We come here quite alot as the fro yo is quite good normally. However, this month there was a new member of staff who I think normally works on Thursday evenings and they were not like all the other staff, they were rude and unenthusiastic. They also tried to charge us extra for what we normally get, a sanum. I asked for strawberries on mine as one of the fruit and we said they look a bit off and if they had anymore, she said no, in a very stern way and continued to put the strawberries on. Whilst eating we discovered the strawberries were mouldy and i had been eating mouldy food, I felt so sick

Bien ubicado en el área del restaurante BH 2 y el lugar ideal para que su desierto saludable publique un plato principal en otro lugar o después del cine. Esta es la primera vez que probamos yogurt congelado y realmente estaba delicioso.

Primero probé este lugar en Singapur y me encantó, así que estaba muy feliz de descubrir que había uno en Bournemouth. ¡Siempre está tranquilo debido a la ubicación que creo que es una pena! El yogurt y coberturas son excelentes y bien de precio. Siempre tengo un sanum y me gusta el hecho de que tienen un esquema de lealtad.

Este tiene que ser el mejor yogurt congelado en Bournemouth. Aparentemente desconocido, ya que se encuentra en el complejo de cine BH 2. Las porciones son generosas con una amplia selección de ingredientes. ¡Si no has estado, también lo necesitas! !

Servicio amable, colas cortas, ubicación central, sabroso yogurt, coberturas fabulosas, precios decentes y esquema de lealtad.

Staff were friendly and let me try flavours before buying and all of the toppings tasted really fresh

Have been here a few times and every time come away totally satisfied, my friends and myself just love it!!! The reason I have written a review is because I have just read the negative review on here and would like everyone to know that for what you get it is great value, great fresh ingredients and great taste .....what else can you ask for?

Not had frozen yoghurts since a visit to NYC and this was a whim visit after Harry Ramsden tea. Patient and amenable staff as we organised 4 very different orders for the kids with us. All delicious and in a lovely clean location with good value and a very wide selection of toppings and other additions. Sure we will divert here in future as an ice cream alternative it’s pretty hard to beat.

Love this place so much, we now visit weekly every Sunday. We first tried it in Valencia, and then realised the only franchise in the UK was in our hometown! Sanum is the best thing and only thing that I could order. Love it. Healthy too.

Called here as saw it was somewhere new. Yoghurt with a variety of toppings was very tasty and enjoyable. The guy there talked to us about the brand and this was very informative. Really enjoyable and will return again

Looks lovely, tastes GOOD and refreshing with good selection of fruit, biscuit and chocolate toppings! We went last Tuesday and the man who served us was extremely nice. Very polite and patient (we took a while in choosing 5 different ones) and he even got my son, who hardly eats any fruit, to try mango toppings (instead of all chocolate). He enjoyed it and said its the best! Thanks Mr!

I think it might have been the best frozen yogurt I've had so far. It tasted very organic and delicious. Got this deal on Groupon and what a fabulous deal ! So glad I got it and all the kids loved it too. Delicious !!

The idea is fantastic. Frozen yoghurt with 2 crunches (nuts, choc raisins or biscuit etc), 2 sauces(big selection to chose from) and 3 types of fruit *all cut up ready to be added)We both thought the yoghurt tasted a bit sour but overall the dessert was delicious. Hate yo tjink if the calories in it but delicious. Each was £4.80 but we had a meerkats deal which mafe them 2 for 1 which was even more amazing Would definetly go back!Very good service too. Server was friendly and welcoming and explained it all to us :)

Unfortunately for tgi Fridays llaollao were running promotional videos which i cpuld see all the time I was eating my meal with them. So when offered the dessert menu we declined and went straight over to try it out. So glad we did, toppings look amazing, the fruit looks fresh and appetizing and the final purchase was delicious. Worst part is risk of 'brain freeze from eating too fast!

I go here quite alot and the staff are always friendly and the fro-yo is amazing! The fruit is always prepared fresh and it just tastes really good. The atmosphere is always great too.

