I really don't know what is going on with the cafe in winterstoke road sainsbury's it's going down hill fast it's always closed before 5pm and often stops serving due to staff shortages and other issues the menu has changed for the worse you can't get a decent meal there is very little choice for diabetics or people following a low carb diet things need to change the food choices are years behind very fatty not healthy at all needs a wake up call and more staff to run it efficiently

The cafe is fantastic! The food is very nice and warm, the coffee is great (my recommendation is Gingerbread Latte). Staff are like family to me, always happy to help me in any way possible. 😀

Breakfast cold atmosphere boring. Needs to have a nice hot breakfast. The Mushroom was disgusting. Should be small mushrooms not a massive foul tasting. Tomatoe hard and toast cold as well. Never again

Was ignored while a staff member spoke to a friend then walked off leaving us waiting. Food was dry and tasteless.

I have never been to the UK this place just looks very nice.

Full English breakfast can't go wrong really 2 sausages 2 hash browns 1 egg 2 bacon beans and toast all for under £6 not a bad price up to some places and the food was all cooked properly and came out hot no complaints from me and believe I'm a real fussy eater 👍

We use this place quite often but there seems to be a problem with how they cook their peas if you get there at the end of the day it looks like the peas have been sitting there all day long, (peas on the right are the replaced ones.) and everything else was tasty!!!

Went in for breakfast, staff are very friendly but that's the only good thing about the experience. Cafe is very cold so you have to keep your coat on to eat and my cooked breakfast had burnt dried up sausages, undercooked bacon and hard fried eggs.

Came in for a quick breakfast, staff are beautiful and friendly unfortunately the breakfast was a fail! Sausages raw on one side. Very grissly and taste fatty! Not great:(

None of the staff understood what 'vegan' meant, it was so baffling to them even after I explained that they thought it would be easier to not serve me any food. I'm sure I could have had beans on toast or something.

Love the choices of foods, hot and cold x staff very pleasant and it warm and clean in there xx always enjoy going in even just for a cuppa xxx 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Good value but a bit disappointed with the fish cake. Not much fish mostly sauce.

Had a Big Breakfast and a Hot Chocolate. The only thing that I would say was hot is the title of the drink! Not impressed at all.

Since it's refurbishment and expansion last year it's a lot more comfortable the staff are helpful and friendly inspite of the cafe being seemingly rather short of staff Service varies in speed and the food could be hotter as could the hot drinks Having said all that it's a pleasant enough environment to eat or just drop in for a coffee and take a break

The staff were lovely very helpful. The food was ok but a bit on the cold side. We had a cooked breakfast.

In for food with my wife and mother in law. Food was ok. Chip portion was small to say the least

Been going here for years and its always clean and comfortable to be in. Cafe is lovely and breakfast is always something to look forward to after shopping.

Breakfasts can be a bit hit and miss, I've had still partially raw eggs presented as cooked. Some of the mains can be reasonable. Coffee is really weak so you may want to go elsewhere if you're looking for any kind of caffeine hit.

Nice little cafe with many choices on menu and handy for just cuppa before or after shopping
