Freddie’s a top guy. Freddie once got lice. The lice started scratching. Gave me an extra scoop of ice cream because the other person short changed me. I would follow Freddie into battle if it was me and him against the entirety of the Roman Empire with only sticks. The King bows down to Freddie. The dark is scared of Freddie. Mo Farah once raced a marathon against Freddie and broke the world record. Freddie was waiting for him at the end. Thank you Freddie

Disappointing experience at the gelateria. Paid 2.80 for what barely passed as a single scoop. Expected more from an Italian ice cream joint. Won't be returning anytime soon. Update: are you blind? 40p for pistachio and the supposedly 2.40 for the scoop which barely past as a scoop adds up to £2.80! Avoid this scammer at all costs ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔

You think you can get away with it, huh? Selling scraps disguised as scoops? I paid for a treat, not a taste. Your pitiful excuse for portions is an insult to every paying customer. Charging full price for what barely fills a spoon is nothing short of highway robbery. You disgust me. You prey on people's cravings, then serve them disappointment on a cone. You've ruined what should have been a sweet indulgence. Every lick tastes of bitterness and regret. I hope your conscience haunts you as you count your ill-gotten gains. You're not fit to run a lemonade stand, let alone an ice cream kiosk. Burn in the fires of customer fury. Avoid this scammer's den like the plague, unless you enjoy being swindled and scorned. Ps. If I wanted crumbs, I'd visit a bakery!⛔⚠️⛔

Avoid at all costs possible this place is known for overpricing their ice cream and not giving you what you paid for , a couple of weeks ago I went here and ordered 3 scoops of pistachio and paid 40p extra which was reasonable but the scoops i got was around 1 and a half and paid around £5.50 and terribly disappointed. Will not be coming back!!!! ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔

I had an amazing Banofee ice cream from here today, and our pooch had a doggy ice lolly. We would both highly recommend a visit to this venue. Delicious indeed. 😋. A friendly welcome from the vendor and a gorgeous view from the seating area provided.

Total rip off. £4.60 for three scoops. They are not scoops as they use a knife and just slap it into the very small tub!

Love Giggi, the closest to a traditional Italian gelateria that I've seen in the UK. Well presented, flavoursome ice cream and various Italian pastries and Sicilian canoli along with arancini (nearly as good as my aunt's!) and paninis. Definitely worth a visit of you haven't been before. In response to the Coronavirus, they are operating a one-way system through the parlour and as it's in an arcade, there's the benefit of queueing undercover.

The sandwich was gorgeous, good value and the mint chocolate chip/strawberry ice cream was to die for..... The coffee is also one of the best in Bournemouth. We are locals.

A bit slow to serve with only one staff member who was very obliging when he became free and a manager disappearing out back to leave him to it. Shame as the ice cream is nice except the vegan versions that they have bowed down to pressure.

We have been a customer since you opened 5 years ago. Always considered your ice cream delicious the best in town. Sadly your portion size is now appalling. My granddaughter was treated to an ice cream on Monday 18th May. 2 scoops which was actually 2 half scoops. This is really very upsetting that you are prepared with give your loyal customers half measures. This is not the 1st time I have had to mention this to your staff. Please take on board my remarks.

An friend advised me that Giggi was doing home delivery and the details were on their Facebook page. Ordered the ice cream by text in the morning and it was delivered by lunch time for no extra charge. Giggi is our favorite ice cream so it was a nice treat to be able to order a large tub of four different flavors. Many Thanks Giggi for providing this service.

Best Waffle in Bournemouth. I've probably already tried all the waffles in Bournemouth and this is by far the best one! The dough is light, it's absolutely delicious. I recommend to try the Dolce vitta one with proper Italian Hot chocolate. The staff is also very friendly.

Best ice cream in Bournemouth. We take a long walk past lots of other places to come here every year. Always have interesting flavours and always quality.

Disappointed! Ordered a pistachio shake (per scoop 40p extra) which includes 3 scoops. I wanted all 3 scoops to be pistachio and the guy(the only male serving behind the counter) scraped thin amounts from the pistachio 3 times and poured milk into it. It's not about less or more. It's about fooling me in front of my eyes. I know it's not even a scoop that he gave and poured milk into the jar. The shake was absolutely watery! Absolutely waste of money and a total disappointment when you are fancying and craving for a nice ice-cream shake after a good time in the beach! Will suggest the service providers to be trained whoever is serving customers....this is not done! Completely ruined my mood!