I had an amazing choice of frozen yoghurt at this places after had a very nice attention by a lady on the bar who allow me and my friend to try this yoghurt that we did not eat before. She been really friendly offering us different options of how to have the yoghurt and then she made an amazing choice that it was delicious with lot of fresh fruits, toppings of my choice (nuts) and a really nice sauce.! Thank you so much!!!

Love the frozen yogurt here , best i've ever tasted ! love how its one flavour and then you customize it with sauce , fruit , chocolates , muesli etc , service is always so good here ! Karl is so cool and Eric too ! :) from your regulars x sanum - yummy

Best dessert type place in Bournemouth, reletively healthy and amazing service. Would especially try the sanums! Such good value and really give you a mixed range of ingredients

Excellent little gem in Bournemouth! Must come here at least twice a week as a little treat - Sanum is the one! Great service and variety, there’s always something for anyone. Definitely recommend it to anyone. 10/10

Have been here on various occasions now and has so far been great, good tasting yoghurt with plenty of options for toppings, as well as interesting twists (such as the Sanum or Sensations) to keep things interesting. Also run by very lovely people and there are often fantastic deals on social media (the prices aren’t the worst anyway but always nice getting a bit off!) my favourite so far would be the Watermelon Premium Sensation with Oreo pieces and Biscoff sauce.

We used a Groupon deal and it was amazing. The yogurt was delicious, the frozen drink tasted great (especially on a hot day) and the service was brilliant. Will definitely come back again

Seems like a happy place to work, they are always happy and I love all the options and portions...so tasty and healthy!

Visited today. Such a nice cheery young man served my partner and me. We had the huge yoghurt with everything added and he was so helpful with suggestions. Lovely seating area. Spotlessly clean. If you are visiting the gardens or the cinema, this is a treat well worth having.

My friend and I just had an epic tower of delicious nuts, fruits, frozen yoghurt and toppings. A brilliant treat, friendly staff, generous portions. Will definitely come back when i next go to the cinema. Its downstairs. Don't miss out!!

Lovely healthy product, good taste and toppings delicious, but servings very small and costly. Great service, very clean counter and area to eat.

I have to say I met Llaollao yogurt icecream in Spain and found very happy to see them in Bournemouth. Is not a cheap product, but it is an unique and very well achieved mix of healthy, low fat and very tasty product. Particularly I do prefer to wait a bit more in order to save and buy this very good quality product. On top of it, all the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love this product, its a great alternative to desert. Healthy and low in fat. The establishment is clean and really well presented, friendly staff. Will treat myself whenever i'm going to the Cinema... no more popcorn for me.

Went to grab my first frozen yogurt after work. The prices are utterly ridiculous. A small costs over £3 and a medium over £4 . Opted for the medium with 3 toppings as you get noticeably more for around 50/60p more. I went for hazelnut sauce with oreo and biscuit bits . They gave me maybe a teaspoon of each - covered just the very bottom of the cone! When I asked for more of the sauce the server said 'I'm not supposed to but don't tell anyone'. My internal reaction was 'are you actually serious?'. The whole butch of their toppings probably costs £4 on their own. You might as well go to the supermarket and get some for yourself - get much more for your money. The taste of the yogurt itself is quite lemony - it's not vanilla or plain like I expected which in a way was disappointing. It's still nice but the value for money is some of the worst I've seen - especially for a place that has just opened.

My children were super excited fir the opening of llaollao so we visited after the cinema on Friday The small yogurt with just one topping is £3.80 which for a plastic bowl is really expensive The medium is £4.30 with 3 toppings so Both went for that. Everything tastes nice , not amazing but I wouldn't say they are particularly generous with the toppings which for that price they should be. The fruit topping was particularly mean. The warm biscuit sauce was tasty but congealed against the frozen yogurt which wasn't so great. The member of staff really was disinterested and what we were served beared no resemblance to the advertised pics. Which is quite normal but for over £8 for 2 yogurts they will need to up their game or reduce their prices

We had it for many years in mallorca and it is the same taste absolutely amazing we will be back. Sadly we have to drive almost 2 hours for that :))

We came to try this new place yesterday and got a free small frozen yoghurt (which was actually pretty big!) as it was their opening weekend. It was very tasty and the mango sauce topping we opted for was lovely. Would definitely come back!
