Amazing jerk chicken salad, slaw, and the wraps are to die for. Just busy there was a bigger menu so I could have some variety because everything just tastes so good!

I recently visited Bilbo’s and we were really looking forward to trying their fries. Unfortunately, they were drowned in way too much gravy! While I love a good gravy topping, this was over the top – the fries became completely soggy and lost their crunch. A lighter hand with the gravy would’ve made them perfect. If you’re into fries swimming in sauce, this might be for you, but I’d love to see a bit more balance. The flavors were good, but the texture really missed the mark. Hoping they adjust this in the future!

Food seemed fresh and tasted nice, but watching the guy that was prepping food lick the the sauce off his hand and then continue wrapping a wrap made me feel quite sick and very off my food 😬🤢 The shop could definitely do with a deep/non grease clean and some toilet paper in the bathroom.

Wrap was pure salad, was alright but wouldn't get it again

I ordered a home delivery on Sunday night, one veggie challenge and one falafel and halloumi wrap. The falafel and halloumi wrap had no halloumi - as ordered through Deliveroo I made this complaint through the app. However, after doing this, we discovered there was also no hummus in either wrap, both flatbreads were hard and and falafels were also hard to the point of being inedible. So disappointed as normally the food is very good - i wonder if because it was the end of the weekend we were just given the dried-out leftovers? Either way, very disappointing.. Had to throw my wrap away as it wasn't edible :( and was not able to complain through the app as had already submitted claim about the lack of halloumi. Don't order on a Sunday night!

I have bought food from both Biblos restaurants in Bristol many times, and it's always been great. Something that tastes different compared to all the other restaurants in the area. On the 1st of July, I made a mistake with my order, and the staff were very polite to correct it, although they did not have to. Ty

Yummy biblos food. Used to have one in St werbs but it closed down a long time ago. Still one of my favourite wrap places 😊 was busy when I went at lunch time for the lunch deal. Worth it though. Thank you x

This is one of my favourite places to get wraps in Bristol!! The lunch time deal is a great value and the food never disappoints!! So flavourful!!

Usually order once a week for myself and work colleagues. Ring in the order and always ready by pick up time. Lunch £5 wrap deal is well worth it. Portions are big and really tasty, super delish. Chicken is halal. Highly recommend.

Biblos were amazing caterers for our wedding in Bristol! Ariel kept close contact throughout the whole planning stage and was super reassuring and helpful too. Out guests absolutely loved the brilliant spread Biblos provided and delivered, and we couldn't recommend them more!! Thanks Ariel!!!

It's mainly a takeaway but with some tables and a chilled waiting area. Food was really ace, not cheap but worth every penny. We both had halloumi wraps and they were packed with great stuff and a terrific sauce. Cracking!

Large Jerk Chicken every time, soo good

Simply put: I'd miss this place if I moved away from Bristol. Terrific wraps - full of the good stuff and not just a ton of salad. The Jerk Fried Chicken Wrap is THE ONE! The staff are always friendly and smash out the orders quickly even on a busy lunchtime. There's almost always space to eat-in, if you don't mind sharing the long table and bench with others.

The food is tasty and fresh, although it is pricey. This is essentially a takeaway with some seating inside.

Food was good. Man serving today with moustache and red beanie hat had the worst attitude ever. Won’t be coming again.

Friendly staff and absolutely fantastic atmosphere. The lounging area infront of the window was such a good spot yo chill, listen to nice music, people watch and enjoy the food. It is not your typical kebab place, it is on the healthy side. Jerky for meat lovers, huge variety of vegitarian and gluten free options too - plantain, cauliflower, halloumi, falafel.

Came here and ordered the large VFG wrap and it was epic. Flavours are insane, it was stuffed full of delicious vegan chicken (seitan) and it was huge. Would 10/10 reccomend if you’re after a great vegan meal.

