Food tasted very nice but was only lukewarm.

This is the best Burrito that I've eaten in the UK. Tbeef is absolutely delicious 10/10!

Tortilla has great, fresh food with lots of tasty options, and the service is always friendly. However, I feel the large portion could be a bit bigger. Overall, it's still a favorite spot for a quick and delicious meal!

Nothing better than a Lovely and delicious burrito on a sunny day, let's not forget the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere :)

I downloaded the app as I love a burrito I ordered a beef one and a chicken one no problems with the beef one, but the chicken one had to go in the bin was not worth £9.00 was very dry, I asked for sauce don’t think there was any in there was just filled with rice as I only had rice and chicken and (sauce)? was very disappointing so won’t be going back again.

Wrong ingredients in the burritos. Cold and soggy on delivery. Was predominately rice with very little else - even the rice was wrong.

I ordered a burrito and the salsa and guacamole was missing the rice was not cooked properly and still crunchy terrible food and expensive for just some beans and rice definitely avoid this place go to Taco Bell instead

Brilliantly decorated with Amazing food and nice staff. The staff are really helpful guiding you through the process (although i feel better labelling the various things in containers could help. The food is delicious and high quality. It feels kinda like a burrito version of Subway. Metal utensils are also provided which is really nice and avoids disposable ones. This is truly one of the best mexican dining expériences ive had in the uk

One of the burritos didn't seem to have everything ordered. A bit disappointing.

The restaurant is halal according to what is written This is my first experience with the restaurant and it will not be the last This is the first time I tried a burrito. The employee was very nice and helped me with how to prepare the best burrito She gave me something I liked, threw it away and made me a new one, and her style was perfect. The burrito consists of rice, beans, chicken or meat, guacamole, cheese and sauce Worth the experience and I will visit again Their chips are plain, without the nachos flavor. There are no bathrooms

the driver collected our food then went to a different part of town, and worked their way to us. they could have gone passed us to get to that part of town . instead our burritos arrived and were cold

Kept updating the delivery time to keep it 30 minutes away. Took over two hours. Food was stone cold too. Courier was nice and not his fault.

Ordered the big nacho bos and a large burrito, the burrito was great - no complaints at all. The Large nacho box which cost me over £7 literally had 12 nachos in it? Not sure if someone was having a bad day or if the portions are just this stingy

Most annoyed staff I’ve ever seen

Usually they are brilliant. I order food from them on Uber eats a lot but recently all quality control has gone. I ordered and paid for two large burritos and they sent small ones. Neither were labeled so we had to open them both to try to see who's was who's. They were both exactly the same even though one was supposed to have Monterey Jack cheese and the other jalapenos. Neither had any of the extra things we paid for or even any salsa in them. We did not get half of what we paid for so sadly I'm on the hunt for another Mexican takeout.

The most perfectly made burrito i've ever eaten. The lady in the cap with the glasses and tattoos is an expert in her craft. Best one i've eaten in all UK branches over the last decade

Very good taste and very friendly staff.

The beef burrito is to DIE for. So tasty, and very filling, the portion is perfect if you’re hungry, and the margaritas are actually really nice and not solid frozen, like you can actually taste the drink which was fabulous. The service is also impeccable, Anamaria was very sweet serving us.

Love this place! Staff, food and service are all amazing and everyone so helpful with their gluten free knowledge. The manager was great with explaining the options to me. Will definitely be going back regularly. Thanks all 😊

I've eaten here a few times now and always had good food and a great service. Nice options and I'm a fussy eater and still found some great stuff. It's like a Mexican subway really. The staff has always been friendly when I've gone in and talked me through my options. The only thing I don't like is there's lots of options that cost an extra pound but you won't know till you ask or get the bill

I know a great tortilla restaurant in Bournemouth! They have the most delicious and authentic tortillas. The flavors are amazing and the service is top-notch., especially daisy,Macy and the manager Maria are really accommodating , You should definitely try it out! 🌮😋

Beef in a strange form - like pate or paste. Rice and lettuce... no black beans or grilled vegetables as ordered. I do not recommend !

One pork burrito ordered arrived at best tepid, the chicken burrito arrived stone cold. So cold in fact it hadn't been hot to begin with as none of the grated cheese inside had even melted. Wasn't brave enough to even taste the chicken one and certainly not prepared to home reheat anything with rice in it. Easy fix guys, make sure your food is piping hot when it leaves and wrap it in foil.

Absolutely sensational. Staff are lovely and would come back every day if I could. How they wrap the burritos I will never know! 11/10!

Moreorless as expected. The food is decent fare. The service lacked any enthusiasm while ordering but very much redeemed when we asked for the leftovers to go. It's good to see a genuine smile. I certainly wouldn't have a problem going again.

We order on Uber eats all the time from here. Price is so good for what you get. Huge burritos and not shy on fillings! Absolutely delicious and always fast service. Best Mexican street food around.

We ate in and the food was cold, the wrap was very chewy and you could taste that meat wasn’t fresh and neither were most of the ingredients. Shame really as I was hoping this will be my ‘to go’ place as I love Mexican cuisine. No stars from me 😏

They don't accept cash for payment. Tiny amount of meat in the chicken burritos. No fajitas, which is rather odd for a Mexican food outlet. Very limited choice of desert, there's only one, churros that have dark chocolate (no milk, in order to pander to vegans). This place is the 'Subway' of Mexican food. On a positive note, the staff were polite, and did their job efficiently.
