on the pink side, burger bun not toasted so everything felt mushy. As everything was placed in the untoasted burger bun it was wet, onion ring not crispy! Flavour was nice but presentation and mouth feel really wasn’t good. Won’t be ordering again. Sorry.

I'm always nervous trying new places but Havana did not disappoint, little pricey but I'd say worth it - especially on cheeky Tuesday! So tasty 😋

Food didn’t arrive, told me they had a photo of me with the food, called them and was pure rudeness for no reason.

Order never arrive, pure attitude and rudeness…. Never order from here… ask them to ask the driver where my food was and they ended the call and stopped answering the phone

Milkshakes were amazing, however the cheesy chips portion was really really poor for a large. The burger was pretty standard and delivery took well over an hour.

Havana's needs a big shout out I order regularly from here & they do things properly! Burgers always good, sides are great & milkshakes even better! Delivery is quick & never any missing items. Keep up the great work! I wish more places on Just Eat took on thier standards!

Burger looked very basic, salad consists of lettuce. Was missing 1x chips also. Giant onion rings, very much standard/normal. Nice food but over-hyped. Standard at best.

Food turned up cold and late even speaking to the restaurant and the driver. When the food was delivered driver's behaviour was extremely rude as he shouted at me. When calling the restaurant to report the diver's behaviour they said "yh okay, whatever" and did not apoligised. I am digusted

I order 2 double cheese burgers both with chips missing a milk shake banana also 2 lots of cheese bites not happy paid £33 97p and its the wrong order wanted 2 double whooper meal but it's all wrong.

Never received although they say delivered, called, restaurant were rude, complained to just eat, absolutely nothing been done and out of pocket. Not impressed.

Not the quality that we’ve had before. Food not very hot. Chips quite soggy (not the lovely ones from last time). Onion rings soggy. Burger tasted different. Tasted like it had coriander or something in? Very strange. Shame as we LOVED our last order. This one just didn’t hit the mark. Over half the food went in the bin (last order was clean plates all round).
