Realmente mala experiencia con este lugar. El pescado estaba quemado y seco, las patatas fritas no se cocinaban correctamente y la tarta de queso por la que pagué 3 era tan pequeña que tenía tres cucharaditas.

El personal deshonesto me timó. Me cobraron demasiado Pide cuatro brochetas de pollo. Me cobraron 20. Cuando pregunté cuántos pinchos para un XL se quedaron 9 y 5 por un pequeño. Entonces, ¿por qué estaba pagando 20. Lo intenté pero no me pudo estafar. un MEJOR KEBAB 100 metros por la carretera es mejor! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Ordené a través de sólo comer para ser entregado. Hay muchos lugares en Bristol para comprar Kebab y pollo, algunos pobres los han tenido excelentes. Éste. . . . Uno de los mejores que he tenido recientemente. La entrega se presentó 30 minutos antes de lo indicado y la comida aún estaba caliente. Pedí un Chilli Kebab grande y 4 x trozos de pollo y una lata de bebida para compensar la entrega. El Kebab se cortó en rebanadas más gruesas que me gustan y, aunque pedí a las 5 pm, y posiblemente hubiera sido el primer kebab que cortaron el soporte, era de buena calidad. Mucha ensalada y una buena salsa de chile. El pollo, 4 buenas piezas, todas calientes y no secas, y con una gran piel sabrosa. Muy buen pollo. ¿Ordenaría de nuevo? Sí, tanto para un kebab como para un pollo.

All well and good it's came to the point I have had to leave the review after multiple times of ordering, the chicken has always looked like & tasted like it's been left there a few nights half the time I leave only once it's came and been fresh!

This place was good but when I ordered my food was given the wrong stuff and charged incorrectly. Poor food hygiene. I would definitely say give this place a miss.

Vile cold food over an hour late. Phoned to ask where it was and was told it's stuck in f****** traffic. Avoid.

I ordered 1 lamb donor wrap with salad and garlic mayo, 2 cans of 7up, 1 portion of cheesy chips and 1 portion of strawberry cheesecake. I placed my order at 18:36 And was told the delivery time would be at 19:25. I received a confirmation email stating this also. My order didn't turn up until 19:45 and the cheesy chips were not in with the rest of my purchase. I have tried contacting the restaurant to enquire about the delivery and also the missing item and there has been no answer. I will continue to contact the restaurant until this is solved.

I ordered it with meatballs and it come with mushroom instead and I hate mushroom which out my off my pizza

Very late, cold and rubbery I was told on the phone they sent out new food but clearly it was the same food as it arrived 5 minutes after I complained it was late. Just really bad service never order from them again . Shame used to be quite good 💩

Never had problems with Family Place before. But food was twenty minutes late AFTER they added an additional twenty minutes to the original delivery time. Food quality however was as always great. They missed an item off our order and I am yet to have them answer they phone so we can be refunded for said item. Disappointed.

Food came 45 mins late and when arrived was freezing cold, had to microwave everything. Ordered a burger and the bun was soggy as if water been poured all over. Had to contact reataurant twice and was not even offered money off. Will never use this take away again

Food was nice once it actually arrived.. Almost hour late, and when we rang up the restaurant after they were 40 minutes late, they sent it out.. A long wait of nearly 2 hours in total.. With no apologies or warnings.. At least the food was nice and warm..

I order from this Kebab house almost every week because of their usual excellent service and food quality, not to mention great timing but this time has let them down,food arrived around 30 minutes late and the driver was not very polite , did not even receive an apology that's the least we could have received as we are regular customers. They have been late in the past and another driver has apologised and gave us a Free pizza for our trouble which was nice and considerate of them. I hope this was just a one off problem as they are usually a great Kebab shop.

Onion rings were burnt and the chips were cold to the point they were hard in the middle. The order was 25 minutes late and when it eventually got here the delivery man was extremely rude. Used to love this place but the last few times we've used them the service has been terrible. Won't be going back from now.

So we tried this place to see what it a be like and we will never ever order from here again our food arrived cold so I binned it as I was too tired from a long hard day at work to phone up and say something and have to wait longer for food again ...

Very nice food, lots of it but takes a while to deliver

Usually we have no problems with delivery time, very quick and normally before the time they state. Last night they were 30 mins after the stated time. But the food quality is always great.

Delivery took ages, waited for food 1.5h, food was cold and had to go colect it as driver was to lazy to bring it to the door.

The food was nice, and the delivery time was pretty good for a Sunday, however, the missed two items off the delivery and when I tried to ring them no one answered.

The pizza is just perfection..alway good...If you like garlic cheese bread your in for a treat. The kebabs are very good. Would highly recommend family place kebab house as I have never been disappointed with my orders over the years.

Just called this restaurant from my previous order last night, for the guy to be very rude and Arrogant, I was calling to make another order due to it being wrong last night and not being able to eat the food, asked for no ONION OR TOMATO, but was covered in it, also the order itself was wrong, gave me chicken shish instead of lamb shish. Didn't end up making another order due to the person on the phone being so rude.. I will be visiting the store, NOT a happy customer!

Fantastic take away. Only thing that could of been better were that the drinks should of been colder.

Totally ignored my special instructions. Kebab was edible (Just). The chips were savage! They were definitely microwaved!! Way too hot and soggy to be fried. Would probably never use again.

Me and girlfriend ordered chicken that we had a few days ago, only problem was we asked for boneless pieces which we received last time, was ignored. The chicken we received was inedible and given to the dogs, chips weren't as good as they usually were, very disappointing. :( very fast delivery though.

The fried chicken was chicken pieces with a tiny bit of coating on but looked a few days old. The chips were also very rubbery and definitely cooked once then cooked again and maybe again after that! Very greasy and just ugh. Won't be using again, will pay the extra and go to champions.
