Not worth the money I paid. There were an hour late and not organised, when there they weren't the friendliest staff and felt like they were in a rush to leave. From looking at social media I expected a different experience, was disappointed.

It was my first time having rolled ice cream. I was so excited. I mean it wasnt the best but it was pretty good. I have to say the people who put in the work is amazing as it was so cool seeing it being made.

My daughter goes to the school across the road and we stopped in for a smoothie. I was pleased to see that they use REAL fruits for their smoothies. It was refreshing to hear how they ensure other business locally are their chosen suppliers. Cute little place and the boy behind the till really showed interest in talking to me and included my daughter.

I went with my partner who had a delicious coffee (and he is a coffee snob), his 4 year old who has ice cream and loved watching the process of it being made and I had a milkshake. The milkshake was unbelievably delicious and I was rather disappointed that Amber was unwilling to save me any ice cream ! Would recommend !

Went to the shop and found out that the opening times were all different on google facebook and the official website . When we reached there the timing was different. No one answered the phone and i’m severely disappointed . Really sad because we were recommended to this shop and saw the amazing ratings but came and got served nothing .

Summer 2018, Gaunts House Summer Gathering, The Ice Chef van turned up, we queued for ice cream, we watched, we ate and to date I have never tasted ice cream as delicious as this. That was 2 years ago and my children and I still talk about it. We can’t wait to visit Bournemouth for another helping. Glad to see you’re growing and well established.

We were quite excited to have our desert based on the positive reviews but sadly we were left disappointed. The taste and texture just wasn’t like traditional ice cream and we found it quite tasteless if you ignore the toppings. The portion was really generous though.

I booked The Ice Chef for my twins 18th party at home and what a brilliant experience it was for everyone. We gave our flavour choices beforehand along with any allergies then on the evening of the party Lindsay popped her trailer on the drive & prepped whilst the teenagers were enjoying their pizzas. Those who wanted to have a go at making their own rolled ice cream creations were gently guided by Lindsay. They all raved about the whole experience. I thoroughly recommend booking The Ice Chef. Brilliant service, amazing ice rolls & lovely lady!

Discovered "The Ice Chef" shop by accident while out with the kids. We were made very welcome by Lindsay. There's a great selection of ice cream flavours on the menu but you can also design your own. After deciding what we'd have Lindsay went to work creating amazing ice cream rolls. The boys watched closely as she explained every stage of the process and even asked if they would like to have a go themselves. We now go back every chance we get, we've tried various ice-creams and smoothies, all have veggie or vegan options. I've had delicious coffee while watching the boys create and make their own deserts.

The Iced Chef is the creative masterpiece of a very gifted and talented young lady who is as refreshing as her creations! If you have a sweet tooth and you love the best ingredients in your life, then you deserve to reward yourself with one of these delicious creations ... I thoroughly enjoyed this unique experience and highly recommend the Ice Chef!

Our wedding party was treated to some spectacular ice treats and a personalised menu, our guests were entertained watching the Ice chefs do their magic, freshly made ice cream on a -30 plate! A joy to watch and heaven to taste. Will definitely be coming to the new shop opening soon. We ordered 4 ice creams and one milkshake for myself, partner and the kids. This is the best Ice cream I’ve tasted. It completely blew all these other desert venues out the water. It was flavoursome and sweet! Everyone of us left nothing to be spared. Can’t wait for another treat from this new hidden Gem!!!

I got one delivered for valentines day, it came with a rose and sweets too, such a nice touch!! I got chocolate and strawberry, delicious! Big portion and delicious .

Not only is this rolled ice better for you it tastes amazing! There are so many choices , even vegan options. It’s a great guilt free treat for kids and really reasonably priced. An added bonus when the staff are friendly and helpful too. I am looking forward to going back

Since trying the Ice Chefs magic I haven’t thought of anything else since! Best ice cream I’ve had in a long time! Not only is there such an amazing selection of flavours but the Ice Chef herself was incredible! Overall the experience was perfect!

I have had numerous orders from the ice chef, it has to be my favourite ice cream. So much choice to choose from. I have recently got in contact with the ice chef, and they are going to cater for my childs birthday, which I'm sure all the children will love. Very knowledgeable, funny and knows her stuff. Ö

I visited the ice chef when it was in poole and they had so many choices of flavour. Was a breath of fresh air rather that the norm from the shops.

I ordered vegan banana and peanut butter rolled ice via deliveroo. It was so pretty and delicious! Will definitely be ordering again! So many options to choose from I'll have to work my way through the menu!

We ordered 2 ice creams from the ice chef and wow! The ice chef was very friendly and personable and made our ice creams to perfection! Exceeded our expectations! They both looked great and tasted amazing and we look forward to ordering more as the summer starts to creep in!

Recently I took the kids to the drive in cinema, where we saw the ice chief truck. The owner was very attentive and the kids loved her, watching her work her magic. The ice cream was a rolled ice cream, like I’ve seen in Thailand, that came with delicious choice of topping, we had fruits and berries. Leaving the kids wanting more. Definitely visit again....gives Ben and Jerry’s a run for their money. Must try

I ran into this amazing Ice Cream lady one weekend when out with the family. The flavours and art of the Ice Cream is just spectacular,she even does icecream in my daughter's favourite biscuits!A must have visit that will make you wanting more ❤

I've tried The Ice Chef's Ice Cream on many occasions now, both at events and through Deliveroo as I can't get enough! The Ice Cream is fresh and can be made to fit certain dietary requirements if needed. You can either go healthy and have fresh fruits or go to chocolate heaven! Linsey makes the experience even better with her friendly and fun personality. Would recommend everyone tries one of these unique Ice Creams

Really nice! I'd had something similar on a trip to Thailand but never expected to see that concept reach the UK. Verdict, delicious! The kids were mesmerised watching it being made and delighted with the ice cream.
