Napolita Cafe in Bristol, City of

Our third visit, so a place we usually like. Unfortunately this time, the pizza's weren't up to scratch, soggy bottoms and underwhelming with the topping portions. They offered to put the outside heater on as we were not in the main building but they didn't. Calamari, rubbery and heavy batter Spicy anchovies which wasn't spicy at all and had very few anchovies. Fiorentina soggy and bland Nduja best of the three but sparse with the toppings. Roasted broccoli was bland and be surprised if it was actually roasted? I stand to be corrected. All in all a disappointing visit 😔

Early Sunday morning breakfast. Friendly and quick service. Recommended the Full English and a flat white!

On a busy Friday night with tons of to go orders, we were taken in and treated like family. The pizza was remarkable. Possibly the best chips in all of Bristol.

Ordered pulled oyster mushroom tagliatelle in a creamy sauce. Expensive at £18. Was served to me drowning in cream with microscopic amounts of mushroom utterly devoid of flavour nearly impossible to eat in that splishy splashy cream soup with what looked like toasted alfalfa sprouts as garnish. These bore an unfortunate resemblance to pubic hair. It was as though the chef had run out of mushrooms and just chucked in a pint of cream and left it at that not even bothering to heat it through properly. Absolutely shocking Needless to say I will never ever return!

Good quality food, well cooked, large portion Full English Breakfast. I’ve eaten pizzas here (as per my request gluten dairy and tomato free!!!)and full breakfast and snacks, the cafe has been consistently clean and the staff friendly.

Great little cafe in St.Werberghs. The food was delicious & staff absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend for a quick coffee & cannoli or a lunch out.

Nice atmosphere and staff very nice. we all had pasta and it was fine, nothing incredible but was well done with nice fresh pasta. Calamari was nice too. Would defo try the pizza next time as it looked amazing.

Really good food! I'd recommend the vegan options - very diverse in taste, and all nice and fresh. The vegan ravioli was my favourite! But the artichoke was really worth having too. We did order the hazelnut gelato, and they gave us what looked and tasted like vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup, but it still made a nice affogato 😊

Noy only the pizza tasted awful and ingredients were really cheap, they overcharge for everything you put on top £2.50.. my pizza coasted 23.50£, a real robbery. On top of that the coke was hot, have asked for ice couple ot time but they were very tight and literally put one cube on it.

Best Pizza place I have found in Bristol so far. Incredible really good service and delicious food it really reminded me of being back in Napoli. Definately recommend

Pizza tasted awful, cheap ingredients and every extra topping is £2.50, parma ham they have use one sliced for the 2 pizza.. my one coasted £23.50, not even if it was a Gino D'acampo pizza.. a real robbery. On top of that Coca Cola was served hot, have asked for ice couple of times but they were unable to give us more than literally one cube. Avoid this place if you want PIZZA.

Found this little place after colleague had there previously so went there for breakfast one morning simply delicious 🤤 so decided to make this the venue for my husband’s 60th birthday with our family. Again we were not disappointed meals were delicious this definitely be a regular treat for us.

The menu options are so great! Mixed of standard pizza toppings and then some more rogue ones that you don’t usually see! So fun!

Fantastic vegan pizzas, lovely atmosphere and also very exciting vegan sides like the artichoke in corn batter (yum) which I thought was great value for £5. On the neggy side, I have to say I do think the pizzas are a little bit overpriced...

Food was great 👍 very tasty and nice. Portions are quite big , worth the prices :) Service was understanding after we wanted to change the table mid meal.

Found this place by accident as it was raining heavily. It's really cosy and friendly. Nice to see there were a couple (very well behaved!) dogs in there and kids welcome too including babies. Really liked that baby feeding was done naturally with no issues. There is an Italian menu but a specials breakfast board too, we ordered from that and it was really good. Very friendly helpful staff. Some nice art for sale on the walls. Lovely little place, would definitely recommend.

Friendly greeting from the staff. We chose to swap our table to a nice nook. Service was fast and polite. Pironi draught beer was nice and cold. My prawn and crab Arancini sadly tasted of 'deep fried' and lost the taste of the ingredients. The truffle Arancini tasted nice though. Pizzas are cooked in a proper oven and tasted really nice. Tap water served to our table as soon as we sat down was a nice gesture. Parking - we had to drive around the block a few times ending up parked on the pavement.

Outstanding food for somewhat a coffee house. Pizza was insane. Never had anchovies on a pizza but I was feeling fruity. No regrets. Service was lovely and catered well to such a big table. Price is also surprisingly cheap.

I cannot explain how happy I was to happen upon this placebfor what was meant to be a quick coffee but soon turned into a meal. The staff were absolutely spot on and the small eatery is filled with the most delicious, wonderfully Italian odour. My service was handled spectacularly and I will be returning to try more of the menu when I am next working in that area.