Giggis ice cream is one of the best in Bournemouth. Unfortunately the woman serving it was one of the rudest person I have ever met in my life. Until the staff has changed or received an intensive training on how to deal with customers it is not worth going there.

Oooo...mouthwatering display of ice-creams at this family run business. I had the cherry and amaretto (a flavour not before experienced). There are even gluten and sugar free varieties available. Would highly recommend.

What a great little cafe! We went for the gellato and waffles and although the waffle machine had broken, the sundaes did not disappoint. The smooth gelato was the best I've tasted outside of Italy with lovely crunchy caramel pieces hiding all through it. Husband was taken with the Italian hot chocolate and the kids loved their sundaes too. The staff were friendly and helpful and now we've got an excuse to go back to try the waffles!

Giggi... Simply the best icecream in Dorset!!!

Staff cafone che quando entri inizia ad urlare, gelato orribile ghiacciato e non cremoso. Il ragazzo in cassa che non si fida e dopo che ho passato la casa mi lancia un “oh” chiedendomi di aspettare perché il pagamento potrebbe non andare a buon fine. Magari la prossima volta sarebbe meglio dire “sorry, could you please wait to see if the payment is accepted or denied?”. L’educazione è la prima cosa.

Giggi's, in my opinion, does THE best ice cream! The vegan ice cream is scrumptious too. Their coffee is excellent. I think their cakes let them down, but you can't be the best at everything!In my opinion, they should get another location in Bournemouth, with outside space and toilets that don't warrant so much hassle AND get a new baker, but that's my opinion!If you are looking for reasonably priced ice cream, that is of top quality and a scrummy cappucino, then NEVER go elsewhere in town!

All 5 members of our family very happy with their choices. Cherry amaretto was very satisfying! Just wish the shop location was better.

The products are a bit expensive but definitely worth it...I would definitely recommend the waffles :) Also the staff is very friendly, there is a nice atmosphere and it is ideal if you go with friends or to enjoy some alone time.

It was great to see this place in Bournemouth (pity they're far from the beach) and the selection of cakes, but gelato was superb.

Went there just for the ice creams and was completly disappointed. Ice creams super watery without any taste. The guy was not even sure if the vegan gelatos were completly dairy free or not!

After the 10k charity run I insisted my family and I treat ourselves to the amazing ice cream - Cherry Amaretto, Pistachio and Giggi were our choices! Unfortunately, we were SHOCKED by the extremely rude service of the staff. We were so disappointed and horrified that the women who served our ice cream could be that rude to anyone. I’ve been eating Giggi’s ice cream for YEARS now and I have never had that happen before. To be truthful, I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone speak as rudely as the woman serving us was. DESPICABLE.

Best gelato I have ever eaten. Unfortunately, they don’t care about thier customers. Just a reminder, you only can taste 2 flavors, or the old lady will yell at you.

My favourite gelato is Pistachio and I have eaten it a few times over the years, this is the best one yet! A hidden gem but well worth it

Authentic Italian ice cream - absolutely heavenly flavour. This ice cream is certainly made with lots of love, and is complimented very well wih a rich Italian coffee on the side. There are also treats like macarons and cakes, which I'm certain are just as amazing.

This place is always great. Gelato is delicious. Staff very friendly. Italian hot chocolate yummy. A Bournemouth institution.

No customer interest at all, two of the staff were kissing and cuddling all the time we were there, pity they dont have any idea of how to make customers feel welcome and wamt them to come back.

Met up with family for a Sunday brunch. Most had various ice creams, (gelato), which of course were excellent, whilst others loved their ice cream waffles. A couple of us had a panini, (mine - Torino, was smoked cheese, courgette and ham), which were all rated as being super tasty. Easy to overlook them, with this being mostly an ice cream place, but you miss out if you do! The Cioccoloso, (I had the dark version), was thick, luxurious and bitter sweet. Beautiful. To finish a superb double expresso and a pistachio Cannoli, (crispy, sweet and just the right size). A lovely friendly place, with simple Italian food done very very well.

I think this is the first time I've eaten Gelato, and it was very tasty. I like the fact that they do take away in a box that will remain cold for 30 mins, so you can take it home. Wide selection of flavours.

Great family setup in the heart of Bournemouth that sells gelato, sorbet and sweet pastries. A flavour for everyone, Giggi's also offer a variety of dairy free, vegan and sugar free options for the more selective punter. Definitely recommend Giggi's! Service, product and value all very good.

Awful I ask for coffee with cream they charge me extra 40p for pour cream bloody awful never go there again
