Conocí a un amigo aquí para café y tarta, como de costumbre, la comida y el café con excelente. Gran pequeña cafetería en el centro de Bournemouth - Mucho lo prefieren a las otras cafeterías cercanas. Un servicio más personal. Les he dicho a amigos y familiares que visiten aquí cuando estén en la ciudad. . . . mejor café en mi libro. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Nunca decepcionado con este lugar, Enu especialmente siempre acogedor y mejor Guinness en Bournemouth sin duda!

Desayuno inglés encantador para 4. 95. La camarera era encantadora. Sé que este lugar perdió su identidad, pero es genial ver cómo debería ser. Buena comida a excelentes precios.

Visited for the first time with friends after having many lovely meals in the Winton location however I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of food One of our party had to return their main course as it was inedible and summed up the lack of pride by the chef working, The chicken schnitzel was visibly over cooked and although we offered a replacement our friend declined . The service was slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy hence a disappointing evening and poor score

Pequeña y encantadora área de juegos para menores de cinco años. Personal amable que siempre es servicial. Precio razonable bebidas y aperitivos. Buen café muy necesario para los padres.

We didn’t actually plan to come here but everything seemed to have shut early on a Monday evening and at only other option we couldn’t park anywhere. So we’re grateful to find this on route home. Thought would be good as said all cooked fresh to order and also bonus as halal . Initially didn’t want to accept the order as very busy but I was happy to wait as I did not really want services food . But it was not worth the 25 minutes wait at all . The cod was tiny and batter had an odd taste . The spicy wings were tasteless and rubbery. And the jumbo battered sausage was standard size and not particularly nice either. My husband & I had a wonderful wedding at the Cottonwood back in 2015 and love to revisit. For our first post pandemic trip back we booked an Afternoon Tea for Easter Monday. Upon arrival we noticed that there were no guest cars onsite which was the first warning sign. When we entered the hotel we were greeted rudely and informed that whilst our booking was in the system there was no chef in that day and he had not been told that we had booked. We were initially told to rebook but as we were only visiting Bournemouth for the Easter weekend we were then told that if we could wait 10mins then they would contact the chef, who lives onsite, and serve us something! Not the most professional welcome or customer management. We did not wait and shall not be returning. Since our last visit the hotel has begun to look run down and in drastic need of an update.

Fui por mi cumpleaños con mi familia, cinco de nosotros la comida era increíble y cerveza turca agradable. Servicio bueno que estaba por su cuenta y se las arregló muy bien. Me encantará defo ir de nuevo

No podría fallar este lugar de principio a fin. Reserva confirmada con prontitud, servicio muy amable y rápido, deliciosas pizzas y ningún problema para hacer ligeras alteraciones en nuestras opciones de cobertura. Excelente relación calidad-precio un martes por la noche, ya que se puede tomar 2 pizzas por £ 16. 50 .

My partner and I came for dinner and we had a fantastic experience. The service was quick and very friendly and the food was so delicious. We also had two of the cocktails which were so cute and well presented and very tasty.

We come here often before going to the beach and it’s excellent every time. Lovely vegan options. Coffee is perfect. Outside has a chalk board to keep kids entertained. Perfect stop for breakfast first thing in the morning.

We come here quite alot as the fro yo is quite good normally. However, this month there was a new member of staff who I think normally works on Thursday evenings and they were not like all the other staff, they were rude and unenthusiastic. They also tried to charge us extra for what we normally get, a sanum. I asked for strawberries on mine as one of the fruit and we said they look a bit off and if they had anymore, she said no, in a very stern way and continued to put the strawberries on. Whilst eating we discovered the strawberries were mouldy and i had been eating mouldy food, I felt so sick
