No sé si realmente llega a la cima, pero debe estar muy cerca. Slimey, insípido, increíblemente asqueroso incluso para los estándares ingleses.

Solíamos tener helado allí cuando era Lollipop. Helado italiano de calidad decente. Fuimos hoy y el nombre del lugar era "Chopatti" y aún servían helado en tazas de Lollipop. Teníamos 4 sabores en total, con sabor a viejo y de mala consistencia. 7 que terminaron en el contenedor más cercano. No nos molestamos en recuperarlo para un reembolso, ya que como se atreven a venderlo como lo hacen, probablemente piensan que es correcto. Gran decepción, si no mejoran, el negocio morirá pronto. Ya ni siquiera quiero mirar en su dirección.

Went to Lollipop for the first and last time today as the lady working there is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was on her phone throughout the time we were being served, there was a girl causing havoc behind the counter, extremely unprofessional.

I go for a ice-cream to Lollipop regularly with my children.I was always very satisfied.Unfortunately lately ice-creams are not that good any more, my coffee scoop didn't even taste like a coffee. They are not served nice any more and taste much worse. Feel sorry as we loved this place

I’m intolerant to dairy and really miss proper dairy ice cream. We visited this ice cream cafe twice because it has 10 vegan flavours and not a sorbet in sight. It’s the best place I’ve visited for non-dairy ice cream.

They have a great variety of dairy free/ vegan icecream. So smooth and creamy!! Would recommend to all. Table and chairs inside and outside. All staff very friendly.

Seriously gorgeous gelato, in so many flavours; the only trouble being U can have 2 much of a good thing; but every time I go 2 B'mouth I make a point of going there and getting a 2 scoop serving; after all 3 would B piggish wouldn't it. U must visit this place if U love cool, tasty gelato. Can not praise this place enough.

After visiting here last summer every day whilst on holiday and enjoying wonderful gelato and superb friendly service from the Italian owners. How disappointed were we today when we visited for gelato, only a small range of flavours and an assistant who saw us and carried on out the back , then walked out into store past us and then back into the rear area continuing to ignore us. We decided to walk 20 mins to Sprinkles what a difference , excellent choice gelato and service and also surroundings. Don’t bother with lollipop

lollipop opened its doors last summer and from the opening I could say that it was my favorite ice cream in the UK not only for the exquisite taste and divine texture of their ice creams but also for the wonderful experience, was the family atmosphere, you felt at home with the treatment of their owners. Unfortunately the owners are not the same... It seems that the ice creams are still made by them but the bad attention now makes me feel that nothing is the same. very sad this... I miss old lollipop and the Italians.

First time visit my daughter has been raving about this place for ages and yes she was right Amazing choice of flavours and tasted as you expected good value forget the chains this is an independent treasure go on and visit

Seems to have changed hands and gone drastically downhill. None of the usual homemade gelato on offer. Child in the kitchen helping herself to food. We made our excuses and left.

Happened to just walk in as my son was pestering us for a chocolate ice cream and it was THE best discovery. It’s truly one of the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Wanted to go back for the second time but didn’t have the chance as it was time for us to head home. I think it’s going to be sooo hard to find another place that sells such amazing ice cream. A must if you’re in Bournemouth and you will not regret it if you’re an ice cream lover like me.

Può suonare esagerato, ma personalmente ho mangiato il gelato più buono di Bournemouth!! Proprietari italiani, molto accogliente, ambiente familiare e posizione ottima! delizioso anche il waffle con gelato! Prezzi gusti e consigliatissimo per tutti gli italiani che sentono nostalgia di casa

Popped in with our granddaughter for a coffee and a little snack. She had a waffle, her eyes lit up when it came it was so large. Excellent coffee and the best milkshake I’ve ever tasted. Definitely recommend this place and the owner was very attentive and helpful too.

Used to come here regularly and hadn’t been for ages until today. We shouldn’t have bothered. Old ice cream and no real cream - premium prices for Lidl squirts cream. Crepe was made 3 times as server knew it wasn’t right. Still got charged as well although it still was a dodgy orange colour. Waffle was a little better but not a lot. Shall be telling my family, also regulars, to avoid. Hope the Italians return as they are losing business.

Very nice place, nice and friendly staff. The food is spectacular and very good, especially the waffle with ice cream. If you are in Bournemouth you absolutely have to go there.

This place is the best place for Gelato in Bournemouth - in fact I've not found another place as good as it anywhere else in the UK so far!

I've been here a few times since it opened, and this place is great. The staff are friendly and I love the options. Each ice cream comes with a tiny mini cone stuck on the top too which is so cute!! Theres also a choice of toppings and they put whipped cream on too. I like the lemon sorbet and the traditional Stracciatella. Only thing is I wish the place was a bit bigger.

Was recommended this place by a friend for good Italian coffee and it didn't disappoint! Staff are SO friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be re visiting. :)

Visited this place yesterday and I was astounded at how good it was! The ice cream was fantastic and probably the best I've had in a long while. During my visit, I had pistachio, lemon and cherry flavours and all were excellent. I also had a cappuccino which was fantastic. Do visit!

