Lovely food. The best Keema Naan I've ever had. Friendly efficient staff!!

Buena comida pidió un curry Naan, sag aloo. Todo estaba bien. Un pequeño consejo, sólo tira un par de popadoms y chutney allí gratis, no te cuesta nada y me dan ganas de volver. A pesar de que el curry era bueno no volvería sobre este aspecto. Como Evrey Curry House es lo suficientemente educado para hacer esto considerando que no pedí un trato.

Food and service amazing. Just unfortunate a large group of drunk people were seated near us. They weren't told once to quieten down and we couldn't hear ourselves speak.

My family and I went to the Poole branch for the first time and genuinely are kicking ourselves for not visiting it sooner. The food was very delicious and we felt like we were eating back in India due to such authentic flavours. The host Arun (apologies if misspelt the name) was extremely friendly and welcoming. He went to the lengths of keeping our daughter entertained while we ate hahaha. We will definitely be visiting again as we were fully indulged with delicious veg and non veg dishes !

We came across this place after going out for a walk in Westbourne. I'm so glad we stopped for some thing to eat. The customer service you couldn't fault .friendly and very helpful when ordering. The dishes were full of flavours and had plenty of taste and cooked to perfection. The place is very clean and situated just off the arcade. Definitely recommend this place as we have tried many Indian restaurants and this place didn't disappointed. Thanks guys

Pedí comida para llevar para mi cumpleaños. Era lunes. Hice el pedido a las 5. 30 pm para una entrega de 7 pm. No debería estar ocupado como es lunes pensé. Esperaba aparecer un poco temprano. No. Era 40 m tarde. Tomé dos llamadas para perseguirlo. La segunda vez que la persona en el otro extremo admitió que el repartidor no se fue hasta después de las 7. La comida en sí es decente. He pedido una entrega varias veces antes. Es un poco golpeado y fallido y no hay manera de rastrear. Esta fue la más retrasada. También he cenado aquí, que es claramente la mejor opción. Mi principal queja es que no hay advertencia. Sabían que iba a ser tarde. También algo en el camino de la compensación sería bueno. Las compañías de trenes lo hacen ahora. Como nota complementaria. Pedí un Bhuna y Rogan Josh y eran prácticamente idénticos. Ciertamente en apariencia.

We visited on a Wednesday evening at around 18:00. The restaurant was absolutely packed with people, but the excellent staff had no problem in maintaining speedy and accurate service. The quality of the food was also excellent, though perhaps a little bit pricey. That said, we would definitely eat here again, and the place comes thoroughly recommended 👌

Absolutely delicious vegan options. I would have given 5 stars but for the service - the young waiting team are very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes, but lack attention to detail and basic understanding of customer service principles and how to apply efficiency. The demand for a cash only tip became embarrassing - why was this? A few tweaks here and there and the overall experience would be perfect.

Best curry I've had. Lamb is often so hit and miss in a curry house but these guys at Dilli Haat have got it right consistently. Every dish is top class! Amazing, will never go anywhere else from now on!

No estoy seguro de cómo este restaurante tiene una calificación tan alta, pedí arroz vegetal, las verduras estaban poco cocidas, vindaloo de cordero, el cordero estaba demasiado cocido, paratha escalonada que se quemó en algunos lugares y cruda en otros y el pollo tikka comenzó creo que era pavo, alternativa más barata.

Very poor food quality. Ordered a masala which tasted nothing like a masala, no sweetness, spicy which is not the norm for a masala. Won’t be using again

Visited this restaurant while coming back from sandbanks beach. 15 mnts drive from beach.When we called we were told there is half n hour waiting, so we booked for 45 mnts ahead. When reached at booking time there wasnt any rush but still table was not ready, we waited 10 mnts outside and reminded them couple of times to clean the table and make it ready. Finally when we got the table after 10 mnts we waited another 15-20 mnts for someone to take our order. The service was really slow and they had only 2 guys to serve table, reception and they were steuggling even with half full restaurant. The food was average and overpriced. Needs improvement in service and food.

