Absolutely sensational. Staff are lovely and would come back every day if I could. How they wrap the burritos I will never know! 11/10!

Moreorless as expected. The food is decent fare. The service lacked any enthusiasm while ordering but very much redeemed when we asked for the leftovers to go. It's good to see a genuine smile. I certainly wouldn't have a problem going again.

We order on Uber eats all the time from here. Price is so good for what you get. Huge burritos and not shy on fillings! Absolutely delicious and always fast service. Best Mexican street food around.

Recent visit was good, everything tasted fresh and flavourful as it should. Staff were more professional than previously too. Would be nice if they offered a choice of rice or nachos with the naked option.

We ate in and the food was cold, the wrap was very chewy and you could taste that meat wasn’t fresh and neither were most of the ingredients. Shame really as I was hoping this will be my ‘to go’ place as I love Mexican cuisine. No stars from me 😏

They don't accept cash for payment. Tiny amount of meat in the chicken burritos. No fajitas, which is rather odd for a Mexican food outlet. Very limited choice of desert, there's only one, churros that have dark chocolate (no milk, in order to pander to vegans). This place is the 'Subway' of Mexican food. On a positive note, the staff were polite, and did their job efficiently.

Appalling customer service, came in at a quiet time but not late and was met with a moody and rude staff member. She was very blunt with the service she gave as i was asking for recommendations and simply couldn't be bothered. It felt also very rushed, not sure if they just wanted to get us out of the store but overall the experience was awful. Management needs to introduce the employees on better customer service training.

So disappointed with Tortilla Bournemouth. Ordered burritos for a film night with my children who are just back from university. One of the mains a vegan chilli burrito was missing. The driver who delivered drove off super quick. Couldn't get through by phone to the restaurant to rectify it. As it was delivered by Just Eat so customer service as always - beyond poor in these situations. Won't be buying from there again. Just Eat you should get your act together.

i’ve ordered from take away app and had the food very quickly and piping hot…the burritos are good size ..i had 2, pork carnitas which was melt in mouth pork and fabulous beans rice and pico de gallo, the second was chicken pibil left me speachless. i had the no spicy version without jalapenos but i bet is even better with a bit of a kick

Delicious, filling, healthy chicken burrito for £8.20. Yet people flock to McD's and ignore Tortilla, its crazy! Pleasant staff.

I had Explosive diareah . My mum threw up all over the bedroom capers all over the bloody corridor staining the walls and cables on the way to the toilet, all over the bath and her trousers . If u want Explosive diareah and to throw up EVERYWHERE go for it.

I order a veggie burrito and the guacamole comes free as I confirmed with official Tortilla on Instagram themselves and yet there’s always one employee that tells me it isn’t and so I have to go without. Just annoying.

Always an amazing experience when you come here. The staff are super friendly and helpful and always take the time to go the extra mile (especially with my little one). Never disappointed with the quality of food either. Well worth the money!!!

completely disappointed with the attitude and treatment received from one of the guys who works at the counter….he wanted me to eat rice or salad…..I don't want to eat rice and salad!!! I gave up and ate nothing more!!! furthermore the room is very cold and we kindly asked to turn off the air conditioner but nothing to do always the same guy rudely replied NO !!!

I like Tortilla as a chain, decent options for a veggie and the burritos are tasty. However, the service was absolutely shocking. Both girls serving us, couldn't even say hello and were most definitely not bothered about their work, rather played on their phones and enjoyed their Starbucks.

First and last visit. Miserable staff, terrible warm food. What is the point of this establishment! Never had such poor food.

I went into Tortilla today as I wanted to make some home made burrito’s that tasted just like those they serve there. The staff were lovely and helpful and as I didn’t want that “shop taste” that I find you get from supermarkets, I asked if I could purchase some rice and pico de gallo from them. The team were so lovely to me in response and really helped me out. I look forward to going in there for one of their awesome burritos and the fab customer service. P.s- burritos turned out beautiful, but couldn’t get the wrapping technique right 😄

Wish I had started eating here when it first opened! Really quick and simple, cheap yet filling, and tasted so good! Being able to pick subway-style makes for a really easy menu that fits alot of niches. Just needs edamame for the perfect burrito

This was a pretty bad experience, very plain, very small portion of meat on the on the beef burrito, asked for jalapeño’s but they were not inside, called up and the staff member who made it told the lady on the phone they were. I mean picture pretty much says it all, no sour cream or maybe a very small untastable portion of it and cheese right at the bottom of the burrito, really it felt like it was made with no care. Pretty sad experience for £10+ burrito I’d expect better. Wasted money tbh. Southampton branch is good Bournemouth one though has a lot to be desired. Order no EA3F0
