Tortilla Bournemouth in Bournemouth

The burritos were amazing! The pork was so tender and juicy, really great choice! The kids loved the quesadillas too. Brilliant all round, wasn’t overly keen on the salsa but just means I have to try the other salsa options next. Jalapeño candy mayo was divine!

Said it was on the way, driver didn’t leave the restaurant for ages and when I finally got it, it was freezing

would have liked more meat portion since i paid for extra chicken but the food was still very nice! x

food was hot and flavourful, but portion sizes were smaller than expected - specifically the tortilla chip quantity was limited and the burritos smaller than expected. However, very tasty!

None of the items were correct, and the total food was 1/3 what was ordered. When the restaurant was called they said they were short of ingredients and about to close, so there was nothing they could do so we should contact Just-Eat for a refund.

Ordered takeaway for a family of 4. One meal missing. Ended up eating instant noodles instead. Sunday evening!!!Highly disappointed!!!

Quesadillas arrived cold with a can of coke on top of. Missing the cheese inside to melt together. Burrito was just full of rice, you couldn’tidentify which meat was inside as there was so little. Really disappointing.

Most expensive rice I ever had!!! Ordered last night from the Uber for take away a big Burrito because whenever I went in the restaurant it was really good but this time it was disgusting. Full with rice bearly had any meat in it . The whole wrap tasted nothing but rice . I'm sure I'm not the first person who complains about it ... Even I added extras like cheese in it payed extra for it and they haven't put in my order. Shame in the staff !!! £32 for rice isn't funny!!!

Soo good, friendly worker who happily walked me through the menu and my options. ended up with a really tasty cheap lunch.

I ordered two chicken burritos and was very disappointed to find that it was served cold. This is unacceptable for the price I paid and significantly affected the quality of the meal. I expect better standards and would like to request compensation for this poor experience.

Have never been in to one of these restaurants before but went in there today and was greeted by a very friendly lady that asked if I’d been before and when I said I’d not explained the options very clearly and helped me pick some tacos. The food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back.

I absolutely love Tortilla, I have a bit of a bias As a result. The food is brilliant, fairly priced for what you get. I love the atmosphere, they usually look the same across stores but have a nice vibe. To be fair in my review a couple negatives, Staff were a bit short and almost came off dismissive, it was just after lunch rush, so it may have been a stressed moment. It seems to be across tortilla in general, but they tend to not have enough seats and space to eat in. It may be the way they configure the place from top level. Definitely love to visit when I have my business trips down to Bournemouth

Lovely first time at Tortilla Bournemouth. Everything is fresh, the rice is fragrant,the meat is tender slow cooked not chewy! Great price! Polite service, very understanding. Will be returning.

1st time and it was very nice atmosphere and staff..

unfortunately this is the second time I've ordered and only had half of it arrive, ordered two meals and only one arrived. I called and was told the kitchen had just shut. now being a kitchen manager myself, if my staff missed someone's food and the kitchen had closed, they still would make the food as it's been paid for. very disappointed

there was hardly and vegan chilly in my burrito it was all black beans so not happy at all really. the delivery driver was very nice though.

We love ordering from Tortilla as long as the mixed vegetable burrito is available which it doesn't seem to be some of the time. But usually it arrives quicker and today it was nearly cold by the time it arrived. But it was still tasty.

Tortilla has great, fresh food with lots of tasty options, and the service is always friendly. However, I feel the large portion could be a bit bigger. Overall, it's still a favorite spot for a quick and delicious meal!

I downloaded the app as I love a burrito I ordered a beef one and a chicken one no problems with the beef one, but the chicken one had to go in the bin was not worth £9.00 was very dry, I asked for sauce don’t think there was any in there was just filled with rice as I only had rice and chicken and (sauce)? was very disappointing so won’t be going back again.

Wrong ingredients in the burritos. Cold and soggy on delivery. Was predominately rice with very little else - even the rice was wrong.

I ordered a burrito and the salsa and guacamole was missing the rice was not cooked properly and still crunchy terrible food and expensive for just some beans and rice definitely avoid this place go to Taco Bell instead

Brilliantly decorated with Amazing food and nice staff. The staff are really helpful guiding you through the process (although i feel better labelling the various things in containers could help. The food is delicious and high quality. It feels kinda like a burrito version of Subway. Metal utensils are also provided which is really nice and avoids disposable ones. This is truly one of the best mexican dining expériences ive had in the uk

the driver collected our food then went to a different part of town, and worked their way to us. they could have gone passed us to get to that part of town . instead our burritos arrived and were cold

The employee was very nice and helped me with how to prepare the best burrito She gave me something I liked, threw it away and made me a new one, and her style was perfect. The burrito consists of rice, beans, chicken or meat, guacamole, cheese and sauce Worth the experience and I will visit again Their chips are plain, without the nachos flavor. There are no bathrooms

Ordered the big nacho bos and a large burrito, the burrito was great - no complaints at all. The Large nacho box which cost me over £7 literally had 12 nachos in it? Not sure if someone was having a bad day or if the portions are just this stingy

Kept updating the delivery time to keep it 30 minutes away. Took over two hours. Food was stone cold too. Courier was nice and not his fault.

Most annoyed staff I’ve ever seen

Usually they are brilliant. I order food from them on Uber eats a lot but recently all quality control has gone. I ordered and paid for two large burritos and they sent small ones. Neither were labeled so we had to open them both to try to see who's was who's. They were both exactly the same even though one was supposed to have Monterey Jack cheese and the other jalapenos. Neither had any of the extra things we paid for or even any salsa in them. We did not get half of what we paid for so sadly I'm on the hunt for another Mexican takeout.

The most perfectly made burrito i've ever eaten. The lady in the cap with the glasses and tattoos is an expert in her craft. Best one i've eaten in all UK branches over the last decade

The beef burrito is to DIE for. So tasty, and very filling, the portion is perfect if you’re hungry, and the margaritas are actually really nice and not solid frozen, like you can actually taste the drink which was fabulous. The service is also impeccable, Anamaria was very sweet serving us.
