My friend and I had a snack there and we ordered "The Classic" Waffle and we were served by Esma, a lovely person, super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend coming here if you have a sweet tooth and want to enjoy a good time in this wonderful place. We'll be back for sure!

We got a Sundae and the Sundae was really small, but we had to pay £9.25 for it, the spoons we received were dirty and workers seemed noncholont and didn't provide a good service.

Food quality was so bad,ordered vanilla milk tea and mango bubble tea by home delivery through uber.they send us literally waste water that tasted so bad and the boba tea didn't even had boba..I cannot even call them bubble tea..it was a total scam and my money is wasted..never ever buy anything from them ...Couldn't even believe how they can scam customers by giving just coloured water...so disappointed...never had such bad experience with food..

It was pretty busy so had to wait a little for our drinks, but the person serving us was very apologetic and gave us an ice cream for the wait which is very sweet!

Had to question if the place was actually open at first with dozens of boxes outbfront. One drink was served after the dessert was half way finished, and included no spoon for the tea, while another drink missed entirely. Good quality, if a somewhat odd experience.

Best desert restaurant in Bristol. Is a chain and does a good job, I always know what to expect. They do banging crepes and waffles with quick friendly service. Only warning would be don't order delivery as the wait means the food isn't as tasty as it is sitting in.

Had an order on deliveroo. Food arrived . Absolutely disgusting! Never had a problem here! But this time was very clearly rushed and close to closing time! I ordered 2 chocoholic crepes. They tasted like pure salt! Couldn’t even have one mouthful my whole mouth was stinging! Was up all night being sick! And can’t even get an answer from the restraunt!!!

23.12.2023. It was about 3pm. Me and my wife bring some friends came to here. We always bring some friends here as we feel the desserts are quite good. Unfortunately, this time, I felt a bit uncomfortable due to the treatment by one of the staff’s weird attitude and behaviour. The thing is, after we finished desserts, we felt a bit thirsty. So I went to ask a cup of water and meanwhile, my friend was trying to top up his cup. The staff who helped my friend fill up a glass of water but said to me that they don’t have cup and then ignored us. Both me and my friend were shocked as my friend was just received a glass of water from another staff earlier. However, this staff give us an strong impression that he didn’t want to help us for some reason which I didn’t know. My friend said it was a bit racist. (I don’t understand why he didn’t really want to help us like his colleagues.) We both felt every uncomfortable then left immediately.

The first thing is I really appreciate the way you guys make desserts in a different way but this is not enough. If a customer comes there from far just to visit you, you also need to deal friendly with the customers. Because everything you doing to make happy your customers. This is very awkward just put the food on table and run 🏃‍♂️ 😳.

Ordered via justeat they forgot both our bubble teas (£11) Rang and complained the people are so rude and cannot speak English. They told us to ring justeat which is impossible and try to get a refund from them. Avoid ordering from this place. Waste of time and rude staff.

Amazzinngg waffle. Easily one the best Ive had in the UK. We also tried their hot and cold volcano Sundae: its a must have. Just beware guys the quantity is massive. i.e their waffle is the size of a roast dish

Pathetic customer service. Table was dirty and not cleaned. Cookie dough is not cooked in oven. It’s Microwaved. But menu says gooey cookie dough. I didn’t find any. No sauce on crepe at all. Food was definitely not worth the price. Spending 40 pounds in store we expect the bare minimum as a customer. Definitely won’t recommend.

The staff were friendly and kind to my daughter. They even had a great kid's menu that she really enjoyed. One of the female staff members gave my daughter balloons to play with and took the time to chat with her. We definitely recommend this place for its delicious sundaes and the welcoming staff. The place has a spacious layout and lovely decor.

tried the chocolate crepe with vanilla ice cream, would recommend it for sharing amongst 2! the sweet ice cream and warm crepe paired really well together, but gets very moreish if not shared

Great place to stop and eat a range of beautiful desserts and ice creams. Very large menu to please all and a good variety of flavours for the ice cream, gelato and sorbet as well. Staff are extremely welcoming and fast as well

There are many options to pick from, including vegan options! which surprised me because I didn't expect to see any. I had the vegan cookie dough with vegan chocolate ice cream, vg chocolate sauce, and strawberries, which was delightful. I definitely recommend it! The service is quick and the portions are massive.

