Order here after every night out and it’s SPECTACULAR! I could drink their curry sauce like water, food always comes so hot it’s so YUMMY!

Nice cafè by the beach. Paninis, cakes, hot and cold drinks and ice creams. Can't beat the view.

The smallest single scoop of ice cream I’ve ever been given. I complained and was told that it was full inside which I could feel wasn’t true. I didn’t want to argue but will never use them again.

We came to TGI Bournemouth today for Lunch. I am on a diet and everything on the menu looked quite overwhelming. I spoke to the manager (Rob) explained my predicament, he put me at ease straightaway and assured me that he would personally prepare me a high protein salad. The dish I was served was utterly sublime!! Chicken and egg salad with so much goodness and flavor!! The atmosphere was happy, friendly and welcoming! Rob was extremely professional and an excellent host! I cannot recommend TGIs enough.

Absolutamente horrible. Mal servicio. Nos dijo que nos fuéramos mientras todavía estábamos comiendo porque estaban cerrando. Ignorándonos cuando los llamamos solo porque les pedimos unos minutos más para comer.

Got food poisoning from lamb kebab never again stale food threw into bin after few bites and been sick since.

We went as a party of 19 for Sunday Lunch. Staff in both the restaurant and the bar/lounge area were really welcoming, friendly and very accomodating. Food was 3 courses, choice of starters and deserts. Main course was a carvery - very good selection of beef, pork, turkey and even battered fish. The beef was particularly excellent. Very good value for money at £12.95 for 3 courses (half price for children and unders 5s eat free). It was all help yourself and there's no drinks table service - you have to go to the bar just through in the lounge but this isn't an issue. Plenty of water available too. Plates were cleared away quickly and efficiently. This lunch was a perfect Sunday carvery - relaxed and friendly. If you're looking for a fancy restaurant, this isn't for you, but it's great value in a hotel right near to the beach. We sat in the garden area with coffees after lunch and it was lovely.

Came to Bournemouth for a few days and round the corner was this place. You never forget if you have been to Nathan’s in New York and so it couldn’t be the same experience or could it. Absolutely excellent, what a great experience and really friendly staff. The hotdog was perfect and the Chicken Wings were superb. What a find and both my wife and I were very happy.

I ordered a supreme and what I got was far from that, I got the smallest taco they could possibly find with a tiny bit of beef in the bottom and a little salad, it was cold and an absolute joke do not I repeat do not buy food here it's a complete waste of your money

Pedimos a las 6. 10 de la noche y tuvimos que cambiar de orden ya que la espera para lo que queríamos sería de 25 minutos... así que cambiamos nuestro orden y terminamos comiendo a las 6. 40 media hora después de que se tomó la orden y el resto de la orden todavía estaba por venir, ni siquiera salió en su totalidad . . 10 minutos después llegaron las alas. .una espera tan larga 40 minutos en total. . el restaurante estaba vacío y estaban lidiando con uber comes/ deliveryoo drivers entrando y saliendo. . así que dándoles prioridad en lugar de a nosotros los únicos clientes que esperaban en el restaurante... tuve que quejarme para sacar algo de nuestra comida media hora después. Más tarde, después de que terminamos... otro hombre entró quejándose del mismo problema que su pedido estaba muy atrasado. Quiero decir que deben ser sinceros en el momento de la orden que la espera es tan y tan larga. El servicio es muy malo y demasiado lento que evitaría si tienes hambre... me gustaría saber cómo es cuando el restaurante está lleno... además sus precios son más caros que Birmingham. Definitivamente no volveré aquí . .

We came in last night to get some pizza. We were very impressed with the level of customer service. Marissa the manger was extremely polite and helpful. She directed us to the best offerers available and is genuinely a very nice person to speak to. Needs a raise. Area manager maybe?? Will be coming back.

I ordered caramel hot chocolate and I was offered nutcracker hot chocolate. I agreed as its festive and I wanted to give a try, just requested not to have any type of cream on top and was served caramel late, making me very unwell as I could not drink any caffeine.