This is an experience I would love to forget. Probably the worst Indian I have ever had, followed up by some of the worst service you can imagine. Found this Indian as we were staying local and went off Tripadvisor reviews, but how wrong these all were. My wife’s and daughter curries were edible but were very bland, for the price which I felt was pretty steep for a run of the mill curry. Mine on the other hand was the start of a completely shocking experience. I ordered the king prawn Ceylon, which I was looking forward to, some nice soft buttery king prawns coming in at a whopping £19 (without rice or naan) but these prawns were like something I had never had the pleasure of eating before. They were rocks straight off of lulworth cove they were so far over cooked. I decided to say to the staff that they were inedible, I had to then demonstrate cutting them with all my strength to make them under stand. I was then offered another dish to replace it, but I was not to choose king prawns as they would probably be over cooked if I had them again. I went for a chicken shashlik, which was £5 cheaper. A pretty safe bet I thought. i was then told I had to still pay for the prawn dish, and I wouldn’t be charged for the cheaper chicken dish. I was now really confused and thought I had misunderstood, I laughed to myself and thought surely not. The shashlik arrived. Which at first look, didn’t look quite right and appeared very quickly for chicken. This was a hazard to health. The chicken was like jelly with a slight pinkness where it had been rushed. It seemed to me like it was previously frozen chicken that hadn’t been cooked fully back up to temp. I had now had enough. So I asked for the bill. Guess what the sent back prawn dish wash on the bill. So I asked if it could be removed as I didn’t eat it. I was then told I had to pick one, prawn or chicken to pay for as I had now had 2 dishes, neither of which had been eaten. I managed by some form of miracle to get them to agree to removing my dish from the bill. But It gets funnier yet. Then I paid cash and needed £5 change, I was told they only had £1 and that would have to do. I stood shocked waiting for ant and dec to appear, but sadly they didn’t as this would have explained that it was a prank, but the only thing that did appear was the waiter with £3.70 in 5 & 10 pence coins. The owner overheard at this point, and I was ordered to follow him to his car where he said he would have £5. so off we went to his car down the road in the rain to get my change. This is honestly the worst dining experience ever. Overcooked prawns and undercooked chicken, served up with a side of rudeness.

After having a negative experience with booking in the past (a few years ago) I am finally able to review the restaurant for the credit it deserves with its current staff. Food, service and experience was great! :)

STAY AWAY. The hospitality of this place is terrible and the owners & waiters are extremely disrespectful towards customers. I booked this restaurant through groupon for my partner’s birthday, as he loves Indian food, and it was a terrible experience. They sent us a very unprofessional text message a few hours before our booking telling us we had to go to the Westbourne restaurant instead of the Bournemouth one due to it suddenly being closed down (which I don’t believe, I feel like they just didn’t want to accommodate us). Once we arrived at the Westbourne restaurant, which was a 15 min drive away instead of the 2 min walk that it should’ve been to the original restaurant, and a lot smaller than the original restaurant, Raj the waiter said we weren’t allowed to use the groupon voucher even though it had already been brought (why have your restaurant available on groupon if you don’t want people to use it?). We argued against it and finally they allowed us to use it, but then there was a whole other issue of us only being able to order from a set menu (which was not stated anywhere on the groupon voucher). During this time, Raj was being extremely rude and dismissive towards my partner and myself, baring in mind it was my partners birthday and I was very upset that my partner was becoming upset. He finally said we could order from the normal menu (which should have been the case anyway) but we ended up just leaving due to the terrible customer service up to this point. The least they could have done is accommodate what we were already entitled to, without all the fuss, knowing that they inconvenienced us by moving us to a whole new restaurant. We managed to get a refund from groupon but I would stay away from this place, very rude manager & waiters and would not recommended at all.

This has to be one of the best Dum Biryani I’ve ever had. The flavours were so powerful and very much authentic. The vegetable curry that came with the Biryani was flavoursome and mouthwatering. The Peshwari Naan was soft and sweet. The service was exceptional. Overall: 5 out of 5 on this one. It’s not often I enjoy almost everything on the menu. The authentic flavours really impressed me. Husband and wife duo in the kitchen!

There is nothing to not love about the food in this place. Ordered a variety of food items and everything had genuine north indian taste. Most importantly, it tasted as home made food without extra oil, which you generally get in restaurants. Finally, owner and staff is very friendly. Must visit in Bournemouth.

All was good until 2 tables had sizzling platters. The atmosphere made clothes and hair requiring a wash! Since when has sizzlers been part of Indian cuisine?