Fabulous breakfast in the sun this morning! Really lovely little spot, food was done well, perfect poached eggs and avocado on toast. Staff were friendly, gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sun despite our hangover. I can imagine it's such a cosy date spot in the evening,so i'd definitely go here again.

Very quirky little restaurant, service was very efficient and very friendly. All of the staff were excellent. The food was very well priced and extremely tasty. Only 2 of us went but we ate for 3 so we could try more of the food. Definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

Best Italian restaurant I've been to in ages, good pizzas, pastas, aranchini and in the morning does sessions breakfasts too. The ox tail Ragu is spectacular as was the tilapia I had the other day. Another gem on the Mina Road.

My son and I came for lunch with our family dog. They were pleased to accomodate her in the terrace part of the restaurant. The food is always good here and it did not disappoint. To start with we shared the new vegan ravioli, handmade stuffed with artichoke, asparagus, black truffle with sage and butternut squash sauce. So many flavours, perfectly executed. Then I had the creamy chicken pappardelle pasta and my son had the pulled oyster mushroom papparedelle. Both were super tasty, beautifully presented. The service was friendly and there was a very welcoming atmosphere. Of course we will be back soon!

We went for a coffee and a pastry. The service was very slow, took 30 mins to give us menu, and another 30 mins to make all the coffee. Either we were forgotten or they need more FOH staffs. Cakes were good. Pizzas looked amazing but we didn't try.

Strongly recommend this place! Pizzas were sensational, and the tiramisu (which we definitely didn’t have room in our stomachs for) was one of the best ever. We’ll be back!

Hard to imagine a nicer vibe for lunch: spectacular fish pizza with crisp-yet chewy crust and plenty of filling. Local draft IPA and entertaining service. Perfect

Hand made pasta with chicken sounds so simple but was fabulous. Friendly staff, skilled chef, perfectly clean and a lovely ambience. Will definitely return.

Whether you go in for lunch, or order it delivered for dinner, this is probably the best Italian in Bristol! I'm obsessed with their pasta, and it's our go to pizza order! Plus the staff are lovely. It's so good my boss won't have our work lunches literally anywhere else any more. The decor is lovely. The juices are banging. I cannot big this place up enough. They deserve all the awards! And I'm OBSESSED with the truffle mayo. We have to order so much because I refuse to share it with the boyfriend. A boyfriend who is veggie and says it offers the best veggie stuff around!!!

These guys are such a fantastic all round cafe/restaurant. Their food is really delicious, excellent quality and you can have a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner here. The pasta dishes are beautiful. Great coffees and great canolis too!

Thoroughly enjoyed. Focaccia toast with brunch a stroke of absolute genius - so much better than regular, I wish they did it everywhere! Great value kids meal, smoothie was delicious. Nothing I can fault.

Lovely cafe, very chilled atmosphere. Somehow even all the kids running around (there are usually many) don't disturb the vibe. Excellent pizza (we had Halloumi pizza last time) and my favourite green smoothie "Kale kick"-sweet but full of good stuff! Make a reservation, especially if you are planning to come after 5pm

Been wanting to try here for ages! Ended up getting a last minute takeaway this evening best Aranchini iv had in Bristol by a mile and the deserts were insane! Can’t wait to visit in person

Really cute place. There aren't very many items on the menu, but there are enough. There are meat, vegetarian and vegan options. I ordered shakazuka, the portion was large, the food was tasty and perfectly seasoned. Delicious latte.

I have made frequent visits to Napolita and ordered numerous takeaways. Consistently delectable pizzas, delightful ambiance, and some of the tastiest sides I've ever had at an Italian restaurant. An all-around fantastic experience.

My partner and I had dinner in the warmed outside area on a chilly December evening; we had the perfect night! The lasagna and the sausage pasta were superb; the best we had both had! Service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. We’ll definately be back - thanks to the team there for all their hard work!!

Took two hours to get us out food which was understandable given how busy they were but it was busy because of takeaway orders, what's the point in going out if you get faster service to your door. When my pizza came it was wet raw and when asked to put it back in they said it was because there was mushrooms... Also what the heck kind of stupid system is it where the person who pays the deposit doesn't get it back, will not be returning, would not recommend, felt robbed at the end.

Lovely cafe with nice atmosphere and really nice staff. Cooked breakfasts were loaded with a variety of good quality products. Scrambled egg with avocado on sourdough was delicious. They have pizzas, salads and pasta dishes too. Lots of choice of hot and cold drinks. Quite pricey, but worth it.

