Made staff aware that I'm Gluten intolerant and they advised me on food.
Ordered Salt'n'Pepper chicken, large Fried Rice, large Chips, and a potion of Sweet & Sour source for delivery, for £19, (cash only). Shared between myself and my wife.
Really nice, lots of food and delivered within 60mins to our hotel Premier Inn Christchurch East.
Equipo amable y capaz. Brillante almuerzo, bien hecho Café Argylle.
Has reopened after COVID and now there is Susi who is running it with her German delicacies, i.e. Prezel Buns with fillings which are lovely and gorgeous cakes, one of them being Poppyseed and Blueberries with a Chocolate icing which was so yummy with my delicious Flat White Coffee and all very reasonably priced. It is opposite Iceland in Westbourne open Monday to Friday. There is a little eating area at the back which is delightful in the warmer months.
This has got to be the best value breakfast in Bournemouth. The service was excellent, very prompt, and the two breakfasts we ordered were outstanding in terms of quality and value for money. A choice of coffee or tea was included in the price, as were toast and butter.
Popped in for lunch, food was fresh with good sized portions. The downside was that instead of cuts of beef in the wrap there was a cut up burge. Music was be very loud so you couldn't hear the member of staff very well and was we left we said thank you and goodbye and there was no response, we were the only ones in there so not busy so customer service not fantastic.
My husband and I popped in for bacon baguettes and tea. The owner is super friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We shall definitely be returning on our next visit.
We visited here when on holiday. Food was fresh, home cooked and excellent value. We returned 3 nights in a row! Portion sizes large, good selection of choice.
Good, home cooked, honest food.
You people who moan about Malvern road fish and chips wanna go elsewhere there's nothing wrong with there food at all I go there quite often and being 20 years in the hotel trade cheffing I will say the food in Malvern road fish and chip shop is the best in Bournemouth for its quality and quantity
It was my Mum’s 80th birthday the day before & I wanted to treat her with an afternoon tea just the 2 of us. I had booked a few days prior but when we turned up the receptionist looked surprised to see us. We were shown into the bar area & a 3 tier cream tea was plonked down in front of us, not explanation of what was in the finger sandwiches or what any of the sweet stuff was, I ordered a cappuccino which unfortunately was barely luke warm. When the staff finally popped back in we ordered 2 latte which were lovely & asked what food we’d been given, unfortunately she had no idea what was in 3 little glasses but guessed at a panne cotta, this seriously needs looking at because of people with allergies & the staff have no clue on what they’re serving!
The 2 scones were cold, dry & not enjoyable, food was left as it just wasn’t up to scratch.
Even though I purchased this cream tea through Wowcher at a discounted price it was a real disappointment & we won’t return & don’t recommend. Such a shame such a special day was ruined ! Absolutely no care or service!
The food is always very good in Narenj. Very delicious mains and starters. Various kabobs are normally my favourites. Also, on Sundays, Baghali polo and lamb shank is a must. Service is always very friendly, polite and efficient. Food is always freshly prepared, so don’t expect fast food.