The ice cream is property Italian. . Crepes are fantastic. . and coffee as well. .. I suggest Lollipop and I will back again.

I had a "special" cone in this place, served with 6 scoops, whippe cream, chocolate syrup and walnuts ... you can choose even 6 flavors of ice cream if you want, it does not have to be the same flavor. This ice cream is homemade, very tasty and creamy. The place is small but not bad for ice cream. Very good customer service :)

The stuff is always lovely.. they get your mood up. The coffe is really nice taste and also the crepes and cakes are very good like my mum does . When We go there we feel like at home.. I recommend this place 'cause is the best real Italian cafe in Bournemouth and is cheap as well. This is the cake for my Bday and I just can say I really enjoyed

I went there twice the staff are rude and grumpy and the portion are small when you order a regular cup .

What as great ice cream /gelato parlour wide selection of flavours all made in house couldn't resist the large special tub with a selection of flavours well worth the money for gourmet ice cream can't wait to visit again highly recommended.

...you'd find it at Lollipop. To keep it short and sweet, this is near perfection. The best ice cream I can remember eating. If you are in Bournemouth and crave ice cream, this is the ONLY place to go.

This place is seriously good! Not only do they make all their ice-cream in-house, they also make a whole selection of Vegan options which taste amazing! I have traveled the world and believe I have tried the best Ice-cream in my home town of Bournemouth !

My partner and I visited her on the off chance whilst walking about the town. We both had a sorbet in a cone (lemon and strawberry). We could see the ice cream being made behind the counter, the staff were friendly and I even got to taste test a flavour before buying too!

Have tried now several of their many flavors and they were all amazing.. not to mention the proper coffee and the nice staff. will become a regular!

What a great place. Friendly, helpful staff and delicious home made Italian ice cream in a wide variety of flavours. I had chocolate and coconut (it's rare to find coconut these days and it's my favourite). The waiter asked if I wanted to top it off with a swirl of cream and I just couldn't say no! The restaurant is bright, attractive, clean and tidy. Good value for money and, although I live in Southampton, I shall definitely find an excuse to return for more.

What an amazing business this is and located not far from home! The icecream selection is good and all that i have tried taste amazing! good value for money and helful staff.

First time visiting today. Spoilt for choice, so many tempting flavours. Opted for the cheesecake flavoured icecream, served the Sicilian way with a dash of cream on top. Totally scrumptious. I think a revisit is due .... very soon :)

Loads of vegan gelato to choose from. Very reasonably priced. Staff really friendly and helpful. I had three different flavor scoops in one cup!

We loved this place, gelato is great and it's the real Italian gelato! Coffee is also a proper one! Quality is high and prices are low! Definitely worth a visit! It's a pity we haven't discover ed it earlier!

What a great addition to Bournemouth. The ice cream is delicious and the staff are delightful. Lots of yummy flavours and additions too! I particularly love the Erotica one!

Dropped in here today with a friend and we were both slightly confused by the wording and pricing. It wasn't until I handed over my money, that I found out how much it was costing. It all seemed to be more in Italian.

I was waiting for this opening and my combination of Mango and Dark chocolate with fresh homemade cream...was just sublime! And the staff and decoration is really nice...also good prices!! The best gelateria in Bournemouth! 😍

Came across this gelato parlour whilst on holiday, the choice of flavours is impressive with around 35 to choose from. The service is first class and friendly. The Gelato is mouth watering, with the choice of a sugar cone or a tub, you can then have fresh whipped cream and chocolate from a fountain on the top, with. Micro sugar cone on the top. Between us we had water melon, hazelnut, kinder Beuno. We went the back again Gbr following evening and had cantaloupe melon, banana, and coffee cream.

New favourite ice cream parlour in town, amazing ice cream and such friendly staff! Really helpful giving us samples and explaining the pricing. 3 sizes of cup/cone and can have as many flavours as you like within that PLUS they offer whipped cream and melted chocolate all for one price. Very reasonable, great flavour choice think this place will get very busy, can't wait to go back at weekend!

As an Italian vegan this ice cream is amazing!! They also have non vegan options which I'm told were also very good. Proper Italian gelato.

I'm Vegan & the Vegan selection was amazing & so delicious! Best ice cream I've had in years, Vegan or otherwise. The hazelnut was out if this world! I seriously challenge non vegans to sample the Vegan choices & tell me it's not amazing! Fantastic for lactose intolerant a as well. Great value for money. This is going to be a regular treat!!!! Staff really helpful & friendly. Love this place

Delicious ice cream, excellent value for money, I am a bit of a greedy eater and I can say that I'm satisfy with the portion sizes and for the quality!!! I went with my 2 nephews and they were 2 happy boys at the end of our visit, one of them had chocolate and coconut, the youngest had kinder bueno and I had Lemon and watermelon, they all were so good!!!! The staff are lovely!!! Keep all the good work guys!!!!!
