Subway in Bristol, City of

Nice looking subway but bad service second time going and they over charged me twice now, workers were extremely slow, nothing was stocked up and I’m not sure if they could fully understand English as they where speaking another language and got my order wrong after I told them what it was 4 times in a row. Wouldn't recommend if your trying to get lunch quick

The guy who served me was on his hands free phone the whole time serving me. The waffles were a load of mushed up potato and the churro was hard and stale. Very disappointed

Don't order via uber Eats with this store. Have done so 4 times and every single time stuff is missing

It's terrible, no vegan meats, guy there was very rude and kept saying "we're closing soon" despite it being 40 minutes from closing and when we left he gave a very audible sigh he didn't ask me if I wanted it toasted he didn't ask what bread I wanted, he was simply trying to get me out asap.

Salad did not look or taste fresh, needs attention and some tlc.

2 bits of ham in a box with smallest salad ever. No forks to eat it with! Simple things not available. Staff don't know how new app works. No loo rolls so told to use napkins. God help them when it gets busy as I don't think they have realised Take That are playing across the road

We got some food here the other day and were amazed by the service of a particular staff- kanok, he was very professional and made sure we had a great experience!! Would definitely revisit. He's very good at his job.

Incredibly friendly member of staff who was helpful and knowledgeable with menu options and prices. Clean tables and dining area. Highly recommend.

Great Subway. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was much better than I've had compared to other Subways. Would recommend going back to before match day or awayday travel

Popped in for my usual afternoon sub and what a laugh! Irina you are bloody lovely, amazing service, great sandwich as always and had a laugh whilst waiting. Will definitely order again.

Giussepe gave us a great service and was very patient while we overthought what to get and to include in the sandwich. Clean place and not too packed so it’s the atmosphere I like.

Very stale and hard bread. Which is the majority of their meals. Also beef in my chicken sandwich. Worst subway ever... Waste of money

Staff a bit hit and miss, some sandwiches made beautifully, others and absolute mess and not cut properly. But its subway, sandwiches are tasty

Paid £15 for a steak and cheese footling with double meat and got a salad roll with a bit of steak in the middle. All sides were freezing cold and soggy. Maybe due to being Uber eats delivery but worst subway I’ve ever had and normally love subway

Just received an excellent service with josh. Effortless conversation with him. Invest in this chap. He has a big future

I've been 2 times and 2 times they didn't have teriyaki chicken

Has to be the worst subway. I toasted , uncut , missing nearly all the salad . On the positive they got the sauce correct so maybe they aren’t that bad .

Half the order not received, all orders actually received were wrong and cold when all asked to be toasted. No one answering restaurant phone

Subway is Food That I Really Really Like and Love and it’s My Favourite Food That I Like and That I Love To Eat Loads Lots and So Much When I Go Out To Eat For Lunch Too as Well

Always a highlight of my day getting my dinner from this branch. The staff are the best, especially the Italian guy and I also had amazing service from another. I don’t care if the food isn’t perfect, if it’s great service, it tastes better.

completely waste of time new staff don’t even know how to cut bread properly let alone make a sub throw all the stuff in asked them to spread the meat out properly and still left with a 1/4 of my sub with no meat on it acts like it’s not his job to make the sub he needs to be sacked waste of time and money

They are very rude and children not allowed to sit inside even if they have purchased something . The lady with the red hair needs to know that chidren should be respected.

Went here tonight with my Dad. Dad asked the bloke (who couldn't grasp the English language) if we could eat our sandwiches inside due to the weather. The bloke said yes only for 5 mins because they were closing. This was at just before 7pm. The sandwich I had was lush! We had to rush like mad due to the bloke telling us he was closing. We then went to the Robins for a couple of ciders. When we finish, the place was still OPEN! Don't tell lies. If u r gonna close, then close!

Newish Subway. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was as always, although the bread was a little beaten up.

Asked for a vegan sub which the person serving me couldn’t remember which one was the vegan patty. Then told me the cheese was vegan then changed his mind and said it wasn’t vegan. So I left because I had no faith in them. I wouldn’t know if what I was eating was vegan or not.

Subway... Fast food... Need i say more? Made the sandwich i am a fan of... Staff member was friendly... We chatted about the evening with before leaving 😊 happy days

Clean and tidy but as it's a new store some staff need a little more training. The chap who serves us still didn't know what went in the sandwiches, it took ages to be served and in th end three different staff saw to us. I'm sure in time it will be perfect.
