Roosters Piri Piri in Bournemouth

Popped in for lunch, food was fresh with good sized portions. The downside was that instead of cuts of beef in the wrap there was a cut up burge. Music was be very loud so you couldn't hear the member of staff very well and was we left we said thank you and goodbye and there was no response, we were the only ones in there so not busy so customer service not fantastic.

I ate in at roosters on 21.01.23 and had a bad experience. The food came very late, so late I had to ask for how long it was going to take. The staff were confused and said they didn’t have an order. To my surprise they accused me of not having paid, I then showed my bank history and the issue was sorted. 40 minutes later I enjoyed the food

Visited with my daughter we both like roosters , they normally do a great salad with chicken strips , a few olives and bits are included but went today and the salad was very plain , the rice is also very bland , the chicken was excellent though

What a shame. First time we ordered it was fantastic, this time my son and I both got burnt dry butgars and burnt buns. Everyone makes mistakes but don't send them out to customers for£20. Ordered through Delivroo but will stop recommending. Real shame.

Visited this gorgeous place when passing by - very reasonably priced, delicious, healthy, hearty meals prepared by friendly staff. We were eating in and it was so nice to have our meals beautifully presented on a plate. We had chicken wraps (with good portion of chicken and salad filling) decent portion of chips (crispy with skin on) and grilled corn on the cob (you get 2). Would definitely recommend and will be going back for more.

Ordered food as a happy regular customer for years but this time it was late and cold. Resturant called to apologise for the delay.food is normally amazing and fresh. Resturant had no problem refunding and was so helpful. Phoned just eat who refused a refund and offered credit refund which was not accepted and after 6 calls no help. Call the resturant who went out of their way to get me the refund I deserved. They really took time to help me as a customer and was so apologetic and helpful. Thank you to the team at roosters winton but I will avoid just eat as they are awful. 💜

Worst service I have ever received. As a local (we live 2 mins away) we use Roosters an awful lot especially as we are renovating!We called to say that we had been given the wrong order, the manager laughed at us over the phone although did say we could collect our correct and original order again with a couple of complementary sides. We went back out, collected the order and actually received less than our original order minus any complimentary sides. Worst experience at Roosters yet on every level!

The food was burned and doesn’t even taste right I ordered half chicken Lebanese and the sauce was just watery and the chicken was like completely burnt not happy at all

Roosters do the most Incredible chicken with the most amazing flavour. We had the Lebanese wrap after having the Lebanese Chicken strips before and as ever, it never dissapoints. So sad that I am leaving Bournemouth as I won't have this hotspot on my doorstep. 10/10

Wow, didn’t read reviews as people told me it was amazing verbally. To my not delightful it was not. £24 for two people for undercooked, flavourless stuff. Really gutted I spent money on this. Wings with no flavour but oily, wrap that taste like cabbage. Chips that were very cooked. Utterly gutted!!

09/02/20 Absolutely rubbish restaurant! Waited two hours. So called to cancel order and get a refund. Sorted... Chinese ordered instead! I then get a call back to call me a liar and I'm eating the food and that it was handed to the lady, well last time i checked I was male. Avoid like the plague!

I have just finished eating a decent wrap from Roosters with my girlfriend.However, due to how much of a horrible, HORRIBLE manager served me, I have felt the urge to encourage others to avoid this place. (There’s a lot of other food options in Bournemouth why go to somewhere where the manager treats you like you’ve done something wrong?)I ordered on their website for collection, paid for it via debit card, and waited 20 minutes before walking 10 minutes to go get it.I told the grumpy looking woman at the cashier I’m here for a collection and got told they had no collection and have me a dead stare.I showed her my order on the phone and she still repeated the fact she simply “doesn’t have any collection order”...Me, being a bit taken back in the lack of receptiveness, i asked for her to ask her manager about this predicament...Her response was “I am the manager” and once again gave me a dead stare....Long story short, as I am already putting too much effort into this horrible woman.I got my order after waiting 10 minutes, (knowing as soon as I got it there would be no apology).I decided to then tell her how much customer service she lacks and how she’s not once apologised or been proactive in sorting out THEIR ISSUE!This woman deserves to work on a fast food restaurant but certainly not as a manager, probably not even anywhere near customers.Wrap was alright though.Fire her.