The wraps taste out of this world! So fresh and full of flavour. I have tried them all and they are equally delicious. The food is so reasonably priced too. 100% recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant place to grab a bite to eat! We didn’t know what to expect but had a lovely lunch here that really impressed us. The food was well cooked, fresh & arrived really quickly. The wraps were generously sized & even the regular I would say is on the large side. We also had a couple of portions of the spicy fries which were coated in a delicious seasoning & complimented the meal. We sat in to eat as we had a wheelchair & a pushchair with us. Inside is surprisingly spacious, but there wasn’t much room to manoeuvre the pushchair so a very friendly member of staff moved some tables & chairs for us without even being asked. I didn’t catch his name, but he was exceptionally friendly, accommodating & efficient. He took our order quickly, checked on us throughout the meal & dealt with the bill in no time. I can’t fault this place at all, & can only praise them for the good work they’re doing.

A nice place when I went in July and they would get 5* but they ask for a tip when you pay before you even get your food! I tipped as I was scared of bad repercussions on my food if I didn't. They were not super friendly when they bought it out so I would not have tipped in hindsight Felt so forced though - absolutely put me off going back and I always suggest other venues nearby instead that don't do that. I know it's a common practice, but I think it treats customers as cash-cows when you haven't even eaten it yet.

This is the perfect place to grab something quick and high quality to eat in Bristol. The staff are really welcoming and kind! I spoke to a really friendly young guy with blonde hair who recommended the halloumi wrap with jerk chicken and pineapple jam, I wasn’t sure at first but this is definitely one of the best things I’ve eaten in Bristol. I would recommend everyone try one of these!! The restaurant itself is clean and has a great friendly vibe to it! Couldn’t recommend more, thanks especially to the guy that served me! Really made the experience great, I’ll definitely be back.

The wrap was okay but I didn't care for the attitude of the guy serving. He was the guy with the blonde mullet. I found him very rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant!!!! His attitude was very cocky and I left a bit disgusted with the awful service. I will not be back that's for sure.

We agreed to the lady at the cashier that takeout is fine. When we got our wraps which came out quite slow, I unwrapped it and took ONE bite to see if it's the correct order. Not even swallowing my ONE bite yet, the tall male chef came towards us and demanded us to go and in a hostile manner said its TAKEOUT ONLY. Like where is the manners? Even though the food was decent, it puts a bad taste as the service was super unfriendly. Not worth investing my time there anymore.

New to the area and needed some good food after a long day of moving, could not be happier that we chose to stop at Biblos. I had the Jerk Chicken wrap and my partner had the Falafel wrap, both were utterly delicious and great value for money, I had to take half away with me. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely 10/10 wraps, the flavours felt like a party in my mouth! The person on the desk(with the cap and dangly sword earring) was proper helpful with what all the choices had in them and what they tasted like, even given everyone his suggestions on what was good to put in a wrap(he was not wrong)and was constantly projecting a positive attitude to me and everyone else who ordered. Defo coming here least once a week for lunch. I highly suggest you do the same!

The individual with blonde mullet and chipped fingernails provided unsatisfactory customer service. While inquiring about the food I was about to purchase, I sensed an unwelcoming attitude that made me feel as if my inquiries were excessive, Does your job description not entail the responsibility of delivering a friendly and hospitable customer service?

Used to go here a lot but my god the prices have doubled! £9 for a wrap with barely any chicken? Disappointed cause I used to hail this as one of the best but I assume there's new management cause lately its just gone downhill. :(

More than decent wraps. We tried one with falafel and one with roast cauliflower, and both were well filled and good quality. Friendly staff, not unreasonable prices.

Biblos has been one of my favourite places for over 8 years. Unfortunately the wraps I ordered the other day were not what I expected, I added extra Halloumi and chicken costing an extra two pounds each it came with three small pieces of chicken and one piece of halloumi. Very expensive for a salad wrap!

The most filled, tasty enjoyable wrap in history. The regular plantain wrap. These guys certainly know how to make a wrap seem more than a wrap. Totally delicious. Great atmosphere and chilled environment. I'll be back.

Very reliable and taste wraps. The food is 4 stars, but, unfortunately the service I have received drops the rating down to 3 stars. Staff tend to be too relaxed, leaving you waiting at the till for prolonged periods without even realising.

Bought a vegan fried chicken wrap and a normal one and both were super tasty, would definitely go again all I will say is perhaps there could be slightly more chicken but I think there’s an option to ask for extra when ordering anyway. Other than that it was great and also our order was completed within 10 mins which was great as I had to quickly run in and get it.

