Usually we came here for dinner . Food is really very awesome and staff is so polite and cooperative , especially the manager ( Mamu) have a lovely nature and treat their customers with humble and sweet way❤️💮💮

After our second visit to 29 Spices in just two weeks, my wife and I are even more impressed! This restaurant continues to deliver an exceptional dining experience, blending the best of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. We started with the Chicken Tikka Pakora, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful—a great way to begin the meal. For the main course, we had the Garlic Chilli Chicken (hot), paired with Garlic Naan and Bombay Aloo. The balance of heat and flavor in the chicken was spot-on, while the naan was soft and perfectly garlicky. The Bombay Aloo added a delightful, mildly spiced touch to round off the meal. The service, as always, was attentive, and the atmosphere welcoming. 29 Spices has truly become a favorite for us, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and delicious cuisine.

Pleasant experience all together. Visited on 29th of August.with group of friends. Greeted with huge smile upon entering. Very Clean & tidy restaurant. Wide range of choices, happy waiters, most of all very delicious food. Chef deserves big compliments for his extra ordinary Culinary slills. Will be back again soon!

Yo Mamu, what a legend!! We were starving after a hard day at work and needed some good food. My colleagues and I ordered starters and mains and were blown away! The starters were 2 mixed grills and 2 samosa chaats, which were epic! The food was so flavorful and the presentation was on point (big ups to the chef🤩). The mains were also excellent and my colleagues were super impressed and stuffed😂. Mamu was an amazing host, really attentive and made sure my allergies were taken care of. This place is a hidden gem and everyone should check it out!👏🏽🤩

These guys are Bangladeshi so don’t be fooled by their fake advice on Indian street food when they have no idea what Indian food actually is. The issue with England is Bangladeshis trying to sell Indian food without even knowing how to cook Indian food properly

Authentic and generous Indian dishes packed with flavour in a very cool setting. Service was excellent and our Tandoori mixed grill, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken biriani, Veg curry, Aloo Gobi, naans and papadums were bang on. Highly recommended !

We were met by very pleasant staff. Lovely vibe within the restaurant. Ordered poppadoms, the tray of sauces, tandoori king prawn starter and lamb chop starter and couldn’t fault the food at all. Came out piping hot. Poppadoms were freshly made. For mains we ordered a chicken tikka bhuna, cheese and garlic naan and a tandoori roti and when I say this curry was the best I’ve had, I’m not lying. It was delicious! Left feeling very full and satisfied and was great value for money for 2 people. Not local (visiting from Scotland) but would highly recommend

A flyer came through my letter box ( some 3 miles from the takeaway). Thought I would give this place a try. Ordered online directly via their website. On collection was told that the 20% discount on collection was only available for phone orders!! No mention of this on the website! This made it a fairly expensive takeaway!! Average curries - lots of sauce and little chicken . Will not use again. Far better Indian takeaways in Southbourne and Christchurch.

The best food we got in Bournemouth. All of the family members loved the starter, main and dessert. The waiters tried the their best to served the guests with smile.

Take away ordered. Wrong food served, only realised when I got home. Returned for a refund but was refused. Staff ignored me and just carried on serving other customers. Will never go back there.

There are no words to describe my love for this restaurant. I came here for the first time two years ago as a first date and we quickly become regulars. The food is amazing we fill our table and always leave with leftovers. We have always had nothing but lovely service from everyone and look forward to every visit. I couldn’t thank the amazing team at 29 spices enough for their great service and friendly atmosphere. From start to finish the communication was great and nothing was too much in organising a large gathering for a surprise 30th birthday celebration. Not a local so tried to source a good Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant whilst away for a two night business trip in Bournemouth. So, on 1st night I found this place, food was great, different and service superb. 2nd night decided to try to find something else but looking at reviews at other places (mixed) decided to come back to 29 Spices. Glad I did, tried other dishes (recommended by Raj the manager). Service is great, atmosphere is perfect (both on Monday and Tuesday when I visited). Would definitely give this place a go, slightly out of Bournemouth but definitely worth a visit.
