Pizza had a perfect crisp and crunch to it, burgers done to perfection

just as always food arrived hot and fresh, always on time and friendly staff. best in town

The food was disgusting I ordered a chicken tikka pizza with green chilli's n got charcoal chicken with red peppers n garlic n then I asked 4 chilli sauce on my veggie burger and the smothered it on the burger till it was soaking through n unbearable to eat coz of the amount of chilli sauce put on it wasted £17 don't order food from here unless your going in person coz I don't think they have a clue wth they are doing

as always it was perfect, arrived on time and fresh. best place to get that fix and be satisfied everytime

Samy turnt up 30minutes late with my order. He gave it to me and then snatched it out kf my hands because i informed him that if my order was cold i will be leaving a bad review and going down to the shop for a refund. He then begun swearing at me. Now as a business owner arent you supposed to be professional? Hes very unprofessional and the way he treats people thats putting money in his pocket is disgusting!! Donnie kebab was over cooked and both chip were overcooked. Couldn’t eat it. Very shame was I was really looking forward for food. Milkshake was really good tho!

Samy's is hands down the best grill in Bedminster/Southville (probably even all of Bristol south of the river). The variety of the menu is spot on and the food is always freshly prepared and handled with care. The price is good. But above all, Samy is a friendly chatty guy who always makes you feel welcome. Make sure to talk to him when he's around.

Love this place, my go to when ordering a kebab, their doner meat is far better than any other place in the area.

This place serves very delicious food and has a great variety of options to choose from. Their chilli sauce is WoW 😋

The food was disgusting stone cold chicken kebab was literally tiny pieces of chicken if u can even call that called restaurant to try and get them to fix the issue and they hung up on me and then refused to pick up any of my calls horid avoid

I have been ordering from here for a while this time my order was wrong they gave me a spicy chicken kebab instead of a garlic Mayo Donor so I couldn’t eat it and their garlic Mayo was top tear which they have change to cheap garlic Mayo. The cheesy chips were stuck to the roof of the package so most of the cheese was missing

Shame to have to do this to a restraunt I eat from regularly ... Rude, impertinent and cannot even follow an order correctly. Very unhappy with the service, the guy who man's the phones. TO SAMMY!! THE guy I’m talking about on the phone, he had an attitude (not sammy) and he didn't give two fluffs and I GOT TO GO HUNGRY NOW?? screw that, for that behaviour, you have lost two stars. Recognise who your loyal customers are before you go out of business, as your establishment will be one I will certainly not be eating at it again.
