Love their cappuccino and cream bun (maritozzi)

Sadly, the store doesn’t open at 8 am on Sundays and it offers the wrong time online. What makes it services awful is the curly hair coffee lady saw me standing outside the store but shew the white of her eyes to me just like I am the idiot. If you don’t want to be treated like this way, this is not a good place for you to stay.

Staff closed up tills before 7 even though a hot beverage was not required.

Great place for a morning snack and great coffee.

The atmosphere is dreadful. Shop is very loud as it seems to be a meeting spot for all the delivery drivers (Uber, deliveroo, etc), and at times it it's difficult to have a normal conversation!

I visited this coffee shop recently and found the location convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed to find that the ceiling fan was quite dirty, and there was an overwhelming smell of smoke. Additionally, the drinks were not very enjoyable.

Awful service by one rude barista.

Absolutely awful. Never ever again. Had a large delivery waiting for an hour. Only to get a call to say they have ‘decided’ to close early and therefore cancelled my order. A business was relying on this. What a terrible service!!

We stopped here for a quick hot drink whilst out shopping. I really wish we hadn’t. Every spare table was filthy and stacked up high with dirty plates and cups. I politely asked the person behind the counter if we could have our table cleaned, they heard me but couldn’t even be bothered to answer. I waited a while then asked another member of staff. Same bizarre response. The Chai Latte I had was tasteless and the gluten free cake selection was very poor.

Don't forget the code for the toilets when you pay (if you need them)!

Went last Saturday afternoon. I was excited to go have a sit down, drink and a snack. I ordered quickly, politely and with a smile as always but the barista lady looked so fed up and annoyed :( It was my first time using the app to scan my loyalty card, when I asked when I should scan it, she was rude about it. The latte was delicious though. The toastie was brought up to my table but they had put a paper napkin on top of it and obviously it got stuck on the cheese, when I tried to get it off I had to remove a lot of the cheese too. I had to clean my own table and put the previous customers dirty dishes on a chair.

Los cafés son gigantes!! Y súper buenos, recomiendo los que añade 1 poquito de caramelo al café, volveré!!

Friendly staff, warm environment, decent coffee and treats, not the best view out the window but that's not their fault, could be cleaner, avoid looking down the side of the sofa cushions!

All you could ask for in a chain café. Never seems hectic with plenty of seating, though that may be the time of day I come. Decent coffee and food for the price. Reliable and relaxed, a good place to take your laptop and study as I do.

Un buon caffè per essere in Inghilterra. Locale carino e accogliente affacciato sulla via del mercatino dell’usato. Bene dai!

Fui con mi hija al mercado navideño de Bath y nos detuvimos en Neros para un almuerzo rápido. Tomó mucho tiempo para ser atendidos ya que había una larga cola pero la comida llegó bastante rápido. Sin embargo, los baños de los clientes estaban terribles, sucios y llenos de agua (?) En el piso. Tuve que buscar la parte más limpia y seca del piso para dejar mis compras y mi bolso, ya que no había gancho en la puerta, algo que también está en todos los Neros en los que he estado. Tal vez no habría notado el suciedad si hubiera podido colgar mis cosas en lugar de examinar el piso. Vamos Neros, ganchos en las puertas y un poco más de limpieza por favor.

Muy bonito y pequeño café volvería. El personal muy amable. Tomamos un té café pero no comida, así que no puedo comentar sobre eso. Un montón de asientos, así que muchos lugares para sentarse para elegir.

It's a standard neros. But they didn't care that i staff there working for ages while only buying one coffee

I rarely visit the centre of Bristol,however the staff in Nero's on the Horse fair at the entrance to Cabot circus have been absolutely fabulous this week whilst i have been in the city every day early mornings on business .They were so helpful in helping me set up the Nero App being patient whilst i eventually got there.I was dreading coming to an unfamiliar city being based in Yeovil, but these guys are first rate and so passionate .Thank you all at Nero's on the Horse fair Bristol for making the start to my day with Porridge & coffee a warming experience indeed.

Our drinks were very nice, however the cleanliness of the building is awful. I actually urged when using the upstairs male toilet (female one was out of order) it genuinely looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about 6 months. The rest of the shop wasn’t overly clean either so I wouldn’t go back for this reason. Coffee these days is not cheap so it’s important for the environment to be nice to be in.

The wireless connection here is awful. If you need to check your emails, do a google search or stay on facebook, you better have lots of data available on your phone/laptop.

Three of us and we found the best three leather seats in the cafe, just inside the door. Coffee as always was great. We also had a portion of carrot cake each and it was delicious. Just happened to notice that a lot of the seats were taken by people who just seemed to walk in, plug in their chargers and use their laptops-without even buying anything. No wonder they need coded locks on the toilets for their customers. We did help a wheelchair user in and out of the cafe as the large doors are very heavy and dont have any assistance.

Late evening visit, Asked for a pot of tea... filthy cup, took it back to ask for a clean one !. I love cafe Nero and visit these coffee shops all over the UK. There are eight customers at the moment which hardly justifies the two members of staffs wages... there are of course more high street coffee shops close by. This Nero’s is situated on the inside of a four way junction in which people are just walking by heading away or past this shop. Unless you like eating and drinking in silence (no music playing either), listening to other peoples conversations ... additional seating upstairs is closed obviously to stop people using the rest of the cafe. Toilets are spotless except for the screw loose on top of the toilet cistern... and the toilet paper kicked around on the floor... interior shelves not dusted either. Two male staff... probably one of the worst Nero’s I have visited

Had 2 teas and a chicken and cheese toastie with a hint of rosemary which was very nice and arrived quickly. Pleasant staff but this place needs a good clean. Sat in the corner by the sandwich display which had something spilt down the front of it debris under the free standing sign looks as if it has been there quite some time?

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and also great at multi-tasking! I often stay for a longer while to do work on my laptop and find it a great environment to be in, also for a short stay. Most importantly, the coffee is great.

Always a relaxing stop here. Comfy, 'warm' surroundings and friendly staff. Its quiet before 11am as there are few shops open. A spot to rest in the quiet before the storm.

Went in for a quick coffee, the pastries looked good so I ordered 2 an a cappuccino. Great coffee great pastries really enjoyed them. Felt set up for the day. The prompt service with a smile was welcomed an appreciated specially at a busy time. I can see why this coffee shop is busy, good quality coffee served with a smile. Shall return soon.

This is a reasonable friendly coffee shop with friendly service and good coffee. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs and the coffee served was good and it was nice that the shop was clean and they seemed to take a pride in their work. Usual selection of cakes and pastries at reasonable prices.

I know of at least three Caffè Nero outlets in Bristol - there are probably lots more. The one I go to is in Broadmead, opposite McDonald's, so very handy for my office. They claim to offer the best coffee this side of Milan - well, it's not bad, and certainly far better than the vile burnt stuff from Seattle. The one guy on duty was as busy as a one armed man hanging wallpaper when I went in the other day, and there was a bit of a wait. Think his colleague was clearing up . Still polite and friendly. Comfy leather seats in the window where you can watch the passers-by as you sip your espresso. There is more seating upstairs

Went twice in two days. First time managed to get comfy seats downstairs and the messy table was immediately cleared. Good work! Second visit was busier and so we had to head upstairs which was smaller than I was expecting. The tables weren't so readily cleared up here though. Teas & coffees to the usual Nero's standards.
