Tortilla Cabot Circus in Bristol, City of

My son really enjoys eating her but I am appalled by the service, lack of children menu and the lack of options for tacos which not be changed for children. I now have to take my children somewhere else to eat even if he make one of children happy to eat her. You truly made my daughter and I so sad to know picking healthy options to have in a taco is not accepted.

Great little spot for lunch or a snack. Popped here whilst out shopping . Food was great , excellent service . Friendly staff faces. Will be back again soon 😁

Walked 0.7 miles from work for a break. Turned up starving. Ordered food, went to pay only to be told that cash is no accepted (no cash?!) Ive read online that it’s ‘to make the customer experience quicker, slicker and to free-up more staff to make fresh and delicious burritos.’ The irony is that A) The customer experience took way longer, because I stood there pleading for them to take my cash and let me eat the meal I had ordered. (Paying in cash would have taken less than 10 seconds - I even had exact change) B) I was the only person being served and there were three or four members of staff behind the bar waiting for customers "mi casa es tu casa." - Wish I could have done but my home doesn’t alienate people or give false, watered down reasons full of buzz words as an excuse for not taking cash.

Ordered whilst in hospital via Uber. Never disappoints. Always have the custom burrito wrap, filling and tasty.

Was queuing for food when I watched a member of staff accidentally flick some meat (I think pulled pork) into the grilled vegetables. Rather than dispose of the now contaminated veg, they instead just stirred the meat in so it would be less obvious. This level of disrespect and disregard for any customers with allergies, dietary restrictions or preferences is appalling. I will not be returning. I might give EHO a nudge to pay them a visit...

Ordered via deliveroo, food arrived cold so had to reheat in oven. Upon eating half of my burrito I bit into chicken. Having not eaten meat for more than two decades this freaked me out and I ended up throwing up.

Was waiting in the queue and she walked into me with the barriers as she was moving them. Turned around to apologise and she rolled her eyes and walked off. Is not what you would expect from a good manager. Bad customer service.

Visited on a Sunday lunchtime. They make everything in front of you and there's loads of choice. Fab burritos, lovely churros.

My first visit to Tortilla,was oh so fantastic 😍 Was in town shopping,with my son and he's raved about the place,so he bought our lunch,Nachos are my favourite thing,and these were the best I've had. Lovely friendly staff,as I'm an older customer,I get used to being 'invisible' but staff couldn't be better. Can't wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful experience at Tortilla Cabot Circus. We'd been meaning to try it for a while, and we weren't disappointed! The staff were all working hard, but calmly and productively, even whilst training some new team members. I just wanted to mention a special Kudos to the manager Daz, who not only checked on us whilst we waited for Churros, but really took care of us regardless of the fact it was a busy Saturday lunchtime. That kind of customer service is rare in a similar styled 'Grab and Go' restaurant. He was really on it and I'm sure the company is glad to have him. Thanks for a great experience, we'll definitely be back!

Ordered on deliveroo, ordered a veggie burrito yet got chicken. For someone who hasn’t eaten meat in 14 years this is just not acceptable. I couldn’t see the lettuce or sour cream. Nor taste the cheese or spicy salsa. Overall what a disappointment.

I visited for takeaway nachos. There were four men serving and all seemed to be too busy chatting between themselves and taking forever to do anything. Despite the queue they were in no rush, flailing around like they had all the time in the world. My food sat at the till for what seemed like an eternity before the server was ready to take my payment. He then spent ages attempting to tape another bowl on top of my nacho container (something that resembled a hospital sick bowl) as a makeshift lid. As soon as I picked it up the lid came loose and the nachos fell to the floor covering me and my baby in the process. Fortunately a lovely young couple who were in the queue behind me came to my aid. One staff member did come to help but the man who had served me and the other servers stood there with childish smirks on their faces. There was no offer of a replacement. I left the premises swiftly and sat just outside to calm my baby expecting a staff member to come out but the only person who came to check on me was the husband of the lovely young couple.

Great tasting burrito! I had the beef with all the toppings! Was slightly smaller than expected (I had a medium) - for £6 i was expecting a hefty burrito but it felt snack sized. It was really great tasting though so can’t complain!

No burrito places this side of town. Really excited this was to open - VERY disappointed. Hard tasteless rice, hardly any meat, no salad given, no chillis, pickles etc (not even at an extra cost) and I had the spiciest sauce which was pretty bland...