Ordered from Uber Eats and they got my entire order wrong. I even added in notes to end that my create your own waffle was correct and they still messed it up. Worst thing is, this was my first time and it has me second guessing for next time. Disappointing, absolutely disappointing!

A great place to take the family

We were disappointed that this ice cream parlour does not offer vegan cones. They have vegan ice cream, waffles and crepes, but no cones. It's a real shame because otherwise it is a reasonable offering.

I had a waffle with cookie and dough ice cream, crispy and delicious, Personally, I think the slushy are a bit to sweet but over all it was good.

They were so amazing in helping me surprise my girlfriend with a waffle delivered! They left a note in the package and the delivery driver Lara was super nice and helpful. Thank you! <3

Ordered some crepes after a long time and I can definitely say that it was a huge letdown. All of the crepes were extremely salty to the point where after a couple of bites, they all ended up in the bin as they were completely unedible. Not worth the money anymore

Went a while ago with some friends, was nice atmosphere, the food was delicious! I had the Mango Waffle, was the best! Would love to come here again next time I'm visiting! They do have a good selection, so pretty sure there's something for everyone who has a sweet tooth!

Well what can I say.. I have given this place way too many chances and every single time the orders have gotten worse. Today I ordered a chocolate crepe but got a chocolate cloth! I couldn't take a picture of this unfortunately because I used it to clean my kitchen tops. It was burnt, the chocolate syrup was non-existent, very appalling. My sister ordered a Sundae (Ice Cream) but by the time it got to us, she needed a straw to eat..sorry drink it! At least she won't go to sleep thirsty I guess. Either way, we wouldn't be ordering from here again. These guys have let us down 3 times, missed items, stingy on toppings Thanks, Happy Diabetes

Me and my girls went to Bristol for the weekend and we decided to visit Opa for a club night out. The security team was great and very friendly, especially Muhammad which is one of the security guys who walked with us to the main street to give us directions to another nice club. The bar staff was very rude and they behaved like we were bothering them when we wanted to order drinks. They have been on their phone all night long and barely paying attention to the customers. My friend ordered a Coca Cola and they gave her a bottle Coke which was not cold. When she asked if they had any cold one, the guy just replied with "no". He didn't say "no sorry but I can give you a glass with ice" or nothing like this. She was charged £10.50 for a double tequila coffee and the coke and then the second time she was charged £10 for only the tequila. When she challenge this, the guy at the bar said "I don't know what my colleague put in the computer". They were making all drinks without measuring the alcohol, pouring directly from the bottle into the cup. The music was decent and the atmosphere good but to much fake smoke. The smoking area look very creepy and you wouldn't want to go smoking on your own as a girl as is pretty dark as well. The lights in the toilets are to faded and you barely see anything in the cubicle. The crowd was good as we didn't want to go to a students club. Majority of people were over 30s. I wouldn't return here as the staff was very rude which was confirmed by another group of girls who were sitting next to us. If you want to have a good time, good crowd with older people, I would recommend Reina bar and club.

Delivery: Ice cream fully melted, waffle cold, not worth it to order online. Also I have tried the vegan waffle and the texture is like gum, basically not good.

Not good. The vegan menu is ridiculous. A waffle with one scoop of icecream is £11 and it tastes like cardboard. Gave me such a bad stomach, almost cried... Half the restaurant had police tape blocking off a bunch of flipped tables. Had liminal vibes, like being in a derelict hospital. Won't be rushing back tbh

Amazing cookie dough for once it was fresh and goey compared to Cream's in London. Staff are also freindly. Only thing I would say is to increase the portion of the cookie dough. Solid 8/10

Really like their desserts, however if you order through deliveroo they always without fail pack the hot crepes next to a sundae so that upon arrival the sundae is just a pool of melted ice cream. Incredibly frustrating

It's no point to pay £8.95 for something like this...It looks much better on their picture but not here...Basically it's 2 cookies (not dough) with a little bit sauce and lot of nuts on the top + 2 ROCHER and 1 scoop of ice cream (I liked ice-cream very much).