Paid £9 for a halloumi salad box at alfresco disco. Absolutely shocking, it was literally a small handful of shredded cabbage and 5 small pieces of halloumi. Not a salad box at all and tiny. Taking advantage of people were there was limited food options at the venue. Overheard others also complaining about what a rip off it was. Do not buy festival food from biblos!!

Service was very friendly and efficient, jerk chicken, both normal and fried, was delicious. Reasonable prices,will definitely visit again.

I visited here with my family and had the jerk salad, jerk fried chicken wrap and hummus and flatbread. It did not disappoint! Huge delicious portions, great value for money. Will definitely be coming back!

You can't beat the JFC wrap! Fresh, crunchy, spicy - what more could you ask for?

Love the food and portion size that you receive. It was my first time visiting biblios and I look forward to visiting or ordering from there in the future.

I’m afraid my experience with the food as well as the staff was disappointing. The “jerk” chicken wrap was made from almost three quarters (3/4) salad. I informed the female member of staff, she acknowledged my complaint and said she’d speak to her colleague and come back but she never did. I’m from London and have been eating West Indian food my entire life and this is far from authentic. And when I spoke to the other member of staff, I told them it doesn’t taste like traditional West Indian food, to which he laughed and said “it’s not Indian food, it’s Caribbean food” - obviously oblivious to the fact that the West Indies is the Caribbean. One of the worst experiences I’ve had relative to price paid. It was on spike island.

Delicious wraps, we ordered the halloumi wrap and loved it. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because you can see it's very messy behind the counter and the kitchen!

Very yummy, my friends took me here last night before we hit the town. I had the halloumi wrap with no chilli because I am your casual korma girl... My food was so filling, which I take as great value for money. The only negative is that they sneak the coriander in, and there is quite a lot. If you don't like it, make sure to tell them, I didn't realise this. Oh well, I know for next time, as I will definitely go here again!

Wraps are normally lovely but sometimes there's a bit of gristle in the meat and the paper has a habit of sticking to the bread. Otherwise they're great

They do a pretty good PB shake, it was super chunky and lovely first time I went and I loved it. Been back twice since and wasn't the same but still good! Would be 5 stars if I had that chunky Pb goodness everytime. Great service too!

My partner and I visited last night and had the most amazing food. The salad that my partner had included loads of ingredients that all went well and it was delicious. My wrap was very delicious, service was good and the price very reasonable.. I wish i lived closer as I would love to return

Lovely workers and food was nice

Barely had anything available on the menu at the time I went there. Only went there because *Caribbean Croft* wasn't serving take aways that day. Asked about the chicken breast in the wraps and was told they only had chicken thigh that day, but didn't tell us before it was served to us and discovered by myself.

Yummy well filled wraps, modestly priced, served by friendly people. Laid back happy place to have lunch!

I had the worse food delivered I do not recommend this. I have picture the salad with the jerk chicken it’s embarrassing how they thought it was ok to serve this to someone and charge the money they did it’s appalling. My order was through deliveroo I complained no way sending pictures they weren’t interested. £26 for two jerk salads that was edible if I wasn’t isolating I’d drove down gave them there food back not be eaten

Ordered from Biblos, Stokes Croft, never arrived. Phoned them up they said speak to Deliveroo, spoke to Deliveroo they basically said speak to Biblos. Meanwhile they took my money. Was a regular customer, not any more.

Biblos is banging, great vegan options! Love the wraps with the vegan chicken and the cauliflower wrap also. The salad is always so fresh and delicious and the fries are nice and seasoned too! Need to go back its been too long

Ordered a regular vegan wrap. Was a third of the way through and found a live maggot crawling out of it!! Yuk!! One of the three staff seemed to care... Stay away is my advice!!

I thought I'd try food from somewhere new so I chose this place and they did not disappoint. The Bajan Jerk Chicken with spicy chips was DELICIOUS! Definitely will get food from this place again.

Ordered a collection to what I thought was the whapping wharf branch. Called up stokes croft once I realised my error, explained my mistake and they were happy to hold our food until we arrived. The lady with black glasses was even kind enough not to make us feel like a fool on arrival. Amazing staff and always amazing food. Would recommend to anyone!