Very disappointed. It was really not good. We ordered a margarita and a chicken pizza to be delivered. I tried my margarita and thought it was okay but the dough a bit chewey. Then tried the chicken pizza and that one was horrendous. The dought was not the same it tasted of frozen pizza and the peppers had definitely not cooked on the pizza not sure if they were defrosted as well, honestly awful.. we hate wasting food but still wondering if we should bin it cause we just can't eat more of that thing :/

Had a great time at Napolita. So chilled and relaxing. The food and drinks are delicious and such a great selection. Staff are extremely friendly, caring and understanding. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Do recommend the passion fruit smoothie and smashed avocado.

Lovely food, friendly service, relaxed environment, can take our dog into the outside bit which is great! Quite pricey, but it's a solid, consistent place to go and we're so pleased to have it on our doorstep! Good varied menu. The breakfasts here are fab too!

Very bad customer service. I was in the cafe on a somewhat busy day, although not full capacity. I waited 30mins for a sandwich which didn't arrive although the table next to me who had not even received menus when I ordered received drinks and fully cooked dishes. I decided to leave and just pay for my drink. An employee offered me a discount on my next visit. However when I visited a few days later and went to pay for my order the staff refused to the discount note I had been given previously saying that the person who had given it was new and shouldn't have offered me a discount. The food itself is quite overpriced for the quality/taste, I have previously had the arancini on another visit. The hot chocolate and tea were very nice.

The outside part is really horrible. Very hard chairs and tables with no style. Bright lights. Woukd advice to book in advanced indoors. The food is good.

I was worried about the service after all the recent bad news but I needn't have worried. Service was efficient, polite and friendly. The food was delicious and good portions. I felt it wasn't accurately described on the menu though hence the 4 stars instead of 5 - and its quite pricey.

Our waitress martina was excellent from the start of our meal to the end, classic hospitality where you were made to feel at home from the moment you sat down with an easy flow of conversation and prompt service. Not to mention some delicious pizza!

Went there for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurants vibes are nice and cozy. The staff are super friendly. The pizza was delicious and they had one of the best Homemade Lasagne I’ve ever had in Bristol. I will definitely come back again.

Absolutely loved this place, so much that I almost don't want to share! But the owners and staff deserve lots of business. I had a vegan breakfast, which as you can see was huge and trust me, was delicious. Staff were attentive and lovely. The ambience is amazing. 1 hour free parking outside. My new fave!

I've been to Napolita's for breakfast, lunch and dinner and their food was always 5/5. Excellent service. One of my favourite places in Bristol!

I had my headphones cassette stolen here and the owner refused to speak to me and check the CCTV he was extremely rude and abusive. He wouldn't pass the phone to me and the manager Peter had not gotten back to me either even though I've called twice. Really unbelievable. I will see you all in court.

Excited to be back in Bristol I even Mey some friends also eating here. The atmosphere is friendly, and the FoH team seemed OK to wait while my friends arrived in dribs & drabs. However one of our meals never arrived (despite us reiterating it twice) we got little apology, no reduction on our bill & really that's not on.

Used to go to Napolita a lot, but for various reasons haven't been for a while. Quickly realised what I'd been missing. Food was delicious and the service attentive. Atmosphere is as good as it used to be. Loved it!

We had Napolita delivered. It was a speedy delivery. Lots of choice on the menu. The king prawn and chilli pasta was SUPERB. Will be eating here again

I dont often go to Napolita as, although the food and general vibe of the place is really great, the prices just keep going up (£17 for a pizza) but I was sent a marketing text message that promised 20% off ‘all orders’ this week. It wasn’t until we got the bill that we found out that ‘all orders’ actually meant only take away orders, and only those made online. The unfortunate waiter did their best, it was not their fault and was clearly having a tough night. The restaurant refused to acknowledge their marketing was misleading. I think there was no manager around, so unfortunately the poor waiters and chef were powerless. No complaints about the food or service, just the management!

Place and the food is lush, looks and tastes delicious plus the portions are more then enough even for a hungry face. Tiramisu was one of the creamiest I've ever had, although a 25ml shot of limoncello for 6£ is a ripoff and it ruined the diner a little bit. I mean come on, Italian cafés all over Bristol do it either for free or 2/3quid so half the price and it's usually a 40ml not 25... Overall experience 4.5 so well recommended for everyone.

Been meaning to pop into Napolita for a while now and i'm happy I finally decided to. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, good lighting and wonderful decoration/design. They offered artwork from local artists and the servers were polite and helpful. I ordered the full english and a chai and they were both delicious and a really fair price with a very generous portion size. The food was fresh, seasoned and wasn't too salty. My partner had two sides which was more than enough and was really happy to finally visit. Its safe to say i'll be making this my local for weekend breakfasts!

We had an amazing family lunch, the service was spot on from the minute we walked in. The food was 5 star, great pizzas, no trouble to make adapted pasta dishes for the kids. Star of the show though were the Arancini, just delicious, and at 7.50 for a starter, superb value for money. Top notch Italian food, highly recommended!