Found via a Google search. It doesn’t look like a lot from the outside entrance, but wow what a GEM when you walk in down the steps. I was instantly transported to Greece. The most stunning interior I have ever seen in a restaurant. The hand painted walls and the ambiance was so romantic for my partners birthday meal. Did not disappoint! Brilliant service from the very friendly attentive staff. My partners steak was absolute perfection and the cocktails were incredible. You could also sit on the terrace outside and you have a beautiful private view of the River. I cannot wait to return on our next trip to Bath.

QR codes on tables don't work - the staff know...so why are they on the tables? Tables are wobbly and need tightening up, upholstery is appalling, bear-metal nails sticking out of seats. Create your own ideas are ridiculously overpriced, considering they're no better than the set menu options. They don't sell 'Bombs'...so why are they on the menu? Place has gone down hill - 5 years ago it was decent, even last year it was at least +2*s better than this!

This cafe is absolutely brilliant with a lot of variety on the menu. Generous portion sizes and great service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking experience. I have a severe nut allergy and despite telling staff upfront and via booking, they contaminated both the starter and gave me a drink which contained a nut liquor. AVOID if you have an allergy. The plate smashing is fun but be warned, health and safety isn't great and a friend ended up with a cut on her nose from a separate group smashing plates when it rebounded and hit her in the face. Such a shame as it seemed nice until we ate there. When I contacted the restaurant they proceeded to ignore me so I was forced to contact the local council. Disgusting behaviour. If you don't have an allergy, by all means go but if you do, beware.

Limited range of food compared to others like this but the chocolate fudge cake was so good, very rich however the ice-cream you get with it balanced it out perfectly. Knickerbocker glory is very tasty with very strong flavoured ice creams too. Update: This place charges whatever they want, very overpriced especially for how bad there food is. Especially if your getting take out. Got take out twice, and they charge me different priced and the slice the gave me both times were pathetic, they were also very dry. Very disappointed since the first time I had it I quite liked it. I’m Not having it again!! There slush puppies however are really good, it's the only thing I'd buy from there To be honest

Hello , I have been to your club many times, always had a positive impression, in the food, until last night , I witnessed a creepy scene, the long-haired bodyguard used racist slurs on a guy in front of everyone just because he asked him to enter several times and had forgotten the document, the boy also apologized because he was apparently a bit drunk, and asked if he could come back with the document, but the bodyguard yelled in front of everyone that all that he was the boss and he commanded and that everyone could enter but not that guy, I witnessed the whole scene and it was sad, nothing to do with you and the restaurant but I will report this scene because this is unacceptable.

we came from oxford for this event because we were going to meet some friends from bristol, we have been organizing the event for a week to meet for the birthday of a romanian friend of ours, we arrive after 2 hours of travel but one of us has forgotten his identity card and the security man with long hair yelled a lot at us that we can't go in, our friend just told him not to yell at him, and the security man, with long hair, screamed that he was the boss and that only he was in command using racist phrases on the our friend saying to go back to his country, it is the first time in England that I have witnessed such a rudeness, if he really is the boss, I advise everyone to never set foot on that racist, it will have very serious consequences because we will report him, he ruined our friend's birthday for his arrogance .. it didn't end there.

I ordered a waffle and my friend ordered a crepe, both of them were hard to cut because it was not cooked properly so we explained our situation to Michael (manager) and without any hesitation, he served us new waffle and crepe (for my friend) and made sure that it was cooked properly. Michael’s service was amazing. I would definitely come back here.

Actually decent gelato in a weird former lounge

Without a doubt the best dessert place in Bristol! The menu is extensive and includes customising and vegan options and the staff are always super lovely! We have eaten inside and used takeaway many times and every time has been really great. Would highly recommend!

Asked to sit somewhere quiet due to one of us being neurodivergent. This request was denied and we were sat near a loud table. After a couple of minutes the waiter came back and asked us to move to another table nearby so he could clean our area. We politely denied his request as we had just settled in, reminded him that he insisted originally we sat at this specific table and mentioned that there were still people eating in our 'table area' (and the store was not closing for another hour and at least 5 memebers of staff were stood around without any work, so clearly they could have delayed cleaning specific areas as they were not very busy anyway). The manager then approached and again repeated the request that we move to another table so they could clean. We said we would just leave if he insists, so we did leave. I would suggest cleaning after opening hours, or within the last 15 minutes of closing. We definitely will not be going back!

Nice Sorbet, Slush puppies were ok however i found a hair in my slush puppie and one in my ice cream, so i am fairly disappointed
